================================= Appearance: Reducio Starlee has Long blonde hair which is usually adorned with ribbons in some way. She is 5’3” and steadily growing. She has brown eyes with a somewhat harsh, heart-shaped face, that grows sharper as she ages. She has begun to shy away from the typical fashion trends, now wearing outfits mostly composed of browns, greens and creams as an outdoorsy 'forest grunge' type of look. She is starting to experiment more with makeup, however she typically goes for a more natural look, with brown eyeshadow and black mascara, often adding a pop of color with her lipstick choice. Personality: Reducio Since the passing of her father, Starlee's personality has changed drastically. What once was the bubbly ray of sunshine is now a closed-off and depressed young girl, and she is struggling with her emotions with feelings of abandonment from not just the loss of her father, but loss of friendships as well. On a first meeting, she is cold and blunt, speaking in few sentences. If you manage to make her smile, then count it as a huge success. Pre-Hogwarts History: Reducio Starlee was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, to a Wizard father and a Muggle mother. Her father is a Healer, working as a house call healer for much of the surrounding rural areas of the highlands. Her mother is a muggle Pharmacist. They met while her father was studying muggle medicine at College in the United States. Starlee was the middle child of three siblings, the elder is a squib and the younger is of unknown magical abilities but is beginning to show magical capabilities. Her father's family disapproves of his marrying of a Muggle, due to them being old fashioned and still believing in Rappaport's Law (even though it was repealed 15 years prior to their marriage) and have essentially disowned him and his family. This is why they moved from the United States to Scotland shortly after their marriage. Her father went to school at Ilvermorny and was sorted into the Horned Serpent house. Starlee had a good childhood, she enjoyed playing with her older brother and became the proudest of older siblings when her little sister was born. She discovered her magical abilities when she was 5 years old. Her older brother was teaching her how to play what muggles call ‘video games,’ and having lost a race she exploded with anger, so much so that the muggle device known as a TV exploded in front of her. Her brother was extremely miffed being a squib, but her father was overjoyed. Since then, other mishaps have happened, but her father was there to help take care of them. She was absolutely ecstatic when her letter came, even though she knew it was coming. =================================

Chestnut Wood The chestnut wood is one of the most owner-oriented wands. Its very behavior will depend a lot on its owner; it is usually quite attracted to those with a connection to nature and who are good with plants/earth in general. Chestnut owners love to be organized down to the last minute, and their days are meticulously planned out. If something doesn’t go according to plan, the owner may have difficulty. The wood itself is quite gorgeous, particularly if it’s of red chestnut, and is suited to most subjects (especially Potions and spells required in Care of Magical Creatures).

Phoenix Feather Core Phoenix feather cores are well-known as the most temperamental cores, and are also rather rare because phoenixes can be hard to find. They desire to make the owner work for this core’s allegiance, and do not usually work well for other people. This core is most prone to showing qualities of sentience, acting of its own accord at random times. This can be frustrating for an owner who wants total subservience from their wand. Until an owner has gained phoenix feather’s loyalty, its magic can be spontaneous and hard to control.

29 cm (11 in) This length indicates a well-balanced personality. The wand is in fact rather long for a first year, but it also shows that the owner’s magic style may be a bit dramatic. The owner will have flair in spellcasting, which can affect the outcome if not careful. It’s a medium-size wand in general, however, and the owner will be well-rounded.

Slightly Bendy A slightly bendy flexibility indicates that the owner is more prone to being open-minded. It’s a subtle change from an unyielding or rigid flexibility, but the owner will usually think new perspectives over and evaluate them. In my opinion, a very healthy flexibility. The wand will also allow other people to use it, but firstly never to full potential and secondly the new person should use the wand for a longer time, as it needs time to adapt.

Complete Analysis
This is quite an interesting wand, since phoenix feather is the rarest match for chestnut. There are also a few contrasts within the wand, the previous sentence being the case.
Starlee is goal-oriented, which makes sense for the chestnut’s indication of organization. She keeps her week organized and hates interruptions of her plans. For Starlee, it appears she has not yet mastered her phoenix feather core, so it makes sense that her spellcasting is not up to scratch. Once she works it out with her core, her relationship with her wand will strengthen. However, there is no doubt that Starlee has a gift for Herbology and Potions, not uncommon in chestnut wielders. It is because of these gifts that her wand has actually decided to also become strong in these subjects, attempting to reflect Starlee’s own nature. She has an almost intuitive sense for healing, which will do her well in the future.

Starlee is rather quiet, but she definitely likes to think. When pushed, she will lash out, a very common quality of phoenix feather holders. She will analyze other people’s views but most of the time will decide her view is better (and this may be the case). Her wand will (at this time) work as well for others as it will for her, until she bonds better with her core.

Overall, this wand takes a lot of its character from Starlee, but the core gives it its own strong will. It is suited for healing because it is a gift of Starlee’s inherently, but can perform well in almost any subject once mastered.

