Quidditch has 4 positions (Chasers, Beaters, Keeper, Seeker) that are played in a game. 7 people play at a time and are known as the first string: 3 Chasers, 2 Beaters, 1 Seeker, 1 Keeper.
If a player gets knocked out or can't continue, an alternate from the second string is given the chance to come into the game. Thus why it's important to always have back-ups. Matches are played on a large oval pitch with three ring-shaped goals of different heights on each side, between two opposing teams of 7 players each: 3 Chasers, 2 Beaters, 1 Keeper, and 1 Seeker.
The Chasers and the Keeper respectively score with and defend the goals against the Quaffle; the two Beaters bat the Bludgers away from their teammates and towards their opponents; and the Seeker locates and catches the Golden Snitch, whose capture simultaneously wins the Seeker's team 150 points and ends the game. Tone is tall for his age but his entire family had always been tall, even as kids. If he hadn't been tall, he would have been looked down upon even more than he already was. Tone's parents described him as having 'cat-like' looks. One of the notable things about his looks is the fact that he dyes his hair a different color every week. Or whenever he feels like he wants a change. Sometimes when he gets lazy, he leaves it the way it is but eventually will change the color, as it's one of his favorite things to do. It also has the added benefit of driving his parents nuts, which is awesome.
He has a very direct stare, which also shows his friendliness towards others. But if one really pays attention, they will realize there is something missing in his gaze.
Tone has good fashion sense and takes advantage of it when allowed to wear something other than his school uniform. His favorite color is black because it just goes so well with everything! Regarding clothes, he tends to go for fashion over comfort and as a result, sometimes ends up regretting it. As for hair, he has an obsession with it. Tone loves to experiment with it, on himself or on others. He's tried different hair lengths through wigs, hair extensions and glamour spells.
Mostly, he lets his hair flow loose, but usually styles it differently depending on his clothes or mood at the time. Hair gel is a great invention.

Tone is a friendly and energetic person, who is always smiling all the time. Nothing ever seems to get him down and he's known to be the one to go to whenever you're having a bad day. He'll listen, comfort you and provide a positive outlook on things, which usually makes you feel better. As a result, people see him as a positive optimist.
He likes to engage in sports, physical activity and can be both competitive and non-competitive at the same time. He likes to please others and make them feel good about themselves, ignoring his own personal preferences. Quidditch is a favorite sport of his, as it's the most popular, and he likes practicing all the time. Tone can also be quite nosy and a chatterbox, although doesn't tend to spread rumors despite his tendency to talk all the time.
Tone is spontaneous and does whatever comes to mind, which unfortunately applies to classes too. As a result, he's gotten into trouble countless times at school. But not for intentionally misbehaving or breaking the rules, it's just how his mind works. It is what it is. He doesn't seem to ever shut up, unless something bothers him.
He seems as if he's too good to be true and honestly he is. All of the above is merely a facade, something that he's done to protect himself from the cruel, harsh reality of the world. What he's really like is an insecure, lonely and depressed soul, who simply longs for the love of his parents.
Tone also hopes one day he'll find someone who will love him for himself, be it romantic or platonic, or even both if he's lucky enough to find them. There are only two things he finds comfort in, martial arts and animals. Physical activity seems to calm him down and be believes animals would never betray him once they get his trust. Tone never lets this side of him out when others are present, or even if he thinks there's a possibility that someone is there. It's a defensive mechanism to protect his vulnerable heart. But Akira started to slowly chip away at his wall.
However, as time passed, during their third year, Akira and Tone ended up drifting apart due to Tone focusing more on his studies and club responsibilities in order to attempt to get his robes to change to gold. When he failed to do so, he regretted isolating those who he'd been close to and is currently trying to make amends with them. Akira hasn't warmed back up to him yet but Tone is certain eventually it will happen and hasn't given up on them.
Tone's parents were pureblood students who met at Mahoutokoro and fell in love during Y5. It was only after they fell in love that they were told about their arranged marriages, for business purposes. Crushed, they contemplated eloping together but eventually decided their duties outweighed their love. However, they were shocked and surprised when it was revealed their partners were eachother! It was a match made in heaven and was meant to come true.
Their families both held the same beliefs regarding half-bloods, half-breeds, and muggles and as their kids had also been raised in this manner, it was a perfect union. Akira and Hana believed when they had a kid, their child would also follow in their footsteps. And since the arranged marriage had worked out so well for them, they decided to do the same with their kids and continue with the tradition. Why change something that hadn't gone wrong yet?
Years later, they made powerful connections with other witches and wizards and eventually Hana became pregnant with a child. She immediately had Akira contact one of their connections that had remained strong throughout the years and set up an arranged marriage with the son of that family and their soon to be born daughter. Everything was set up and things were perfect, both sides awaited the birth of Akira and Hana's daughter, so they could engage.

