Inara grew up in village In Bristol called Barton Hill. She has both parents, and one younger brother, and also one younger sister, who may or may not have magic. She has a pretty good relationship with her family, and they spent time together a lot .Her Dad is a muggle and works at a muggle company, and her Mom works somewhere in the Wizarding world, but she would never tell her where, so she didn't know. Other than spending time with family, she also read a lot. Inara went to the Local muggle school (Barton Hill Academy), but she didn't have many friends there, because she was very quiet, and not very social. Of course, it was a great school but she didn't really enjoy going to school there. Inara spent most of her time reading, and she didn't really talk to anybody at school, the reason being that she wasn't very social, and she knew she was a witch/might be a witch because she was a half-blood, and her mom told her at an early age. Inara was both fascinated and scared about this. On one hand, that would mean cool magic! But on the other, she had read all about evil witches and how people were scared of them. Well.. at least that's what she thought before coming to Hogwarts. Her mom assured her that most witches were good, so after that, she was happy, and couldn't wait to learn magic!

First instance of magic:
Reducio
Inara was 10 years old when it happened. It was a very sunny day. It was also very windy outside. Inara was reading outside in the park, when suddenly her book flew out of her hands and hovered in the air before it fell back down. Picking up her book, she assumed it was just the wind but she knew deep down, it was magic. Later, she told her mom, and her mom confirmed that it was magic. A Year later, She got her letter and was super excited that she could finally see what the Wizarding world was like, and maybe she would get to spend time with her Mom more often! More importantly, she would get to attend Hogwarts! Her mom talked about it constantly since she was little, and she was super excited that she would actually get to go to school there!

Full Name: Balaam Xolotil Tlalokan
Age-11
Year-First
Species- Human
Patronus-N/A
CHARACTER PAGE: Subject: Balaam Tlalokan-First Year Slytherin

HISTORY
He was actually born in Trujillo, Honduras, before his parents immigrated to the U.S., settling in Oakland, California. He grew up speaking Spanish, English, and Garifuna, the languages of his parents. He's always been a bit weird, and took the label of "Black Sheep", or "Scapegoat" for himself. He's been told he's mature for his age, but really, it's only because he's been forced to learn and experience things many adults will never have to. He's dealt with the concepts of Racism, systematic oppression, brutality. and power imbalances from a very young age. Because of this he's grown up hating authority. He lived in a poor neighborhood and went to an old public school where he actually exelled. His parents didn't have much money, though, and they didn't have much options for him to get better education. He became obsessed with the punk subculture at 9, and at 10 came out to his parents as gay (mostly questioning because this kid is 10.) At this time, his parents had contacted his rich aunt who lived in Limerick, Ireland near a good school, and were planning to send him away anyway. After this, they sent him away and he became bitter thinking it was because of his identity. He arrived at his aunts home in Ireland, and he was rude to her out of spite which she didn't tolerate. She wasn't accepting at all and when he began to be interested in witchcraft (mostly crystals and moonwater, which didn't work for him at all), she would drag him to church every Sunday and get him cleansed with holy water. After his magical accident and the hogwarts staff person came to his aunt personally, she promptly changed her opinion, while still thinking it was wrong. She went along with the process, begrudgingly, but promised to stay by his side because she had promised his parents..

First Instance of Magic: At 10, after being forced to go to church and be cleansed by holy water, Balaam grew angry and rebellious. Almost every time they approached him with the water, he would throw it and knock it over. Growing tired, the priest had him have hands behind his back. Magically, because of his anger, he caused the water to boil, and the priest dropped it, thinking it was a sign of God. Balaam thought it was his prayer to his own gods being answered. When he learned of his magical abilities from the Hogwarts staff, he became ecstatic and so interested in joining Hogwarts. He couldn't be happier about the existence of Magic. But the progression of his life and journey was exponentially fast, and processing everything is difficult for him.

Character name (First and last name): Argento Perceval-Phelan (Name change from Argento Phelan)
IC REASON FOR NAME CHANGE: One day, not long before Argento was hired; his husband, Heirans found out that Argento hadn't officially changed his name; as he had always been Argento Phelan his life till he was married. So Argento changed his name putting Perceval before Phelan and hyphenating the name.

Character Backstory: Born on 11th December, via surrogacy to Seán and Francesco Phelan. Both his fathers’ friend Jenifer (better known as Jenny) was the surrogate mother. His fathers had known her since their childhood. Jenny was a close friend. He never felt that he missed on anything in his life. He had a very loving and had a prosperous childhood. His parents were very rich and he was their first born child. He has a younger sister he adores. His younger sister is three years younger to him. They lived in a mansion in the Hill Side of Galway Ireland. His younger sister's name is Siobhan Phelan. He loves spending time with her. He was taught at home by a private tutor whom he appreciated very much for telling him about things that he would need to know growing up. He had a special older brother bond with his tutor. He was five or six when his tutor had taken him out to the backyard for a play and learn session. It was a fall day with no wind blowing, when a scared Argento who had just seen a Chameleon change colors for the first time in his short life, made the leaves fly around him. His tutor was amazed at what he was seeing and applauded for Argento later but first he hugged the younger boy as he could see that Argento was in tears completely scared of the creature in front of him. It was at that time that his tutor took him inside the mansion to calm him down and soothe him. Argento's tutor made him a chocolate shake and some cookies too soothe him down.

