Initially Cash had no plan for going home this Eater break. Ever since their father had been declared deceased by the Ministry, their mother was not the same person anymore. Cash despised going home to an empty Manor. Sooner or later, Cash will need to face their mother.
Before Easter break rolled in, they already sent an owl announcing they will going home and the green eyes bring some company. Like usual, the owl met with silence. Cash did not know whether the people back home received the owl or not but Cash just pushed through. So when Easter break came close, they asked Starlee to accompanied them.
Starlee immediately said yes to the invitation. The purple haired was relieved when Starlee told the young socialite that she had sent an owl to her parents as well, announcing she will spend a few days of the break at the Ironwoods Manor.
March 28th rolled in, it is time for them and Starlee alongside their school peers that decided to went home boarded the Hogwarts Express. Once both of the serpents went through the wall that separated the Hogwarts Express platform and the regular train platform, Cash's green eyes search their chauffeur in the mass of people that comes and goes.
Once their chauffeur saw them, Barclay (the name of the chauffeur) approached the green eyes. Barclay dress in his usual work attire imagine what he wore is like the Man In Black movie. Barclay greeted Cash politely and asked whether Cash and Starlee bring any trunk with them. "I left it all back at school"That what Cash replied to the 30 something man.
Barclay then nodded at the information and asked both of the Slytherins to followed him. Once both of the serpents arrived at the parking lot, the purple haired's eyes stared at the red and black convertible. "No town car for today, Clay?"Cash inquired their driver. "No, miss"Barclay replied back.
The three of them climbed into the car and started their journey. One hour later, the three of them arrived at the Manor. Cash sighed as the car drive up until they arrived at their final stop. The green eyes then looked at Starlee. "Welcome to the Ironwoods Manor"Cash told Starlee. "Thank you for coming home with me"They added.
Once Cash opened the door, Maritza (one of the helper) told Cash that their mother was not home until later and the guest room had been readied. "Thank you, Miss Ramos"Cash stated. "Make yourself at home"The green eyes said to Starlee.
"And if you need anything while you stay here, just looked for Maritza"Cash informed Starlee. Maritza smile up warmly to Starlee and nodded her head.

Starlee had originally planned to simply go home for the break. Nothing crazy, and honestly that was what she needed after the events that had taken place this past term. Train toppling, multiple broken bones, as well as the owlery ransacked, really Starlee needed a change of pace. However, when her green-eyed friend asked her if she would like to visit them for some of the break, Starlee was overjoyed. She knew that Cash was a pureblood and with that status came a large and immaculate home, and Starlee simply loved exploring. Plus, who wouldn't want to spend the break with one of your best friends?
She quickly sent Borvo off with a letter to her parents, who quickly returned it, agreeing that she could go, and that they would retrieve her from the manor on the 1st. Which meant that Starlee got Four. Whole. Nights. to spend with Cash at the manor. She was excited, plus, she knew that Cash was still upset after their father passing, so it would do them some good to have some non-family company around. She did hope she would meet Cash's mom, but from what Cash had told Starlee, their mum wasn't quite so present these days.
The day finally came, and Starlee packed up a small duffle with clothing for the trip. The two boarded the train and, after the incident at the beginning of term, Starlee made sure they sat nowhere near the end of the train, and kept their compartment door locked.
Nothing went horribly amiss this time, and the pair arrived safely at Kings Cross Station in London. Starlee swung her bag over her shoulder and followed along diligently after Cash, just as a puppy would. They walked through the station until it seemed Cash recognized an older man, and approached him. The man was very polite, and Starlee wondered if this was some sort of butler. 'Wow... I knew Cash's family was rich... but a butler?' She thought, somewhat in shock. Starlee smiled at him and said, "I've just got this," she motioned to the duffel bag slung over her shoulder, "I can just throw it in the car!" She didn't want to burden the man, although, that was definitely what he was there for.
The three made their way to the parking lot, where they approached a sleek red and black mini-cooper. Starlee had seen plenty of these in Edinburgh, and always thought they looked super cool, and was excited to be actually riding in one. She threw her duffle in the trunk and hopped into the back next to Cash. The top of the convertible was down, and Starlee spent almost the whole ride with her hands in the air, laughing and giggling as her hair matted up in a tangled mess behind her. The weather around London was much more suited to this than her home up north, and she was excited to be somewhere a bit warmer for a change.
Finally, after an hour of laughing, they arrived at the manor. Starlee's jaw dropped. Sure, she was expecting something grand, but this was grander than she could have ever imagined. The large IR stood out proudly on the gate and Clay drove around to the front of the large building. Cash got out after the car stopped, and Starlee followed suit. A new woman, Miss Ramos, greeted the two and said that the guest room had been prepared. Wow... a whole guest room? How big was this place? In an effort to be polite, as well as being very much out of her element, Starlee gave a slight bow to Maritza, saying, "Thank you, Miss Ramos!"
She turned to retrieve her bag from the car, but it seemed that it was already being taken care of, so she turned back to Cash. "So... want to give me the... uh... GRAND tour?" she waved her arms in a huge ball, signifying just how huge she thought the place was. "I have a feeling I'm gonna get lost in here..." she giggled.

