Leo spent his younger years focusing on his studies. His parents hired a brilliant tutor for him to give him his basic education before he would attend Hogwarts. Outside of the regular curriculum, Leo also was taught by his parents how to act when they were in public with an emphasis on proper etiquette and behavior. His parents were always told by others how well behaved he was for a boy his age but little did they know it wasn’t just to fit into the aristocratic society the pure blood family lived in and instead was to hide his ‘shameful’ secret.

Noxley family

Thadius Noxley Reducio Paternal Grandfather — Pure Blood — English — Deceased Leo’s paternal grandfather and the former head of the Nox Imports Empire. Born into the wealthy, pure blood Noxley family, Thadius was educated in Hogwarts, a former Ravenclaw, and graduated to follow in his father’s footsteps to take over the family business. Once he had finished his education at Hogwarts, his parents had arranged for him to marry the daughter of another well respected pure blood family, Seraphina. He was a man of discipline, intelligence and ran the Noxley company very well in the time he was alive.

Seraphina Noxley Reducio Paternal Grandmother — Pure Blood — Scottish — Deceased Seraphina was raised in a high class, well respected Scottish wizard family, one that was very adamant on keeping their pure blood line going. Seraphina had initially met Thadius in Hogwarts, though the two were never that close being that she was a year behind him and she was a proud Slytherin. The two had gotten along fairly well and grew to be quite fond of each other throughout their marriage, despite the -possible- affair he had with another woman. She was very loving towards her children and, like her husband, was very insistent on them working hard and to maintain the family image.

Sylus Noxley Reducio Father — Pure Blood — English — 40 y/o Sylus was brought up very proper, well mannered, always was a smart and strong young boy. He graduated at the top of his class in Hogwarts, a former Ravenclaw and Quidditch player himself. While he would’ve loved to be the one to take over the family business, his older brother, Caspian, ended up taking over leaving Sylus to decide his own future path. He settled on joining the brilliant team of aurors and brought pride to the Noxley line in a different way, with hopes as well to move up and join the Ministry of Magic. Sylus and Hana met at Hogwarts, both young Ravenclaws together, and had a good connection. Their families saw this as the perfect opportunity for both sides and pushed the two to get married as they were both pure bloods, wealthy and the businesses were able to merge into Nox Import Empire.

Hana Noxley Reducio Mother — Pure Blood — Korean, English — 40 y/o Hana Kim was born in South Korea and was taught Korean and Japanese from an early age as it was expected that her and her brother would also attend school at Mahoutokoro. Her parents however moved to London when she was six and they were instead educated at Hogwarts. She was trained from a young age to be proper, well mannered, poised, everything a young lady from a noble family should be. Her parents while very kind people were also very strict with them on keeping up appearances and encouraged her to excel in everything she did, which she did. As reading and writing was her passion, she started working for the Daily Prophet and is now one of the editors in charge.

Maxwell Thadius Noxley Reducio Brother — Pure Blood — English — 18 y/o Growing up as a twin, Max always competed against Maya. Max however was a clear favorite of their father and someone who he poured much into. He studied hard throughout his years at Hogwarts with a goal to graduate top of his class and follow his father’s footsteps as an auror. He was told he would be in arranged marriage at a young age and even told who it would be, despite that he did have other girlfriends throughout school but when it was time to become serious after graduation he accepted his father’s wishes and became formally engaged to Serena Whitfield, a close friend of their father’s and a pure blood family as well. Max doesn’t use any Korean in the home unlike his two siblings.

Maya Lynn Noxley Reducio Sister — Pure Blood — English — 18 y/o While Maya could admit that they were pretty competitive growing up, she never cared to be the favorite child of their parents and still pushed to do what she wanted, within reason. She still was one of the top students, was a fantastic duelist, and is very much a more adventurous type. Her love for History of Magic at Hogwarts led her to follow her dreams to travel and learn more about the history of magic from around the world and experience all the different cultures, with a particular interest in her mother’s side of the family in Japan and Korea. She is closer to Leo than her twin brother and tries to support him in little ways. She speaks some Korean and Japanese and is trying to learn more throughout her travels

Caspian Noxley Reducio Paternal Uncle — Pure Blood — English — 43 yo Caspian being the oldest child has a lot of responsibility taking care of the business and ensuring the family legacy continues. He is very old fashioned in many aspects and strongly dislikes Hana’s brother, Taeson, as he married a muggle. The plan is to pass the Nox Import Empire down to his only son, Bryce.