He remembers going to Hogwarts for the first time as if it was yesterday. He was accompanied by his fathers, his Surrogate mother and younger sister. He was pretty excited for the adventures that his life would have. He remembers that Seán and Francesco had given him about 5 galleons each to let him buy stuff on the Hogwarts Express. Argento had hugged all of them before going into the Train that would lead him to Hogwarts and his adventures there. After getting his stuff put away safely which Seán had made sure were safely packed as it had his clothes and things that he would need for his time in the School, Argento had made his way to see if there was any empty compartment. Walking inside the train, and looking through a couple of the compartments- he finally found one compartment that was almost empty. There was one person sitting there. He smiled shyly to them and took a seat opposite him. Talking to the other boy, Argento came to know his name was Heirans and it was also his first year. Well that was clear from the black robe the other boy was wearing which were similar to what Argento had on. After arriving to Hogwarts, Argento walked with Heirans and others to the Great Hall. It was probably time for his sorting. Argento didn't know whether he would be first since his name started with an A or would they be called on depending on the last name's first letter. Well he didn't have to about it much as time went by, they were all called based on the first letter of their last name. A young and little nervous Argento made his way to the sorting hat. He was courageous despite seeming as little shy. When the Sorting Hat was put on his head, it didn't take much time to sort him into GRYFFINDOR house. A part of him was happy that he was in a house that one of his father's had been in. His other father was in Hufflepuff and his mother- surrogate mother was in Ravenclaw. After sorting it was time to get a dorm. Argento didn't have many friends starting in his first year. He only knew Heirans as they had talked a little during the Train ride to Hogwarts. He was hoping that Heirans and he would be put in one dorm. And behold that is what happened.

Argento had a habit of finding himself in the Library, reading up on the subjects he was taught. Argento had a habit of reading, which was really encouraged by his fathers. Back at home, they had a multistorey library which was one of Argento's favorite rooms. Argento would pay attention to each and every small detail he was told in class. He would not care if he was raising his hand up more than others. He would wanna know more things and want to ask a zillion questions. Seeing Argento's this side, the professor's would ask him to meet them one one one as they couldn't keep up with the young boy's questions in the class. The first time this happened, the young eleven year old boy was in tears telling his best friend- Heirans about what had happened and what he thought was going t happen. Argento was scared that he was in trouble, but Argento had not done anything to get in trouble; which is what Heirans told him. Wiping his tears away and smiling genuinely- Argento made his way to the professor's office. Once he was face to face with one of the professors, he came to know what they wanted to say. A sigh of relief escaped his mouth and he felt like the weight of the world had been taken off his chest. The professor was just giving him a list of books that Little Argento could read up on, to quench his thirst for knowledge and it would give him answers to the questions that he was asking in class. It didn't come to him as a surprise that he was doing really well and would get Outstanding or Exceeds Exceptions grades on his assignments..

For vacations, he would go home to his fathers, mother and sister. He loved his time with his family. In the Summer breaks, they would go around town and seeing the fair that would be going on during that time. He loved spending time with his family. In Winter Breaks, it was rare to see snow. Argento loved the cool weather. He would dress up for Christmas and decorate the Christmas Tree with his family

With his second year, Argento had become a little more confident. He had started opening up more. He started watching the house matches that happened whether it was Broom Racing, Quidditch or a duel. Young Argento was trying to figure out what sports did he have interest in. He had started putting himself out more. Going on camping with friends which was supervised by someone who was an adult as putting a bunch of twelve year olds in danger would not be a good thing. Argento had to face a little bullying, however it stopped once Heirans came to know of it and despite Argento telling Heirans not to get involved, Heirans stood up for Argento and the bully ran away seeing Heirans being all protective of Argento.

By the time Argento's third year started, he had joined the Quidditch Team of his house. His parents had gotten him the fastest and most expensive broom. Argento was really excited to be a chaser on his house team. He was even more excited when Heirans joined as the Captain and Seeker. He was pretty sure their team was in good hands.

The Fourth year brought a lot of new changes in his life. First of all, he had finally gotten a boyfriend and it was none other than his best friend, Heirans. He was pretty excited for going on special day trips with Heirans. He would shower Heirans with gifts and goodies. Second thing that happened for him- was his parents told him they had a pair of twins. He was really excited as he couldn't wait to meet his new siblings after his term was done.

