iNPC User Group Color
iNPC students will now notice that they have the iNPC usergroup color, this pretty teal-like color (#005757) will help iNPCs show up as something distinct from Hogwarts.

iNPC Spells
The deadline has expired for obtaining a copy of the spells your PC had on your iNPC. Players are still able to create their iNPC account, but they will need to earn their spells by completing lessons or by purchasing the spell in the shop.
We have also returned to our previously policy of 6 months tenure being required for iNPC account creation. That means, to create a new iNPC account, a user's main account needs to be consistently active on the site for at least 6 months.
Finally, we are no longer updating the spells and potions sections in user trunks. Moving forward, it is the responsibility of the player to maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of their own spells and potions.
Why this matters:
Sport team captains and event moderators may request to see a list of your spells and potions for planning or fairness purposes. You are expected to provide this list yourself. While we will no longer maintain it in your trunk, we can and will verify your claims against your inventory when necessary.
Expectations:
Abilities and Stats:
- Lists you provide must be accurate and truthful.
- Occasional errors are understandable, but repeated inaccuracies, especially those that give you an advantage, will be flagged.
- In cases of suspected dishonesty, event moderators or captains may consult with Admin to remove you from an event or activity.
You should continue to use this thread to add and update your abilities and stat points. These elements remain staff-managed.
Thank you for your cooperation, and for helping us keep the site fair and running smoothly.

iNPC Announcements and Updates
iNPC Changes
We’re excited to announce the following changes to the iNPC’s program:
1. iNPC’s can be created up to and including the year of the PC Account (for example, a Fourth Year PC can create an iNPC that is in Year 1 to Year 4)
2. PC’s that deactivate can choose to take on their previous iNPC as long as the previous iNPC is the same year or a lower year than their current PC.
a. The requirements for iNPC’s remain the same even if you are choosing to take on your previous iNPC. You must be indexed and be on your current PC account for 6 months before taking on your previous iNPC
3. An iNPC must be on the school roster to roleplay. (This is not a change but a reminder)
4. To re-register your iNPC that was considered inactive, you must post in the iNPC re-registration thread.
5. iNPC advancement is unique to that character/account. This means when applying for the Year Advancement program with your PC, your iNPC will no longer automatically be moved forward. If you wish your PC and iNPC to advance a year, you must apply on both accounts.
6. iNPC’s cannot be advanced if they are at the correct age for a specific year. (Ex. A Year 3 PC creates a Year 1 iNPC. That iNPC cannot take advantage of the year advancement program as they would be 11 years old and were never held back.)
7. iNPC’s can be deactivated individually once. The deactivation process typically deactivates both the PC and iNPC but if you no longer wish to RP as your iNPC, but wish to keep your PC, and have not previously deactivated just your iNPC, you can do so. This deactivation can only occur 6 months after they’ve been in the school that they are.
8. Activity checks will occur twice a year. Activity is based on the activity of your iNPC account, and you must have posted on that account at least once every 6 months to remain active. Inactive accounts will be removed from the School Roster and will not be able to roleplay until they are re-registered.

Updates and Reminders
For awareness, I have updated the deactivation thread asking members to list their iNPC account when they deactivate. Because your iNPC account is your secondary account, you will need a primary account.
Also, as a reminder. Those who have iNPCs from pre-June 2025 that have not made an iNPC account, please remember the grace period ends ON Sept 1. After this time, you will no longer be able to post as your iNPC using your primary account and a banner.

iNPC Transition Project Has Completed
Over the summer, users were given a grace period for iNPC creation. During this time, they were able to use their iNPC the 'old way' which was posting from their primary account for their iNPC, using a banner to clearly define that they were posting as their iNPC. To accommodate summer needs and to give users with limited time an opportunity to use their iNPCs with the expectation that they would create their account during the summer. The deadline for this was Sept 1 which has passed. This means, iNPCs belonging to users who have not created an iNPC account for their character have been deactivated.
A deactivation means that they are no longer able to use this character. This does not mean that they can freely make another one. The process for making an iNPC for users that had an iNPC pre June 2025 that was deactivated because they missed the Sept 1 deadline includes posting in the iNPC Sub-account thread, creating an account. Changes to the iNPC Creation Process
We are changing the iNPC creation process slightly to be more efficient.
From November 1st, anyone interested in creating an iNPC, who meets the criteria (PC indexed and 6 months on the current PC account) should follow the below steps:
- Post in the appropriate school registry thread using the application form on page 1 with your PC account.
a. This should include an encyclopedia link for your iNPC posted from your PC Account. A member of the iNPC team will change your encyclopedia over to your iNPC once you’ve completed the steps below.
b. More information on encyclopedia and trunk rules, please see these links: How do I make an Encyclopedia Page? | Trunk Rules- Wait for your iNPC to be approved by a member of the iNPC team and DO NOT create an iNPC sub-account yet.
- Once your iNPC has been approved and added to the School Roster, create your iNPC’s sub-account, include the information that was approved by the iNPC team in step 2.
Note: Please include a note with the following information at the top of your iNPC's biography:- Name of your PC