Starlee enters her first year a naive and innocent student, always thinking the best of people. Things get off to a rocky start when on her train ride there, she meets a nasty 'pure-blood best-blood' girl. AND gets sorted into the same house as her. Her coursework goes okay, aside from utterly failing at Charms and barely making it through spellwork in DADA. She is reassured in her abilities when she makes it on the Slytherin Dueling Team, not as an official dueler, but as support. She excels in Herbology and Potions, as was to be expected, and prides herself in those courses. She has already made great friends in her first semester; Martyna Romero & Cassandra Ironwoods are the two she tends to spend the most time with. She also made quite the enemy of Piper Clark, who Starlee now tries to show up whenever possible.

While her first semester may have been rather uneventful, the second took quite the spiral.

Firstly, on the train ride back to Hogwarts after the holiday break, the car she was in a train car that was attacked by a group named S.C.A.R. Starlee knew nothing of them, but did her best to save herself and her new pet owl from the wreckage. She saw a strange form of blood magic from the man that rescued them, and the whole experience left her upset and confused.

On top of that, Starlee and Cash decided to go and investigate the strange rumors about a boy hiding in the dungeons. Surely not the safest idea, but who can say no when adventure becons? Well, surely a brush with death would manage to change the first-years outlook on life. Not only does she fall into a trap, breaking her arm, but a spell to lift her out goes horribly wrong, and she ends up breaking her shoulder and pelvis, landing back into the pit. She was awakened later in the common room, in pain, and then taken to the hospital wing for treatment. While it had been dangerous, she hadn't fully realized just how close to death she had come.

And then, in March, the owlry gets ransacked. Will she get to the bottom of this mystery? In reality - no, not at all. She had absolutely no idea what was going on, and pretty much just stood there along with everyone else.

The end of the year finally comes around, and after a harrowing Charms Study session with one Piper Clark, Starlee does end up managing to pass all her classes.

Over the summer, Starlee makes a promise to herself. She will be less shy, and more confident, willing and able to take on her foes. In order to show off this promise to herself, Starlee decides to make a 'dramatic' change to her look: Bangs. She is ready to grab this year by the horns and is prepared for anything thrown her way. Or so she thinks.

This year seemed to be going much better for Starlee than the last. She had managed to avoid many of the near death experiences she had managed to get herself into the prior year. Perhaps the thing she had been most excited about, was becoming a member of the super secret Parseltongue club, or A.S.P. She had felt honored that Cash would trust her with such a secret society, and, now that Starlee could understand the snake language, she was allowed to join.

This year marks the start of Starlee's rebelious phase. This comes about for a multitude of reasons. Firstly, she receives a letter just before school from Martyna Romero that she won't be attending Hogwarts anymore.* And at the end of last year, she has a falling out with Everly. Loosing two of her close friends caused her to go into a depression, made even worse by events that fall.

* This has been agreed to by the writer of Martyna Romero.

On November 8th, 2022, Starlee's life changed. Her Father died. The man that she looked up to and had aspired to be like her whole life, had died. It was in a horrible potion explosion accident, which resulted in the destruction of almost their entire flat. Luckily, Starlee's Mom and Sister had been out running errands at the time, and were spared being hurt. While the flat was mostly in disrepair, some notable items were recovered. Of most importance was her fathers wand, which had miraculously flew onto the neighboring roof when the greenhouse roof was shattered from the explosion. Her mother had intended to give it to Starlee once she returned home from for the winter Holiday, however Starlee had decided not to return home, as where her family now resided was no longer home to her.

This year, Starlee becomes more interested with makeup, and begins to actually develop her own personal makeup look. This consists of brown eyeshadow, black eyeliner, light peach blush, and a glossy nude lipstick. She typically wears this look daily. Her clothing has begun to change as well, becoming a bit more dull with earthy colors, which slowly morphs into a more 'forest grunge' kind of aesthetic.

If you are looking for Starlee, she is now typically found somewhere out on the Hogwarts grounds. She's started to enjoy additional hobbies, such as collecting plants to press in a book, reading herbology books, and simply doing whatever she could to be outdoors.

Things really begin to turn around for Starlee in her fifth year. She begins to accept Elizabeth for who she is, and how she has truly changed. She also hopefully becomes a prefect, ready to show off to others how she has changed. However, she still has that fiery spirit! This can again be seen in her new outfit choices. While not as dark as the last two years, she still takes some grunge inspiration, but has a lot more color and life in her outfits. See here for style.