With his fifth year around studies had gotten a little more intense. Both Argento and Heirans were chosen as Prefects. Argento couldn't be happier about it. Since this was the year that he had to give OWLS. One of the subjects that he really loved was Transfiguration- well he loved it more than any other. He had spent days, weeks and months studying for his OWLs. He wanted to do his parents proud. As the time for the OWLs came closer, Argento could feel himself be nervous and a little sweaty. But he knew he was well prepared for it. With determination and confidence he gave his OWLs and hoped for the best. It was no surprise that he had gotten mostly O's and EE's.

Sixth year was hectic since Argento started internships with the Transfiguration Professor. Learning more and more about the subject that he loved. He was super excited when the Professor made him a Teacher's Assistant. It was something that he wanted to do. It was a way to learn more about the subject and how it was taught.

Seventh year was even more tense. Argento was feeling the pressure of being a Teacher's Assistant, Quidditch Player, Prefect and over that he had to give NEWTs. He was sure he would do well in all of it. He was trying to balance it all. He didn't want to seem like a failure. He was pretty happy when he got O's and EE's in his NEWTs.

Passing out of Hogwarts was the most exhilarating feeling. He couldn't be proud of what he had achieved in his life. Learning from a prestigious institute. Having a boyfriend that he loved. Having loving parents and siblings. What more could Argento could ask. He was looking for a job after he finished with Hogwarts. He was glad that his parents didn't pressure him into finding one immediately. Argento took working in the local magic school. Time passed by 8 years earlier, Heirans proposed to Argento and Argento said said yes. And they tied a knot 7 years ago. It was not till recently that Argento moved back to Hogwarts, joining it as the professor of Transfiguration.

First Instance of Magic: He was five or six when his tutor had taken him out to the backyard for a play and learn session. It was a fall day with no wind blowing, when a scared Argento who had just seen a Chameleon change colors for the first time in his short life, made the leaves fly around him. Lexi could hear her mother and father having a bit of a quarrel very late at night. Curious about the loud yelling, she crept her way down those creaky old stairs to look into the living room. She was only four, so the memory was a bit fuzzy, but she could have sworn that her mother… had a bird head?

As a girl who was so often kept up in her house with her parents, Lexi had noted some of the obvious differences within her family as compared to others. Of course, there was the magic aspect when looking at muggles, but to Lexi that wasn't the most jarring. In fact, even with the wizarding families she grew up with, none of them had a mother quite like her own. This extended far beyond just how she looked (and by extension how Lexi had looked), but how she acted. How she carried herself... for while she was a wonderful mother, something was always different.

She looked younger; much younger than the other children's mothers. Not in a lack of wisdom or maturity, but a lack of wrinkles, her youthful glow. Lexi also noted how she acted a lot more emotionally intense than her father or other parents, how people would stare at her with admiration… but also hate. It was only the other witches and wizards that did this, muggles seemed to hold no contempt. While this did deepen her curiosity, she also noticed these same stares falling on herself, which made her very uncomfortable. It was all the more reason to stay inside with her books. It’s how she preferred it anyway, so it was easy to put out of mind.

It wasn’t too long after her first instance of accidental magic that her parents bought her a ton of books crafted in the wizarding world (on her tenth birthday), surrounding topics she had only ever heard about via word of mouth from her and other magical families. It was actually through this love of books that Lexi first discovered what a Veela was; specifically, in a children's novel about Magical Beings. This brought a lot of suspicions to the forefront of her mind. After bringing it up to her parents, they decided she was ready to hear about her heritage, especially with this delve into magical knowledge she had taken.

Regina Medford was a Veela; it explained the stares her mother got, the almost explosive passion, the fuzzy memory of her mother having the head of the bird, and her looks. It also explained why Lexi had many of these traits too. Her attraction to her husband started with his extreme intelligence, but she grew to really love him for who he is. They settled down and had a kid, a perfect combination of her parents in every way… even those unfavorable attributes.

As a Veela, Regina obviously came with some flaws; she channels that explosive anger (as is true to her nature) into other things, like passion in her work. Of course, her temper could not be fully tamed, but it was a step in the right direction. This is the exact mindset she made sure to instill in her daughter since the moment she was able to walk, who was predisposed to such behaviors. Thankfully, it was effective.

The looks and strange powers from her mother, combined with her rigorous tutoring on managing her emotions since she was very young, plus her love of books and wits she gained from her father, all culminated into a very hard-working and passionate, though admittedly stubborn, part-veela girl.

Character Backstory:
Reducio
Lexi Medford was born September 12, 2011, to Regina and Jerimiah Medford of York, England. She has one sister on her father’s side named Simona, who is 17 years her senior. Simona had left home before Lexi was born to pursue a career in Alchemy after a once-in-a-lifetime internship opportunity in Germany. Though they never have officially met in person, they still often write letters to each other. It allows them to maintain a good relationship.