One day, directly before his 9th birthday, his parents said they were going to celebrate it together. It surprised him but he didn't want to ask why they wanted to spend time with him, fearing they would reconsider.
When the day came, he was overly excited and genuinely happy for once. But unfortunately, the caretaker informed him his parents had been unexpectedly called away that day and wouldn't be attending the celebration now. At first, it seemed as if this depressing news didn't affect him much.
But Tone suddenly got quiet and the air exploded around him. This in turn wrecked the streamers and decorations that had been set up for his birthday. He'd turned around and simply headed outside and spent the rest of the day alone outside the mansion with the animals comforting him.

As soon as he was born, everything went to hell. When Akira and Hana discovered it was a boy instead of a girl and their alliance would not be formed because of this, they blamed everything on Tone. They resented and even wanted him gone but wouldn't go so far as to throw him out of the house.
After all, he was still their son, despite him ruining everything for them. But that didn't mean they had to like him. They'd named their son, Tone Daiki Bakugo but called him 'Hiro' out of spite, referring to the English meaning. He would never be a 'hero' in their eyes. Ever since, they'd treated him as if he didn't exist, even hiring a caretaker to look after him so they wouldn't have to look at him very often.
Tone grew up under the caretaker's watchful eyes and came to think of her as his guardian, but secretly he longed for the love of his parents. He only saw them briefly, as they tended to avoid him whenever he was around/nearby. But over time, he managed to become skilled at sneaking into places to secretly watch them from a distance. It was a guilty pleasure of his, as he'd try to figure out how to get them to look at and love him.
But after awhile, Tone realized his parents behavior wouldn't ever change, unless he somehow became a girl, and came to a decision. He'd take matters into his own hands and protect his fragile and vulnerable heart from being broken further. That was when the change in his personality happened, he became upbeat and happy.
All the time. He was never seen without a smile on his lips. The smile never reached his eyes but was always present on his face from that moment on. Such behavior seemed to infuriate his parents more though, although he kept his true feelings hidden behind the smile mask he'd created. It was the only way he could remain sane.

It was around this period of lonely time that he turned to martial arts to get rid of the pent-up emotion and also started to get interested in Quidditch. The wizard sport was downright energizing and took his mind off his troubles. Of course, he couldn't participate at such a young age but he could at least watch it and see older children practice flying on their own.
One day he'd have the time of his life flying around on a broomstick up in the air and enjoying the fresh air. But for now, all he wanted to do was be with someone he trusted and let them give him the warmth he desired. Tone's parents couldn't fill this role and neither could the caretaker. But animals could definitely fill it and essentially saved his life.
Even though he couldn't carry on a conversation, as they never talked back, he liked talking to them as if they could understand eachother. For a time, it soothed his heart. He continued to make connections with various animals and talked to them on a constant basis, using them as a substitute for his parents, whom he had given up on now.
Shortly after his birthday, the mini cherry blossom tree appeared with his invitation to Mahoutokoro. His parents were incredibly happy for once and at first he thought they were proud of him but then realized they were just happy they could get rid of him. He was told to not come back over the holidays and stay there for as long as possible, unless the school forced him to go back home. Over time, Tone's robes turned from Pink to Purple.
Not that he cares much about it. Recently, his robes changed into navy blue.

