We are pleased to announce that iNPC’s can now apply for the Corporeal Patronus and Animagus abilities. The same rules apply for these abilities for iNPC’s as PC’s. The only difference is that your PC character must have the spell(s) in their trunk before you can apply for these abilities with your iNPC.
Applications will be accepted immediately.

Update to Site Rating Rules
In project announcements we have announced an update to the site rating rules. This change was implemented so that our community rating can more closely align with the books that the site's canon are derived from. These changes have been made with the playerbase in mind, but the change was not taken lightly by the staff or the administration.
There are three guidelines that guide our actions:

There is something about ambition, how it not only propels you but also defines you.

Welcome Aulis Vorozheykin

We welcome Aulis Vorozheykin, played by Aly Salinger, to the staff team. Aulis Vorozheykin is the new headmaster for Koldovstoretz, making them one of the newest members of the iNPC Staff. The iNPC Staff focuses on our 8 iNPC schools and attempts to bolster their presence in the community and accommodate iNPC creation and development.
We are excited to welcome back Aly as a member of staff. Aly has held a staff role before as Professor of Care of Magical Creatures with her Tala Takagi account. We are looking forward to working with her in this new capacity as an iNPC team member.
This also means that we will sadly be saying goodbye to Yegor Korotkin, also known as Avery Leveret. We hope to see him around still with his student account!

Site is Down for ManyVoting for Hogwarts.io on Top RP Sites has been removed. Zach has posted an update here: viewtopic.php?t=37032
Many users have been experiencing trouble accessing Hogwarts.io over the last 12+ hours. As this is an ongoing issue, please be aware our site founder is actively working on a fix. We will announce when this fix has been implemented. If you cannot access the site, some users have had success by trying different browsers.
Ongoing sports games will grant a 24 hour extension once site access is restored (possibly longer if it takes longer to fix). Sports captains will post in game threads to make this clear once site access is back.