Regina Medford is a passionate and stubborn woman who struggles to keep a job with her temper. She does the occasional odd job, but usually needs to rely on Jeremiah as the breadwinner. To make up for her lack of job, she works at home, keeping the place tidy and spending time with Lexi. As a result of all this time together, she and her are very close.

Jerimiah Medford, on the other hand, is brilliant man with a humble and quiet demeanor. He works as a potions maker in his own little shop, where he brews potions at the requests of other witches or wizards. To make up for his wife's job deficiency, he often needs to work longer hours. As a result, he doesn't see Lexi nearly as much. They aren't as close as she is to her mother, but often can bond over books and his sharing of knowledge.

Together, both are loving parents who want to do whatever is best for their child. Though not perfect (nobody is), they are great parents through and through.

Lexi's early childhood was rather uneventful, considering her heritage and magical background. She was not as exploratory as one expects a toddler to be, though she wasn’t opposed to making friends. Regina and Jerimiah always tried to push little Lexi to make some connections with the other kids, to find others to play or even just chat with. It wasn't the most efficient way, but they didn't want to force anything. When she did talk to other kids her age she was amiable and interacted well with them, but still preferred being alone. It didn’t make her sad or lonely; Lexi just enjoyed the peace. She was still a toddler, though, and had her explosive moments when she was forced to get out of her comfort zone. Thankfully, these acted as learning opportunities for her, so that as she grew older she learned to step out of her bubble.

There were family friends who came over to the Medford home often. Two of the children, Leon Blackwell and Hugo Loft (of their respective families), were the closest Lexi had to what she considered best friends. Since they were the same age, they shared a lot of their first experiences. Both families acted as an extension of her own, often visiting on weekends, events, and holidays. This allowed the children to grow strong friendships and confide with one another about their exciting futures.

Leon was a rather shy kid, though he wasn't big into books like Lexi. He preferred to work with his father hands-on to gain knowledge on different aspects of the magical world. More often than not, he would be the one to tell Lexi things she did not know. Hugo was almost the opposite, an extroverted kid with big dreams about being an auror one day. He isn't the brightest, but sure was strong. When throwing all three of these kids together, they balanced out with a well-rounded dynamic.

While Lexi had her path planned out to Hogwarts, as seen by her attendance at the school, Hugo had planned to attend (and subsequently move closer to) Durmstrang Institute for Magical Learning since his father had gotten a lucrative job offer closer to that school's region. Leon planned to skip school altogether to help his father with his business, which he was due to eventually take over. This did not keep these three apart, though, for they still write to each other often to tell of the fantastical experiences each is having on their own, separate path.

Being only 11, a lot of Lexi’s story is yet to be told. Her past is just the catalyst that will set up her future as a studious, hard-working witch with a fire in her heart.

First Instance of Magic: When she was nine, her first instance of accidental wandless magic came in the form of bringing the Thanksgiving dinner turkey to life.

A few things before I can approve this:
-Why would the wizard parents choose a life with no magic? The magic and muggle culture would be very different- parents schooling, electricity, no magic are just a few examples.
-Parents cannot hold an occupation like a Professorship in another wizarding school since it contradicts out lore. Please edit this.
-Please remove the colour and special font from your trunk. They are not allowed.

It was a typical day on the ship for Wren was 4 at, she was pretty bored at this point and she couldn’t bother her brother since he was off at Hogwarts until the holiday break and she missed him alot. She had tried bothering her mama but she had been too busy with whatever ship work had to be done. She stomped off in a huff. She peered over the side of the boat and peered down at the water, softly singing to herself. She seemed to have done a lot of this lately. “Stop hanging over the side of the ship” her mother called to her from across the ship. “But mama…I’m bored” she whined as she scooted away from the edge of the ship. “If you’re bored bored you are more than welcome to scrub the deck of the ship, it’s quite dirty” her mother responded, slightly irritated throwing a bucket and a scrub brush in her direction. Wren sighed and scurried to pick up the bucket and scrub brush. “Thatta girl” her mother praised. Wren pouted and went to fill up the bucket with water.

Wren dipped the bucket into one of the many barrels of freshwater they had aboard the ship. She looked into the water at her reflection, she seemed scrawnier than usual. She touched her cheek lightly, she was definitely skinnier than usual. Her hair was an absolute mess of knots and tangles and she couldn’t remember the last time her mother had brushed it or even put it up for her. She snapped back to reality and went back to the deck and began to scrub the deck. She had been scrubbing for a good thirty minutes when something in the back of her mind told her she shouldn’t be cleaning there and she should move slightly to the right and start cleaning there. So she moved over and started scrubbing in the new spot. Seconds later a loud noise came from behind her she turned around and watched one of the water barrels come rolling down the deck missing her by mere inches. One of the ratty ropes must have snapped that were holding the water barrels in place. She didn’t know why but tears formed at the sides of her eyes, she whimpered slightly “MAMA” she called out.

