hogwarts
Estelle's first year at Hogwarts was full of fun and new friendships. She made her first friend on the Hogwarts Express - @Simon Tilia. They became very good friends and he helped her when Es fell out of a tree collecting mistletoe later in the year. He took her to the Hospital Wing as she could barely walk and Estelle was incredibly grateful for his help.
Estelle loved sharing a dorm with @Linda Ramirez for the first part of the year and was just as excited when @Irina Shevel, @Jaime Doon and @Akina Briarwood joined them in a group dorm for the rest of the year. She made a new friend (her Quill Pall - @Ara Villa) and they planned to meet as some point duri ng the holidays. She debated with @Colin McCoire and @Jack Burnett and played a Gobstones match with her friend @Cassie Jiang. Apart from a health scare with her grandfather, Estelle's first year was amazing. She looked forward to the years to come. But first - Artie's birthday party and Summer Camp.

Estelle arrived at Artie's house (Artie being Es' childhood best friend). She met many of his new friends from school, but found out that he had also befriended the person that bullied both of them throughout their childhood. Damien. Estelle, trusting Artie's judgement, decided to give Damien a second chance. All seemed well and good, until Estelle fell asleep and woke up to Damien placing a tarantula on her lap - knowing full well that Es is terrified of them. She sat, terrified and crying, for most of the night until she finally fell asleep. The next morning, the tarantula is gone and Artie doesn't believe her when she tells him the truth. Estelle leaves, having lost her best friend.
family drama
After going to Summer Camp, Estelle received an owl from her Abuela Grandmother. It asked her to travel to the Nyx family mansion for a week in order for Estelle to meet her relatives and show that she is a part of the family. Estelle agreed and arrived at the mansion. She met her aunt who Estelle liked and her uncle, who distrusted Estelle due to her muggle heritage. She became friends with her cousin Isadora, but is disliked by Isadora's twin, Juan. Estelle spent the week at the mansion, soon beginning to understand why her father left. She would have given up on the idea of staying part of the family, except for the fact that Isadora seemed to understand Estelle's views. Estelle decided to stay a part of the Nyx family, in the hopes of convincing Isadora to leave with her some day. The week ended with Estelle going to her first ball.

Rules to Break

First-Years and Second-Years may not enter Hogsmeade.
You may not duel outside of dueling club.
You may not be outside of your commons rooms after 8:00 pm without permission.
You may not be outside of your dorm rooms after 10:00 pm without permission.
You may not be outside of your commons rooms before 7:00 am without permission.
Students may not enter the Forbidden Forest without permission from professors.
Students may not swim in the lake without staff supervision.
Magic should only be used in relation to studies and extra-curricular activities or with permission.
Students may not enter staff rooms without permission.
There shall be no fighting without or with the use of magic.
Absolutely no entering the restricted section without permission.
Skipping class, or not doing homework is not allowed, in any shape or form.
Students must wear their school uniform during school hours unless common clothes are permitted by a professor.
There will be no eating or drinking in the library under any circumstances.
No damage to school property.
No copying homework or cheating on exams. (OWLS / NEWTS)
No usage of Broomsticks outside of the Quidditch Pitch.
No going into other gender's dormitory areas.
