𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎 ▐ Raizel is a girl with long brown hair, reaching down to her upper back. She has a pair of brown eyes that seems to be always filled with a burning determination to face whatever the universe may throw at her, whether they are challenges or her own misfortunes. An athletic girl but not built for physical activities or heavy lifting due to her average strength but makes up with her magical capabilities. She is mostly seen sporting red t-shirts or anything that shows her Gryffindor pride but her most common outfit would be either a black and red jacket hoodie or a plain one. 𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢 ▐ Reducio Kind, loyal and steadfast. Raizel is known for her unyielding will to push through the challenges that she may come across despite the odds against her. Often seen as a quiet and a serious girl at first, a bit standoffish which could be seen as a bad impression but underneath those is a playful and adventurous person, always up to test the limits of her capabilities. Only those whom she had grown attached to and had formed a deep bond with can see this side of hers, reserved to those whom she trusts and ones who will receive her loyalty. She is always ready to lend a hand when one needs it, a trait that she can’t seem to discard. Always wear a smile or a grin on her face even when faced with trouble, a way for her to fight the fear building within just to overcome it and to hide her own troubles behind a mask. Stubborn and a bit of a troublemaker. While she’s the type of person who would rather not involve herself with others that aren’t worth her time, there’s only so much she could tolerate. When pushed to the limit of her patience, then one can be sure that she’ll fight back with either her spells or her fists, showing her ill-tempered side. She is willing to bend or break the rules, much to her friends’ and parents’ disappointment but does know the boundaries that she shouldn’t cross unless driven into a corner. Her recklessness often results with visits to the hospital wing as well as her horrible luck that she had been fighting ever since the beginning. While smart and a straight ‘O’ student, her laid back personality would often make people wonder how she does it, mostly unaware of her studying hard behind the scenes, wanting it to be done at her own pace Raizel has her own dark obsession, seen with how she pushes herself too much which could lead to her sleepless nights and exhaustion, wanting to be better than what she is now, improve her own skills and become a stronger witch. Her slow progress had driven her into a state of desperation where she wanted to see where she had improved, unsatisfied with her current weak state. There are times when she questions herself whenever she reaches something that she wasn’t expecting, such as her becoming a Duelling Captain and a Prefect. 𝙷𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚢/𝙱𝚊𝚌𝚔𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚢 ▐ Reducio Raizel mostly lived her childhood with her parents, Ravi and Michelle, and 4 years old brother, Mizkie in a secluded area in Souldern, England. Her father is an aspiring Auror and has been doing his best in completing his training to become a full-fledged one while her mother is a simple housewife who has a talent for Herbology and has her own garden near their home. She has good relationships with her parents although there were times that her father got a bit busy due to his training. She is also on good terms with her younger brother, both of them learning more about the world of magic. With both of her parents having magical capabilities, she was exposed to the world of magic early on and with a little bit of knowledge about the Muggle World due to her mother being a Muggle-born and during her short time in a Muggle School when she was younger. She was quite fond of the enchantments surrounding their home and her father’s Lumos Spell, finding these very fascinating. She was never close to her grandparents on her father's side, with Ravi not even mentioning them to her that much due to their strained relationships and his mother’s disapproval of his marriage to a Muggle-born witch. With that, she knows nothing about the family of Voltrouz, even her cousins, aunts and uncles. Raizel was close to her grandparents on her mother’s side though with both being Muggles, often being visited by them from time to time until they eventually died. 𝙵𝚒𝚛𝚜𝚝 𝙸𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝙼𝚊𝚐𝚒𝚌 ▐ Reducio The time that her magic had first awakened was when she was outside playing while her father was reading the newspaper. She was around 10 years old, close to turning 11. The young girl had climbed up one of the trees in their front yard and the branch that she had taken hold of suddenly snapped. Just as she was about to hit the ground, her magic awakened, making her float and saving her from what possibly had given her quite an injury. Raizel felt excited when her magic manifested later that time but was also afraid that she might not be able to control it. Her desire to make fascinating things made her want to learn more about it. She was so thrilled when her letter to Hogwarts had arrived, making her parents calm her down to stop her from accidentally making things float in their household. All the excitement died down when she finally realized that this will be her first time living in the outside world without her parents. 𝙿𝚊𝚛𝚎𝚗𝚝'𝚜 𝙷𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚢 ▐ Reducio Her father, Ravi, came from the pure-blooded wizarding family, Voltrouz, with his mother being one of them Pure-blood Elitists. As a young boy, his mother expected great things from him and that he would bring honor to their family by being one of the greatest wizards due to them being known for their skills in dueling and charms. His parents, especially his mother, was delighted to know that he was accepted into Hogwarts and was put in the house of Gryffindor. There, he met up with his old childhood friend, Michelle Azrin, a Muggle-born witch who was neighbors with them. Since Michelle had Muggle parents, she struggled when it came to the world of magic having little information regarding it. It was Ravi who helped her calm down when she had her first instance of accidental magic. She had panicked when her father was rushed to the hospital due to an accident, making her freeze glass of water. It was also him who explained magic to her during those times. He had kept it a secret from his mother though, knowing that he won’t be able to interact with Michelle once she learns she was a Muggle-born but the secret didn’t last when he was caught by her, forbidding Ravi from interacting with Michelle. It was only in Hogwarts that he had the freedom to interact with her once again. Their time at Hogwarts had developed their feelings for each other and after Ravi's mother learned about their relationship, she became cold towards him and shifted her attention to Ravi's sister, who's also a witch, favoring her. It was like Ravi never existed to her. With this kind of relationship, after graduation, Ravi never came in contact with his parents and decided to live with Michelle in Oxfordshire, with only his father sending him an owl every once in a while, not approving of Ravi's mother's view on Muggleborns. 𝙾𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚊𝚢 𝚝𝚘 𝙷𝚘𝚐𝚠𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚜 ▐ Reducio She was very nervous on her upcoming trip to Hogwarts and found herself sorted into the house of Gryffindor, the same house that her parents got when they were students in the said school of magic. Named after the God of the North Wind, Boreas is a male Arctic Owl which is mostly white in color as what male arctic owls should look like. He was bought on the day that Raizel was on her way for her first day on Hogwarts as her company and so she wouldn't feel lonely.