Both her mother and father appeared on the scene “What happened, my love” her mother said racing towards her child and scooping her up. “I don’t know, I was cleaning and something in my mind said to move out of the way and then the barrel came rolling past and and…” she stuttered trying to recall what had just happened. Her mother gave her father the look of give us a moment alone and then watched as her father walked away. “I think it’s about time i’ve told you” her mother said gently. “Tell me what Mama” she asked eagerly. “Well the truth is it would seem that you just had your first Seer moment.” her mother said, booping her nose. “What’s a Seer mama?” Wren asked eagerly. “Well they are like a fortune teller of sorts, we come from a long line of them, a Seer comes with every other generation in our family, meaning your grandmother is a Seer and I am not.” she said looking lovingly at Wren. “Will I meet Grandmother? What do I get from this?” Wren asked as her mother set her down. Her mother laughed lightly “That’s enough questions for now my dear. Go wash up for dinner.” Wren then scurried off to get ready for dinner now with a head full of dreams.

Character Backstory: Wren is the bastard daughter of Georg Mornstern and Sienna Blackbeard (nee Thompson). The two of her parents met at a tavern where Sienna worked, Georg had been out drinking after an argument with his father and snapped at Sadie. They had some relations and went their separate ways leaving Sienna pregnant with Wren without Georg's knowledge. Sienna's parents eventually found out that she was with child and kicked her out, stripping her of her inheritance. Sienna eventually met this sailor with a child of his own, who had blew all his money on a ship. They fell in love and eloped having Wren three months later. Wren spent her early years on board the ship, the family didn't have much but she was happy. As a child she enjoyed running around or dancing with her older brother (Benjamin). Eventually Benjamin came of age he went off to Hogwarts. Disaster struck the ship she had lived on her entire life sprung a leak most likely from the condition of the ship. Her mother and stepfather used some magic to get them to the nearest port, where they were discover by locals. The locals seeing the awful state of the girl contacted the authorities. She was later taken from her parents as the authorities saw that her parents were not in a state to take care of her much less themselves. She was taken to St.Mungo's where they contacted her brother but he wasn't in the spot to take care of her since he was at Hogwarts and her mother's parents wanted nothing to do with her. there for after some testing at St.Mungo's they discover that George is the only other relative.

First Instance of Magic: Wren had been around 5 at the time this happened. The waves had been particularly rocky that day and Wren was leaning over the ship watching the sea creatures swim about. When a wave hit the ship knocking her overboard. She screamed and thrashed about in the water scared out her mind when a huge wave came and gently lifted her back on to the ship's deck.

Basically your timeline isn't mathing.
Wren was born, spent her early years with her brother (being old enough to run and dance with him), then he went to Hogwarts for 7 years and then he left for years and years. Then there was the storm and the matter of getting Wren settled with her real father (after unsuccessfully looking for her brother, then finding her father and figuring out that he was related to her in the first place). Wren is only 11, this stuff doesn't quite work out, especially if you want Wren to have any significant memories of her brother (at 11, she would not have any detailed memories from infant/young toddler times).

Alyx was born and raised on the outskirts of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch on some land with sheep, horses, and other various farm animals. From a young age she helped her family care for the animals on the farm, and she took special interest in horses especially. She went into town occasionally with her mother, until she died. Her mother died due to a fast-paced magical sickness which infected and melted her lungs at a rapid pace, and shut down her vital organs, and the family could not get ingredients for healing potions fast enough due to financial struggles. This happened when Alyx was at the age of seven, and due to this traumatic event she began to gradually drift apart from her family and few friends in town. A year later Alyx's grandparents moved in with her family to help Alyx’s father manage the farm. Alyx has two younger siblings both girls, who are twins at the age of six. After their mother died Alyx had made a point to help her sisters and focus on them rather than animals, or her homeschool, tracking back her education by half a year. Alyx was homeschooled by her mother until she died, and when her grandparents moved in her grandmother had taken over her education. Alyx does not have any aunts on uncles in the United Kingdom, they moved out of the country. Living on a farm Alyx was always surrounded by life, both plant and animal, but only after he mother died did she take special interest in plants more so than her animals.