Bryce Noxley Reducio Cousin — Pure Blood — English — 19 y/o Bryce is a former Slytherin, taking after his mom’s side. While he was exceptional in school, he has been slowly training under his father to hopefully take over the company. Bryce is much quieter, intelligent and cunning. He has larger ambitions than working at the company and will more than likely abandon his father’s plans and start his own career.

Odette Noxley Reducio Paternal Aunt— Pure Blood — English — 42 y/o Odette was from an upper middle class, pure blood wizard family that owned a large wand wood farm. At Hogwarts she was in the house Slytherin. While she had different upbringings than Caspian the two hit it off right away and were married. She is much quieter than her husband who lets his opinions be known. She also works as a secretary at the Ministry of Magic.

Kim family

Jaejoong Kim Reducio Maternal Grandfather — Pure Blood — Korean — Deceased Jaejoong was the only child and sole heir to the family’s wealth. As such, he was privately tutored and schooled and was brought up to be a well refined man. His parents had arranged for him to marry Mira, who was four years younger than him. Although it was an arrangement the two had become close quick and grew to be in love with each other. He was very devoted to growing the Kim family business which led him to uprooting his family from Seoul to London. Although he didn’t want to force his daughter into an arrangement initially, after having gone through one himself, he ended up agreeing to the arrangement for Hana after she agreed since it was beneficial for them all

Mira Kim Reducio Maternal Grandmother — Pure Blood — Korean, Japanese — 63 y/o Mira grew up splitting time between Japan and South Korea, her family holding large estates in both countries. She was educated at Mahoutokoro and after was wed to Jaejoong upon returning to Korea after school. They had two children together and she was a very devoted mother. Mira was much different than others around her growing up as she held the metamorphmagus ability, something that had been a trait in her own grandmother before her. While it was hard coping with hiding the secret from others, she was still able to control the powers over time and has been a large help to Leo, whom he feels is his closest family member as she is very understanding towards him.

Taeson Kim Reducio Maternal Uncle — Pure Blood — Korean, English — 42 y/o The older brother of Hana, Taeson did not conform to his family’s ideals, choosing to create his own path and marry the love of his life, Alora. Tae went on to work as a tutor to young wizards and witches as he had a passion for learning and loved to work with kids. While Sylus’ brother is not a fan, Hana has made it a point that they are still family and shall be treated with respect and Sylus has yielded to her wishes. He has ensured that his children will be brought up in both worlds and will decide their own paths in the future after seeing for themselves the good and bad in both.

Alora Kim Reducio Maternal Aunt — Muggle — English — 41 y/o Alora grew up in a regular middle class home in the countryside. She moved to London for university where she met Taeson when she was working at a cafe. After a while of the two secretly dating they had made their relationship known to the Kim family, leading to some arguments that quickly ended in his parents agreeing to let them be together. While at the time she didn’t understand why they had been so against her, after they had become engaged, Taeson told her his secret. It was a big shock to her at first but was much more understanding of the situation afterwards

Brielle Kim Reducio Cousin — Half Blood — English — 15 y/o Brielle is a young Hufflepuff fifth year at Hogwarts. She has excelled in her studies so far but has a wish to go off and study at the famous Beauxbâtons school. She is a sweet and kind person, usually helping her friends or goofing around.

Daisy Kim Reducio Cousin — Half Blood — English — 9 y/o Daisy is the youngest cousin and is also a metamorphmagus like Leo. Her parents have tried to teach her how to control it as best she can so she could attend muggle elementary school like her older sister however that didn’t last long after a small incident when she was 7 involving a mean boy on the playground and a drastic hair change. She is young but she is very outgoing and energetic, she will surely be a social butterfly when she starts at Hogwarts.

first year

height: 149cm weight: 40kg age: 11/12 physical: slightly taller than average, skinny frame ————————————— Leo’s Year One Changes Reducio Leo started his first year a more quiet, shy kid with his mind set on making his parents proud. Before Hogwarts he wasn’t very social outside of a few close friends and his family and was especially not open about his Metamorphmagus ability. Throughout his first year he was able to make a great group of close friends and was able to open up more around them. Still focused on his studies, Leo worked really hard to remain at the top of the class consistently to make his parents happy and live up to all of their expectations. He started finding it hard to get to do what he wanted and have fun with his friends at times since he would have to keep working hard on studying and homework. Even so he managed to make some great memories in his first year and certainly wants to keep those he chose to get close to around for as long as possible.