	Father - Orion Kennedy - 47 - January 7 Starlee's father was a kind man. He raised her to appreciate the power of knowledge and to always treat others the way she wanted to be treated. He grew up in the Kennedy Manor, in Natchez Mississippi, in the United States, and he attended Ilvermorney and was sorted into the Horned Serpent. He comes from a long line of pure-blood healers, and he works as a house call healer for the surrounding Scottish Highlands.
	Mother - Janessa (Raye) Kennedy - 43 - June 18 Starlee's mother was one of the sweetest she knew. She was kind, caring, and extremely compassionate. Her mother was completely shocked to find out her soon-to-be Husband was a wizard, but she happily accepted it and they went on to have three beautiful kids that she looked after when she wasn't working at the local Muggle Pharmacy.
	Older Brother - Spica Kennedy - 20 - January 31 Starlee's brother was the eldest of her siblings. Her father waited patiently for Spica to show any sign of magic, but sadly the day never came. It was lucky he was placed in muggle schooling early, due to the adamance of their mother. He has now gone off to university at the Imperial College London, studying engineering.
	Younger Sister - Stella Kennedy - 9 - January 13th Starlee's younger sister has been nothing but a pain since she arrived in her life. She is very mischievous and tends to get Starlee into all sorts of trouble. She, like Starlee, started showing hints of magic around age five, when she accidentally set the back garden on fire. This one was certainly going to be a troublemaker.

	Paternal Grandfather - Rigel Kennedy - 68 This is Starlee's Pure-Blood Grandfather. She has never actually met him, but she never wanted to. He is very wealthy, residing in the Kennedy Manor in Natchez, Mississippi, out of the United States. He is very resourceful, ambitious, and outspoken. He believes that no wizard should ever marry a muggle and he disowned Starlee's father when he ran off with a Muggle Woman.
	Paternal Grandmother - Carmody (Camille) Kennedy - 65 Carmody is Starlee's Pure-Blood Grandmother. Her opinions on muggles aren't as strong as her husbands, but she plays the doting wife and caters to his every whim. She had three children, and Orion was the oldest. She always wanted to be the wealthy housewife and she certainly achieved her dream when marrying Rigel.
	Maternal Grandfather - Jack Raye - 66 Jack is the best Grandpappy Starlee could have asked for and it definitely makes up for her sub-par one. While he is a muggle, he shows her life on their farm out in rural Kentucky, where her mother was raised. She loves taking care of the horses and chickens, and he takes her and her sister out on rides on his ATV every day. He is the sweetest guy.
	Maternal Grandmother - Sadie (Kensing) Raye - 42 (when Deceased, would be 63) Starlee never got to meet her maternal grandmother, as she passed away in a car accident before she was born. She heard many great things about her, she was a wonderful and kind woman who worked as a nurse at the nearby rural hospital. Caring certainly runs in both of her family's genes.

This has been left open intentionally for any stalkers lovely people who might be interested in expanding on Starlee's family history!

TLDR on the family history: If you've read up to this point, you know that Starlee's father's family resides in the US, and that he has two younger siblings. They were all raised very pureblood, and his father, Rigel, disowned Starlee's father when he married a muggle. This is why they moved to scotland.

Now, this is where YOU come in! If you are interested in creating an Ilvermorny iNPC that can fit into this family line (Pureblood, last name can be whatever if you don't want Kennedy (aka Rigel has a daughter) and maybe some drama with Starlee if you want to be full pureblood ideals like Rigel and Carmody/your iNPC's future parents) then please don't hesitate to owl or DM me and we can discuss!

Things really start to take a turn when a ghostly apparition bursts into the middle of the Masquerade. In the end, Starlee and Tina end up getting distracted in their apology session and they lose the group.

Florian quite admires Angélique for her win during the Summer 2021 Broom Racing event. She also accepted him to the Hexwizard Tournament team as the youngest of the pack. Clearly this rising star sees something in Florian.

Enzo Delcroix | Third-Year | Friend
Enzo and Florian met on the broom racing team, and despite Florian's quick departure from Quidditch, they have remained friends. Enzo, Florian, and Valentin are quite the trio, causing mayhem and drama where they go.

Katherine Felix | Third-Year | Acquaintance
Florian mainly knows her from the Quidditch team, but he was insanely impressed with her ability to not only catch him, but help him catch the snitch in the 2022 Summer Quidditch Match against Ilvermorny and Castelobruxo.

Enzo and Florian met out on the Pitch, while Valentin was a class addition to their newformed trio. The three are seen together quite often in the Beauxbaton halls, getting into some sort of mischief.

Florian hasn't spoken to Quentin much, only really knowing him from the quidditch team. The boy chatted with him during the summer triathlon, but Florian hasn't made a full opinion of him yet.

Florian had a run in with this girl when she was at her worst, and Florian felt like he brought out her best. He took her to the Fall Ball of 2022, where they had a rather uneventful evening by Hogwarts standards. He enjoys spending time with her.

Both Rosa and Florian were raised to believe the same things, chivalry and respect. Florian asked Rosa to be his date to the Masquerade, and she dutifully accepted. It doesn't hurt that she is quite beautiful as well.

While both Florian and Rosa tend to boss her around a lot, Florian does truly consider Verena to be a friend, as well as another lovely lady to have by his side.

Ugh. This boy is just a thorn in Florian's side. He just has too punchable of a face, and also has a bit of a crush on Florian that Florian simply rejects. However, he can manipulate the boy into doing just about anything, so he tends to keep Emile around.

Elizabeth Isaacs | Slytherin | First-Year | Friend
While she is Emile's cousin, these two have bonded of their mutual hatred of him, as well as their shared interests of being better than everyone else.