Shortly after Alyx's grandparents moved in with her, (Alyx was at the age of eight) Alyx was in the chicken coop in a downcast mood as she collected chicken eggs and began cleaning out the coop. Her grandparent's arrival had reminded her of her mother's passing the year prior. Alyx picked up one of the chickens from their nest to move it so that she could clean, when suddenly the chicken started transforming into a dove, but it only halfway transformed leaving legs, wings, heads, beaks, etc. sticking out from all sides of the poor animal. Alyx at the time wasn't fully aware is was her who caused the failed transfiguration, so the animal scared her immensely, to the point where to this day she refuses to eat poultry

Levi Connor always knew that he was something other. I mean, his grandmother on his mother's side was a vampire, so there wasn't that much of a surprise. He had a thirst for blood, missing canines, sharp claws, pale skin, unnaturally bright amber eyes, and other monstrous features. His mother always made sure to lather him with sunscreen and cover his skin with long-sleeved, and he threw up at the smell of garlic.
His friends used to note how he became irritable when playing in the sun for too long, and how he would be extremely sunburnt if he didn't constantly apply magical sunscreen. They'd also comment with slight uneasiness how he'd look like he wanted to claw his friends when they'd accidentally make themselves bleed. There was no doubt about it. He was definitely a dhampir.

Still, he liked to deny it sometimes. He didn't want to be a monster, didn't want to be different and an outcast. And it didn't make things better than his mother was part of a powerful pure-blood family, the Drakes. And his father from the Connors.

He tried to cancel out the fact that he was a monster buy acting incredibly friendly, making buddies wherever he went. It helped that he didn't look too monstrous most times. His bright golden hair and translucent skin that glows with the light makes him look angelic, almost godly. Paired with a happy go-lucky disposition and charismatic smile, well, let's just say he was popular. He thought since he wasn't a creature of the sun, he would just become the sun.
But it took him a lot of work to get this way. He used to reject his nature entirely. He would sometimes go weeks without tasting a drop of blood, not wanting to feel monstrous as much as he didn't want to look it. But this caused him to become borderline feral, and he realized it made his monstrosity worse.

The worst instance happened during school. His friends had been rough housing, but because of his claws, he had scratched his friend, casing blood to seep out. All he remembers were his friends screams and being pulled off and dragged away, looking back to see his bleeding friend being taken care of by mediwizards.

After his mother found out he'd been skipping blood meals, she taught him to harness his power instead of reject it. He was strong, fast, and a great hunter. But his deep-seated insecurities never truly left. He silently vowed to never act like the monster he knows he is, to always be in control. He never did lose the habit of intimidating people to get what he wants though, but it's quickly soothed by his winning smile and energetic attitude. He continues to allow his instincts and monster-like strengths and abilities to exist, but he makes sure to keep them on a short leash. He feared his power deeply, and if he ever came across a boggart, it would show himself but as a full vampire, no humanity left.

But despite all this, he has really honed his abilities, and can control when he wants to use his claws, manage his sunlight sensitivity, and predict when his magic might backfire. His bite his strongest ability, but he refuses to use it out of fear of becoming a true monster.

Father: Lycaon Ceres Connor
Mother: Cassandra Io Connor Drake

Siblings: Atalan Clyte Connor Drake

Their first names come from their father, who's vampire family believes that your name should be the name of a hunter. Their second names come from their mother, who is obsessed with all kinds of mythology. The Drake family believes that your second name should be after a mythology character that matches your personality but has overcome a feat you struggle with. That's why the second name is given a little later, when your personality has developed a bit.

Appearance: Levi has extremely pale skin that reflects the golden sunlight. He has hazel eyes and rosy lips. He has a gap where his canines should be that contain his retractable fangs and has hard, rounded claws. His hair is golden brown and despite his vampire blood, he seems to be made of sunlight.

Levi is fun and outgoing, friendly to everyone he meets. He can be very persistent and stubborn, something that helps him even in the most difficult of places. Despite his playful and bright exterior, Levi has very serious goals in his head and knows exactly what to do to get them. Sometimes, he forgets that he isn't the only person in the world, and acts selfishly. Growing up rich caused him to be mostly shielded and spoiled, so he is often confused when others speak about their own issues. He also sometimes feels disconnected from the world, considering he is a dhampir. But that has never stopped him from cracking a joke to try and make the world a brighter place. His friends like to call him clingy and puppy-like, making the statement that he is "golden retriever coded".

He incredibly dislikes things not going his way, cats (because they're mean), spiders, the dark, and rude know-it-alls.

He loves his friends, the color green, quidditch, horses, rare steaks, and winning.

Biography
He had a simple and fun childhood. While his parents didn't care much for keeping the bloodline pure, (because his father was half vampire) they still tended to do what was considered the norm. He grew up with muggle-born and half-blood friends in his village where he was tutored at home by his father's prestigious tutors. His parents were kind enough, but they were incredibly strict, and he constantly broke their rules. He spent a lot of time traveling between Cork, Ireland (an all wizard village where his parents own an estate, Draguleon] and muggle Ireland, because his parents fell in love with it. He was able to have a semi-normal childhood while still having to live up to the expectations of his parents and with the knowledge that he is a sort of monster child (that hasn't affected his psyche at all...). Levi often got into a lot of trouble, breaking his parents rules and escaping the estate. But besides all that, he truly was the golden child, having people trip over their own feet in order to make him happy or befriend him. After realizing that he could never fit in the way other children do, he decided to stand out in a good way, so that he may draw attention but in the way a beautiful star does, not the way a freak does. He's always surrounded by a large group of friends, and remembers and instance when he was hanging out with a group, and everyone was so focused on him that they all got lost for a while. It was... an experience. He is excited to be at Hogwarts though, because as much as he likes attention, its mostly just a shield from being viewed as a weirdo.

