My internet will be down for the rest of this week, so I will be unable to do shop orders or RPs.

I will be travelling in the mountains from October 1st to October 6th, and my internet connection will be limited. I will try my best to check site and discord messages, but activity will be greatly reduced. Generally speaking, owls will be a better way to reach me if there's something really urgent. I promise that I'll catch up with everything, just that it might be slower. Might be entirely unavailable on the 1st and 6th, because I would be travelling by train for long hours, and the last time I did, the connection was completely lost.

My priorities will be staff work, ball planning, and duelling mod.

I will be traveling from Oct. 2 - Oct. 18th. I will attempt to check in every few days to keep my HW queue from getting crazy, but will be pretty much unavailable during this time. Additionally, I will have my Headliner edits in before I leave.

Due to exams the upcoming month I will be much less active than usual.
I will try to be as active as possible on weekends during October but I will not be active during early November. I will (hopefully) be back to normal by December.


Regarding roleplays:
If I have planned or am yet to plan a roleplay with you it would be helpful if you send me an owl with the subject "our RP" and remind me of whatever we had planned so I can come back and get straight to it once my exams are over. If i am currently supposed to reply to your rp i will do my best to write in between on weekends and during my free time in order to get those done as soon as possible.


Regarding club events: The Unravelers
The October event will go on as planned. However, November's event will either be something minor or will not happen at all. It depends on the dates of my exams, which are yet to be confirmed. I will of course, inform you all about it when the time becomes closer. If the November event does take place, it will either be late November or early December and be backdated to earlier in the month. Regarding the side quests you had been promised, I don't think I will have the time to develop that idea yet. However I will have plenty of time in December to cook things up so you can expect more vivid club events in 2027. brxu sdwlhqfh lv ghhsob dssuhfldwhg!


Regarding owls:
This is just to let y'all know I won't be able to talk to y'all as frequently as usual XD

I can't believe I'm finally writing and posting this; I've been meaning to take a hiatus from the site since mid-August but one thing after another, especially summer camp, made it difficult to step away. With everything going on irl, including my health issues and some major exams approaching, I will be taking a break from the site and putting my time and attention into other matters. I plan to be back by Christmas, but I can't give an exact date just yet.

I've only been here for a few months, but somehow Hio has managed to become an important part of my life. So thank you to all you lovely people who made my time here what it was. Whether it was just a couple of owls, OOC talk, RPs, or just helping me out, I'm grateful for every second of those interactions. Yall probably don't realise how much your kindness, words of encouragement, and even just your presence mean to me.

I will still be around until mid October, and hopefully get some replies up. Moderated threads will be my top priority.

Hey, I was actually pretty confident I wouldn’t have to post here, but now I’m not so sure about that anymore. @Mikaela Hendricks - I’m having so much fun torturing our children by forcing them to interact, you have no idea. Your posts/Mikaela’s thoughts and reactions always make me laugh. This is actually one of the reasons why my writer’s block hasn’t caught up with me for quite some time and I’m always SO excited to reply to rp’s with you (the urge to sit down and get to it immediately is insane, trust) and talking to you OOC about them. I’m also very invested in Nicola’s and Mikaela’s backstory and the solos, so still ping me when you write any or message me to rant about them and their family please please please.

@Millie Ann - Our rp basically just started and I’m already introducing you to 'taking-long-to-reply-sorry' me. So sorry () about that! I’m working on responding whenever you post though asap!

@Eonaria Kabukimono - Oh, the toxic interaction about purebloods. It shouldn’t be that fun to write because Nicandro obviously is insufferable and he‘s basically making your child gossip about something that’s not controllable BADLY, and I’m amazed how we managed to double our wc’s from where they were at at the start. I love reading how you write Eonaria, the style is so cool and I love the voice you give the narrator/her. Because I don’t want to make my replies too simple (that wouldn’t be fair nor would it mirror how much I like the rp) you might have to wait another 2 weeks. I know the reply is already kinda due, sorry!

@Ophelia Vanderbilt - This is a call for you to not rush to reply to the starter. Feel free to take your time because you’ll be faced with a loooong waiting time as well. I’m still very much looking forward to their interactions!

The same goes for all: The chance of you being able to reach me through Owls or Discord is very high as I check those daily. Why do I have time for dm’s but not rp’s? Well, I am a little overwhelmed at the thought of sitting down and write right now. Conversations are still very much appreciated and actually keep me motivated a LOT to get stuff done, and when we’re excited about our characters, I’m also excited about rp’s with you and then I’m also excited about writing/replying, you get the point. And I’ve grown fond of you guys, shh