Akira is a pureblood who believes in the old fashioned ways. He thinks only purebloods should be allowed entry into Hogwarts. Wizard-borns are fine. But not half-bloods, half-breeds and muggles. Akira thinks there should be a separate school for the trio to attend, one that doesn't mind who or what they induct into their ranks. Akira always puts his duty over personal interests and is always on the look-out to make powerful connections with others all the time.
He enjoys all of the wizarding sports but has a preference for quidditch/dueling over broom racing. Akira doesn't trust anyone and is always wary of others, even those he trusts. As a result, he's never been betrayed, since he's always seen it coming beforehand. This also means, he has no one he considers to be a true friend, one he can depend on and know they will never betray him. Oddly enough, he doesn't even fully trust his wife, although she is the closest he's ever come to trusting anyone. He's just way too paranoid.
Akira has a very high position in banking in the pureblood community and is greatly respected amongst witches and wizards. He is very good at what he does and many tend to look up to him.

Hana is also a pureblood who shares the same beliefs as Akira does. They are both very similar in the way they look at family duties and the wizarding world in general. But Hana is more trusting of others than Akira is. She is not overly trusting, and it is hard to gain her trust, but if someone has proved themselves worthy of her trust, she will give it to them, unlike Akira.
She tends to be very clumsy by nature, which Akira found endearing after he fell for her. Hana likes quidditch a lot and used to play as a seeker. She also enjoys dueling and broom racing but prefers quidditch. Hana is someone who finds it hard to trust someone if they betray her once and once she's decided upon something she won't ever change her mind because she's stubborn like that.
Hana is overly organized and tries to do everything on the lists she makes all the time but sometimes ends up being unable to do so. One of things she hates is being disappointed and that has happened more often than she'd like to admit to anyone.
She also has her own herb and potions shop called Mystic Potions that is extremely popular not only with the pureblood community but witches and wizards in general flock to her shop all the time.

Tone spent his first year building a reputation for being the most cheeky, positive and friendly chatterbox in the entire school. He gained a reputation for being stylish and for changing his hair color as often as he changed his clothes.
Tone became one of his most popular nicknames when he played quidditch, as fans could always recognize him from the stands from his colored hair, which was even multi-colored at times. Calico and Pygmy Puff were some of his other nicknames.
But these aren't as widely used as Tone is. Whenever someone new comes to Mahoutokoro, Tone is always the first to know about them, since he targets them and tries to become their friend.
The boy's goal is to be 'friends' with everyone there.
Tone made some more friends and reunited with some old ones. Hexwizard Tournament began this year and Tone was chosen as Aryaan's 'special person'. Not much to note, other than he continued to be the mood maker of his group and at the school in general. Summer quidditch match was a crushing loss for them and Tone swore to become better at his accuracy. Next time, he wouldn't let them down.
After the crushing loss of last summer's quidditch match, Tone tried his hardest to improve himself and to be an asset for the team. He also attempted to put all of his energy and effort into achieving gold robes before the next match. As a result of this, he ended up neglecting all his close friends as he didn't have enough time to spare for them during this grueling time. But in the end, he didn't achieve his goal and his robes remained navy blue. Regretting putting so much into this, not getting what he wanted and also alienating his friends, Tone resolved to use his upcoming fourth year to try and make amends to everyone he'd 'slighted'. Those particular people being Yami, Akira, and Sara. Whatever they did or said to him, he'd take because in his mind he deserved it for not being there for them. Eventually, if he kept up this behavior, he was sure they would all forgive him. Sara would probably be the easiest. But Akira and Yami were harder. Akira would probably be more stand-offish whereas Yami would probably be more cruel. But Tone was prepared to endure anything and everything for them. They meant more to him than anything else and next time he went for gold robes, he wouldn't forget it and keep them by his side through the entire process. He couldn't lose them.