First Instance of Magic
Levi, like other children, has had many small bouts of magic that were not accepted by the book of acceptance. He wasn't too naturally gifted because he was a dhampir, and didn't think he'd have an accidentally magic moment. But luckily, a week before his 10th birthday, Levi was attacked. Well, it was more like held for ransom. Because of his parents wealth, Levi had a motley group of criminals after him. He was always disobeying his parents and it caused him to be in risky situations. He was out with friends later than he was supposed to be, and was quickly snatched up and tied up. He wasn't able to use his claws and he had been gagged. While he was tied up, he accidentally broke all the glass that surrounded the building he was being held in, his sheer terror controlling the magic without his permission, an epic feat for a monster. Officials were alerted and he ended back home safe with his owl Apus, and an invitation to Hogwarts.

Hailing from the tiny town of Crieff, Scotland, growing up had been just Honey and her mother, Moira, for the most part. Of course, there were her grandparents, too, but as they lived all the way in Aberdeen, Honey only saw them around birthdays, holidays, and other similarly large events; luckily, as she was the youngest of only three grandchildren on her mother’s side, her grandparents absolutely spoiled her at any chance they got.

Growing up without a significant adult male figure in her life had its challenges; Moira had to work quite a bit to make ends meet, and, as Honey was always a little bit of an oddball to her peers, she didn't have many friends to keep her company during the day. Thankfully, she found ways to occupy herself - Honey spent the majority of her time outdoors, taking care of the gardens surrounding her home (which she managed to become quite proficient at, for her age at least) and finding insects to bring inside...to the chagrin of her mother.

Understandably, Honey assumed her father was dead - though she'd never seen a picture of him (save for one where his back is turned, revealing a surprisingly tall, lanky build and coiffed, dirty blonde hair), she'd been told her entire life that he was an average farm laborer who died in a workplace accident when she was an infant. Now, after finding out she is more, well, magically inclined, Honey believes that there may have been much more to him than she previously thought.

Her first instance of magic was at the age of six, when Honey accidentally made the petals of her favorite flowers, primroses, slowly open and close.

She had run outside after being grounded for bringing yet another insect inside the house (this time, a weevil she’d named Jimmy). Typical for any 6-year-old obsessed with creepy-crawlies barred from doing the one thing that made absolute sense to her, she was close to a temper tantrum as her mother called for her to come back inside.

As she stood near the flowers, shouting, “I won’t go back in ‘til you let me bring Jimmy too!” she swore she saw them…moving…even though there was absolutely no wind in the air.

Staring at them further, she was right - the petals were moving in-and-out, in-and-out, like they were blooming all over again. They almost seemed to move in time with her breath, which was heaving after all the running she’d just done. “But…Jimmy…huh…?” she trailed off, the least chatty she’d ever been. “Erm, what is-“

But, before she could tell her mom, Moira had caught up to her, dragging her tiny daughter back inside the house saying, “Love, ye know bugs stay outside. It’s where they live! Ye wouldn’t want Jimmy to take you out of yer home, would ya?”

In the end, she was not allowed to bring Jimmy inside…though, she decided that she’d need to be a bit more discreet about her bug collection, and that she’d try making flowers move again - she was unsure how exactly she’d do it, but she knew she wanted to.

Somehow.

Your First instance of Magic is something that would require a spell. Please find some other first instance of accidental magic. Something that doesn't require a wand.

Benjamin was born to Priscilla and Patrick Mason. He was the second wizard born family member in the family. His older brother Gavin was in his 1th year at Hogwarts when Benjamin was born. Growing up, he and his brother had a very close relationship, and they would spend their evenings in the streets of Torquay playing gobstones together when Gavin was not at Hogwarts. He preferred spending time with his older brother when he was not getting homeschooled by his mother, Priscilla, always daydreaming about what mischief and adventures they would encounter next in their summer breaks together. Gavin was more adventurous than Benjamin and would often inspire him to go outside and explore more in the little town of Torquay. Which was something that Benjamin hated, especially when he was in the middle of a great book.