Personality:
Despite looking so well-behave, Boreas has a tendency to become so playful and quirky. He can get noisy which could get him into trouble, especially when he is with his owner. He is a great flyer although his landing skills need a bit of work but he is learning.

Reducio An old Pureblood wizarding family residing in Bicester, England who were once Pureblood supremacists back in the old days, following a strict tradition of keeping the bloodline pure to preserve it. Establishments of relationships between Muggleborns and Half-Bloods were forbidden within the family, often resulting in being erased from the family tree to avoid the bloodline being tarnished. To continue such pure lineage, they made deals with other purebloods, forcing their children into arranged marriage when the right time comes. Their wealth comes from their family’s services as Aurors and Hit-Wizards within the ministry. It was then made a tradition for them to follow the same path as those who had come before them to continue their legacy and strengthen their influence. This stems from the family’s vast knowledge of Charms and Dark Arts, accumulated throughout the years of servitude and experiences, developing a certain talent for them allowing them to easily understand how they work and learn spells associated with them. This knowledge is passed down to the younger generation through homeschooling as a way to give them an idea of what they will face once their own magical journey starts and continue the legacy of the Voltrouz Family. Vancolven Voltrouz was the one who changed the family’s culture of purism. As the eldest child of the family head, Albrecht Votrouz, he was the heir once his father stepped down from his position. He felt the pressure at a young age, taught to follow the family’s tradition and to be the ‘perfect’ son that shall continue what they had started and keep the bloodline going. Despite all of that, he still questioned their views. No, it wasn’t only them but the view of other purebloods when it comes to those who weren’t. Aside from that, he wasn’t a fan of having a predetermined path, especially when he heard from some of his cousins how they had other dreams yet their duty and fear of their family held them back. After graduating from Hogwarts, Van was engaged to Cordelia Havertz, a woman from a prestigious pureblood family from Germany as part of the tradition of keeping the lineage pure despite his protest. Van became the head of the family once his father died of sickness, inflicted by dragon pox that was detected too late. In his last letter to him containing his will and the list of his inheritance, Albrecht apologized to him for all the pain he had caused to him and the rest of his family, realizing how their tradition had done nothing but hurt most of them. He then said that he believed that Van could make the change within the family to give them a better future and a new found freedom. Changing traditions was of course taken with hostility, especially by Van’s brother, Malvery Voltrouz. Much like Cordelia, he believes that they are superior to those who don't share the same pure bloodline as theirs. In the end, Van’s views swayed most of the family but still, there were those that remained to follow the old traditions, Malvery and Cordelia to name a few. Malvery was disappointed in his brother for being the cause of being called as blood traitors. This clashing view is what led to the strained relationship between Cordelia and their eldest child, Ravi, who had fallen in love with a Muggleborn, Michelle Azrin. Cordelia cut her ties with him out of disappointment, much to Van’s dismay. This led to Ravi living far away from the main Voltrouz Manor, settling down in Souldern after marrying Michelle and starting his own family. The family history had been kept mostly a secret to their children. As an old tradition back when Raizel's great grandfather was still the head of the Voltrouz family, one of his children, Karina Voltrouz was engaged to Koen Lancaster, a boy from the old pureblood family of Lancaster. Like always, the engagement was to preserve the pure bloodline of the family and to expand their connections to other purebloods. Much like Raizel's grandfather, Vancolven, Karina had no choice but to follow what her parents wanted for her and married Koen. The two of them had a child named Rodney who later on met Harumi Mochizuki and the two eventually got married. They had a child named Hoshi and he loved Harumi's daughter, Meyra like his own child.