iNPC Announcements and Updates
Headmaster Maynard of Tenūsa and Director Vorozheykin of Koldovstoretz are proud to present two international events during winter 2025-2026:
Starting off the new year, Tenūsa will be hosting one and all to come and spend a weekend on the Isle of Divination, from the 3rd-5th of January. This event is being paraded as a welcome day to inspire new prospective students and deliver the promise of international cooperation in which the schools have united. It is a chance to explore the rather unknown culture of this mysterious part of the wizarding world and a mark of the new era Grand Seer Maynard is aiming to bring forth. There will be multiple opportunities for adventure, such as:Find the full calendar, explanation, and list of threads for the Tenūsa Open Day here.
- Signing up for one of our homesteads with friends
- Being part of a new wizarding world mystery
- Exploring the wide array of culture Tenūsa has to offer and sharing some of your own!
- Escaping the winter cold by living it up in the tropics of the Isle, where water sports may be on the horizon
Then, from February 15 to February 22, the International Magical Olympic Games (IMOG) will be held at Koldovstoretz! Get ready to compete in head-to-head, school-on-school sports competitions to prove once and for all which school is best. Students will be able to enjoy various ceremonies, sports, and manners of rest and relaxation, including:Find the full calendar and list of threads for the Koldovstoretz-hosted International Magical Olympic Games here.
- Signing up for an enchanted yurt with friends
- Competing in figure skating, ice hockey, summoner's curling, or bobsledding
- Eating delicacies at the opening ceremony, or seeing who wins at the closing ceremony
- Staving off the cold in Koldovstoretz's famous banyas (saunas)
FAQWhen do these events occur OOC?
The Tenūsa event will take place OOC in December/January, and the Koldovstoretz event will take place in February and early March. They will not overlap OOC or IC so as not to overwhelm players.
How does my character get to Tenūsa/Koldovstoretz?
The heads of various schools have arranged groups of Portkeys to take students to the two schools on the assigned dates. You may not state that your character arrived at either school via a different manner.
How does school work while we are there?
Luckily, both Tenūsa and Koldovstoretz are institutions of education! At Koldovstoretz, there are classrooms aplenty for students to continue their coursework during the week they will be visiting. But for Tenūsa, at least, there's no need to worry as this event takes place during winter break!
Are iNPCs welcome?
Characters from EVERY school are welcome -- iNPCs and PCs alike.
Where will my character be staying at Tenūsa/Koldovstoretz?
At Tenūsa, students will be able to sign up to reside in one of the three homesteads one would find in Omah Geni, the main village along with whoever they deem to be a part of their community. At Koldovstoretz, students will be able to sign up to reside in an enchanted yurt with their friends. Please consult the respective threads (linked above in the description section) for more information on how to sign up for these residences.
My character is an adult but I want to attend the event.
For the Tenūsa event, all characters - adult and student - are welcome; in fact, even your dNPC's are allowed to attend, but they will not be permitted for moderated events. For the Koldovstoretz event, graduated adult characters may not attend as it is for schoolchildren and faculty only.
Can I organize a mini student-run event during one of the days of either event?
For the Tenūsa event, you may contact Lawrence Maynard if you want to make an event, as the first and last days are the only ones that can be freely roleplayed to keep in line with the moderated event that will occur on the second day. For the Koldovstoretz event, feel free! Simply make sure you consult the calendar and do not accidentally RP your character as being in two places at once. Also, any student-run sport events will not count towards the official medal count of the Olympic Games.
Can I RP at my character's normal school during the dates of either event?
If you are attending either event as an international student (e.g. you are not a Tenūsa student at the Tenūsa event or not a Koldovstoretz student at the Koldovstoretz event), please do not RP as your character being at their normal school during the dates of the event(s) you are attending. Your character cannot be in two places at once. It is up to you to realistically only RP as your character being in that one place.