The family didn't lack anything, nor did the two brothers, Benjamin and Gavin. However, the apartment was small for a family of four, as Gavin and Benjamin slept in the same bedroom. However, Gavin hadn't been living together with Benjamin for long, as he'd finished Hogwarts when Benjamin turned 7. After Hogwarts, he spent a few years with his family until he went to study to become an Auror. Benjamin had friends around the neighborhood called Felix and Edmund; they were muggles, which wasn't something that his mother, Pricilla, approved of. She was scared of getting in trouble with the Ministery of Magic, which made her demand that Benjamin promise that he would not expose the magical world to anyone in the neighborhood.

On the other hand, his father was impressed by the muggles and their inventions, which was probably also why they lived amongst muggles. His father wanted them to grow up experiencing both worlds. At home, they would see magic at work, washing their dishes and making everyday life easy. Once, his father even came up with the great idea to make them wash their plates themselves, which made Benjamin and his mother question his sanity for a short while. Benjamin often played with Felix and Edmund, running around and seeing what the city had to offer. Sometimes, Benjamin would even come home to Felix, where he would see how the muggles lived, and every time, it shocked him that they didn't use magic in their homes. One time, Benjamin even learned that you take away your plate after dinner from Felix's mother, who'd gotten angry at him for not cleaning up after himself. Benjamin didn't have many friends growing up, but he did have Felix and Edmund, who were always by his side.

His upbringing was a strange one, as a wizard born living in a muggle world. Yet, his parents were happy and didn't lack anything; they were, in other words, content with being middle-class wizard citizens in a muggle environment. It was rare for magical-gifted parents to find any interest in muggle affairs; that couldn't be said about his father, Patrick Mason, who had a shop in Diagon Alley where he sold magical bits and pieces. When Patrick wasn't at work, he would take his youngest son, Benjamin, out for a stroll around Torquay to learn about the muggle's inventions. Once, they even found a basketball cap while walking in a park in the city, which quite frankly excited his father so much that he let out a childish sound of excitement. Benjamin had never been as embarrassed as he was then, as some muggles began staring at both of them, probably wondering what was happening inside Benjamin's father's head, making childish voices in public with a child. It didn't improve the situation when some muggles started staring and whispering about them in the park.

His mother, Priscilla, on the other hand, was a stern woman compared to his father; after all, she worked as a secretary in the Ministry of Magic. ''It is not everybody who has the abilities to work at the Ministry,'' she would often say around the dinner table in the family apartment. Although she only worked part-time to homeschool Benjamin, she did the same with his bigger brother, Gavin. Her dream of being a Hogwarts professor was still absolute, although every time she applied for the position, she would never get it; maybe it was her stern personality that made it hard for her; perhaps it was also why she tried so hard to teach her sons the basics of being wizards before they started at Hogwarts. Benjamin can clearly remember the days when he sat in the apartment and heard about the wizarding world. She could go on and on for hours about Magical Creatures, which didn't interest Benjamin quite a lot. He was more interested in learning about astrology and everything else, about stars and their signs. As Benjamin was about to turn 10, he got star binoculars for his birthday; he had never been so thrilled before that day.
First Instance of Magic:
Reducio
Once upon a time, when Benjamin was 6 years old, he was walking home with his mother; the streets were filled with lights. When the two finally got to their apartment, one light suddenly went out by their door, so his mother couldn't see the keyhole. This gave Benjamin quite the shock, actually so huge that he started crying while looking up at the tall lampost, and with a flash, the light suddenly began shining again.

Today was the day, the big day Eleanor has been waiting for what feels like forever. Today she turned 11 years old and she would finally receive her Hogwarts-letter.
Exited the young brown-haired girl runs down the stairs of the house she and her parents live in. It’s a nice house in central London, not far from Hyde Park, and although there are a few other magical families living nearby they are mostly surrounded by muggles. As a child Eleanor often played with the neighboring muggle children when the magical ones didn’t have time.
But enough of the past then now is time to talk about her big day. Arriving in the living room the girl is greeted by her father who is already sitting at the breakfast table. Henry Price is a slender man with short, dark brown hair who works as a healer in St.Mungos Hospital. Next to him Eleanors old brother Niel is drinking his morning tea and flipping through the prophet. Neil is nine years older than Eleanor and graduated just this past summer.
Has it arrived yet? It must have, right?” Just as the question left Eleanors mouth her mother walks in with the item in question in hand. “Yes it has.” Gwen, her mother, smiles as she hands over the Hogwars-letter. She is a tall woman with light brown hair and a kind smile. She currently works at the Ministry in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures.
To finally leave for Hogwarts fills Eleanor with excitement and she can’t help to look back on the life she has lived until now and the very same she would leave behind once September comes. Since she can remember she and her family have lived in the same house here in London. For a time she went to the local muggle school, since her father is rather fond of living together with muggles. But after an incident involving a bout of accidental magic her parents decided to hire a magical tutor instead. At first Eleanor wasn’t happy at all about that decision but it turned out that having a tutor that teaches about magical topics as well was way more interesting.