Karina and Koen kept in touch with Rodney even after he had his own family, still getting updates from him and was there when he and Harumi got married. As Karina was close to her older brother, Vancolven, she also told him of the news which he eventually shared to his son. Karina is one of the few people in the Voltrouz family that Raizel's father, Ravi, still respects due to her non-purist views and being quite supportive when they decided to change family traditions and Van thought he would love to hear the news of his cousin's marriage.

Later on, before the new school year starts in Hogwarts, Ravi would receive a letter from Karina, telling him about Mey and how she will be attending the said wizarding school this year and would love it if their children would meet each other there. Karina believed that Ravi's child would be able to help Mey during her studies, hearing good things about her from Van and it would be nice to have a family nearby despite being only step-cousins. Ravi would then tell Raizel about it before the start of the year, about her great-aunt and uncle, their son Rodney and her cousins, especially Meyra. But due to them never meeting in person because of family affairs, especially when it comes to seeing Cordelia (Raizel's Grandmother) again, Raizel doesn't even know what she looks like and would certainly forget about her name due to her being horrible in memorizing names of people that she hasn't encountered yet. Still, she had heard stories about her during her time with her father and if reminded of her, she will certainly remember what her and her father talked about before the start of the new school year. Their first meeting would then take place at Hogwarts and with them sharing the same house, it probably won't be that long till they cross paths. Only time will tell on how their relationship will go.

Edita Hayward was born in a normal family of muggles with two younger sisters, Georgia, and Evangeline. For all her life, she had never been exposed to magic or even knew about its existence, lived normally with her family and had taken a liking to caring for florals. Kind, caring and calm.

She eventually ventured into London and worked as a florist for a local flower shop and it was during her time there that she met a security guard named Mariuz Azrin but her feelings for him were late to bloom, having little to no experience about love. Once she realized her own feelings for him and finally reciprocated the love and loyalty Mariuz had given her for all these years, the two of them married and moved to Bicester, England where Mariuz lived to start their own family.

Years passed and Michelle was born and everything was peaceful and normal until that day. Mariuz got into an accident in their home and Edita rushed him to the hospital. That day was when Michelle's first instance of magic happened where she froze a glass of water when she panicked. Her friend, Ravi Voltrouz, a pureblood wizard that she met before was lucky enough to find her when he snuck out of their home to see her after hearing about the accident, helping her calm down and trying to explain what just happened. This was when Michelle found out Ravi was also magical. When Michelle's letter to Hogwarts arrived and magic was explained to them by a staff from the said school, they were shocked but slowly, they began to accept it despite magic being new to them. Ravi also helped out when it came to the world of magic but was stopped when his mother found out he was associating with a Muggleborn.

Michelle's time in Hogwarts was all new to her and if it wasn't for her cousins, Morella and Florence to help her, it would've been much harder as she was a Muggleborn with no experience in magic. She was quite surprised to learn they were Muggleborns but she felt grateful that she wasn't the only one in their family. Ravi also ended up in the same house as Michelle, Gryffindor, and their relationship was re-established. Her parents remained supportive of her and were the only ones who had approved her relationship with Ravi and continued on visiting them after Michelle and Ravi moved to Souldern to start their own life and family once they graduated. It was also her parents who had introduced the muggle world to their daughter, Raizel. They soon passed due to age.

Michelle had tried to maintain contact with her cousins, but at some point in life, especially when it started to get busy due to her raising her own children and the death of her parents, she had failed to give constant updates. Once things started to calm down, she tried contacting them once more, wanting to reestablish their family ties with each other.

Hello! As mentioned earlier, I am an aspiring author and had been working on a couple of personal stories. Had some of my works posted somewhere in different sites but had been long abandoned and under major reworks. I'm usually chill with a bit of self-doubt when it comes to skills as a writer but slowly getting over it.

Love writing so much although grammar can be a bit... ugh hahaha. English isn't my mother language after all but I do try. Gotta keep trying and learn