When both of the serpents arrived at the Ironwoods Manor, Maritza approached their Mx. The Mexican young woman told Cash that the guest room are ready to be used. Cash said their gratitude and so was Starlee. Cash suppressed their grin when they saw Starlee gave a slight bow to the young woman.

Maritza told Cash that she likes Starlee and she was glad that Cash found a good friend like the bubbly blonde in Spanish. The young Ironwoods only let out a small laugh and share the sentiment. After that the young woman excused herself to continued her work around the Manor.
"So... want to give me the... uh... GRAND tour?"Starlee waved her arms, making a huge ball gesture. "I have a feeling I'm gonna get lost in here..."The first year giggled. Cash blinked at the first statement. The green eyes never brought someone else back home before, not even their girlfriend. "Believe me, I often lost in my own home too"Cash said to assured Starlee.
Right now both of the Slytherins stood on the first floor that have a double staircase on the left and right side. "Well, follow me"Cash told Starlee. The first room they bring Starlee in was the Manor sitting room. The sitting room is a spacious space with a black sleek piano placed at one of the corner in the room.
Next Cash stood in front of their floor to ceiling window door. "That is the pool"The Cuban descendant informed Starlee while pointing their swimming pool. "I hope you bring your cozzy swimsuit"The young socialite uttered. "If not, I think I can asked Maritza to buy it for you or found something for your size"The purple haired smile at Starlee.
Next the second year brought Starlee to the East side of the Manor. "This is the kitchen "Cash make a swiping gesture motion with their hand like how a game show host would do. "In my opinion this is where real magic happen aka the food"The Beater let out a small chuckle. Just like that Bastién Giroux (the Ironwoods personal chef) show up from the pantry.
The old French man greet Cash. Bastién told Cash that lunch would be ready soon and their mother wold not joined them today in French. "Typical"Cash muttered under their breath. Cash then bring Starlee to tour around the Manor.
Cash show Starlee the Ironwoods home library and theater, the semi concert hall, pointed out where the outdoor patio is. To completed the tour, the green eyes bring Star to the second floor. The second year show Starlee where the recreational room is. "My room is located down the hall"They expressed.
Both of them then stopped in front of a wooden door with gold handle. Cash pushed down the handle that felt cool under their touch. "And this is the guess room where you will be staying during your visit"The green eyes stated. With that Cash left Starlee to her own accord, so she could settle in.
March 29th, 2021
The sun barely peeking on the horizon but Cash already awake. Cash hated being home. Being back at the Manor always feel like a chore for them. Last night when Cash laid on their bed, they tossed and turned. Ironwoods Manor feel more like a house than a home. They missed what the three of them (Cash + their parents) used to be.
Around 6.30 in the morning, the green eyes gave up sleeping. They change into their sport attire consist of black short, black sleeves t-shirt, dark blue and gold basketball sneakers on their feet. Cash then walk towards where their indoor basketball room located. Once they stood in wfront of the door, Cash pushed down the gold handle bar.
They climbed down the small steps and when they reached the middle of the field they grabbed orange and black rubber ball. If Cash is a muggle, one of Muggle sport that Cash would be good at is basketball. The sound of the ball being bounced and dribbled against the wooden floor rang out all around the room but it muffled by the close door.
The Cuban descendant did not know how long they were in that room until they felt something - no - someone stare at them lean against the railing. Cash averted their eyes and looked at the blonde. "Hey,"Cash greeted Starlee. "You sleep okay?"Cash inquired. Cash then focusing their eyes at the basketball ring.
The young Ironwoods took a deep breath and let go of the ball. In one swift move, the ball hitting the ring with a swish. The green eyes then took their sport towel and swipe all of their sweat. Cash feel like Starlee is worried about them but Cash throw a reassuring smile at the bubbly blonde. "Do not worry about me,"They said.
"Being back home always give me anxiety. Nothing new"The beater then shrugged their shoulder like it did not affect them at all but it did. Cash then shouldered their sport towel. "What do you want to do today?"They asked. "How about you give me some time to clean up first, we get something to eat and then maybe we go swim for a bit. Sound good?"They suggested.
"But if you do not want to go for a swim, it is fine. I am sure there are like plenty of things we can do around the house"Cash said to Starlee and waited for Starlee to respond to Cash's queries.
