FIRST IMPRESSIONS.

Lea's figure is not imposing, a rather
short girl for her age and with no muscle
on her bones. Despite that, the Hufflepuff
holds herself with confidence, a strong
posture and a generally unimpressed
expression on her face. While not
particularly approachable, she is open to
conversations and helping those who ask.

APPEARANCE.
who, who are you really?

SKIN. ────────────────────────

Reducio

She has smooth tan skin without any freckles or noticeable birth marks. Her face is narrow with a strong brow and she has some rosiness and blemishes around her cheeks. Despite being subject to a decent amount of spells, the Hospital Wing works wonders and she has no small scars or burns.

EYES. ──────────────────

It can be hard to tell whether the light brown eyes are narrowed or half-closed, oftentimes a mix of the two in tiredness and wariness. Her eyes never tend to sit still, often blinking or glancing around unless she has truly fixated a target. There are still some flecks of green, although they've dulled closer to an amber.

HAIR. ──────────────────

Lea's hair is dark ashen brown in color with long, faint waves from time spent in braids. She has longer bangs that are kept tucked to the side and she has put a little more time into her hair- still not entirely coiffed, but her hair is smooth and untangled. In terms of style, there is a 50/50 chance it is in braids or just left down.

WARDROBE.

Lea's wardrobe has easily adapted to the Hufflepuff
color scheme. Most of her clothes stay in the warm
tones- yellow, browns, beige, gray, black, and the
occasional navy. The only collection of color she has
is a set of ribbons that she puts in her hair. Lately
they have stayed in the wardrobe. Most of her
clothes look very professional or academic-
collared shirts, (sweater) vests, long coats. She has
shifted from skirts to pants, although they have not
completely left her outfits. Among accessories, Lea
carries a friendship bracelet on her wrist and in
winter, she always wears a Hufflepuff scarf.

PERSONALITY.

DESCRIPTION.

Lea does not like sugar coating things and likes to
be direct in everything that she does. Her opinion
of someone is not hidden, seeming to only know
honesty or sarcasm with no charm and only a little
wit. The Fifth Year can be temperamental, but
she does not often go further than words outside
of duels and will try to maintain some restraint.
She is very responsible, putting a lot of effort and
pride into her accomplishments, very by the book
to the point of stubbornness and judgement.

THE STORY SO FAR.
can't tell if this is the calm or if this is the storm.

BACKGROUND.

Lea was born September 23, 2008- the one time she met her birth mother before beginning her life with her adopted parents. She grew up just like anyone else her age- at least that was her thought. An only child, there were many times where she could get away with mistakes and being a little spoiled. Her primary school was rather small, so she grew to be friends with all her classmates, happily giggling and sharing lunches with all of them. She was sure that she'd want to stay with her friends for a long while. It was just when summer break was starting- everyone having decided to go to the same secondary school except for a select few- that Lea learned about something different. That she wouldn't be going to the same secondary school, but instead "Hogwarts," someplace away from her friends- and they taught magic. While Lea had always admired the idea of magic and having superpowers, the fact that she would be away from all her friends changed her decision- there was no way that magic was real. But despite her adamant complaints, her parents still decided that Hogwarts was the school for her.

What Lea didn't know (or rather, had chosen to forget) was that her parents had seen her perform magic before. It had been entirely on accident- the little girl had fallen pretty hard. When her parents rushed over, however, they saw nothing- which shouldn't have been possible. Another time, she had managed to get a present that they had put on the top shelf, someplace Lea couldn't reach.

OTHER SIDE. ──

Eleanora Wendell had wanted a normal life. She had always wanted the "perfect" family- a husband, a kid, maybe a pet. Her own family had been rather all over the place, oftentimes staying with her aunts and uncles rather than her parents. The woman had thought she had found that when she met Alexei Smirnov. He was a kind man and the two adored each other. After a few years together, they decided to marry.

It was only after she was pregnant that he decided to explain something to her. He was of wizarding descent- a squib. So while the child might not become a wix as well, it certainly did seem like a possibility. Eleanora grew angry at how long he had kept this a secret, her idea of a perfect family shattered. She didn't want to have to deal with the idea of magic, especially since she knew nothing of this. So, instead, the two decided to put their child up for adoption. Her perfect family could just be Eleanora and Alexei- and maybe a cat.
