With the release of this announcement, we have changed the form of Encyclopedia Update to the following:

Student Year or Adult Level: We need to know your school year or adult level to be aware of the maximum stat points you can have.

Stat Changes: To update your stats, please post both your old and new stats here for papertrail. If you have earned stat points through sports participation, please provide a link to the stat points eligibility post in this section. Please apply for animagus stat updates here.

List of items added: List the spells and potions you want to add in this section, including the year, subjects, and lesson information. For example, "Revelio Charm • Revelio - Year 1 Charms 3". You are only eligible for spells/potions when you are graduating into the next year or received a grade higher than T in the respective homework. If you want to claim the items from prodigals ability, please provide us the link to the professors' approval post.

Coding: If you have any special coding of your trunk, include the full trunk code, including the edits here.

In this new format, a screenshot of the report card is not required when updating the trunk post. We hope this change will simplify the process of Encyclopedia Update for all players.

Everyone who wants to update their trunk post after the release of this announcement is expected to use the new form. However, anyone who has submitted their application before this doesn't have to change their form but it is highly encouraged if you change it to suit the new form. Thank you and have a nice day!

Broom Racing - Winter Games

Stage II of Broom Racing has begun! Best of luck to all of our racers. As for everyone else, why not cheer for your house in the spectator threads? Just remember to keep yourselves warm while you're out on the field.

The iNPC team is very excited to bring you all a change that's been in the works for awhile now: starting Saturday February 1st, we will be allowing iNPC characters to transfer to other iNPC schools! This will allow players who made an iNPC when they were in the "beta" stage, with only a few schools available to play, as well as those whose character arcs would just benefit from a transfer to have an additional avenue for story enrichment. This change does not, however, allow iNPC to transfer to Hogwarts, nor does it allow PCs to transfer to iNPC schools. You can read more about the change and how to apply here.

Valentine's Day at Beauxbatons

Headmistress de la Croix-Valmer and Headmaster Albrecht invite you to spend a week from February 12^th to February 18^th in Beauxbatons to celebrate Valentine's Day.

During this time students will be staying in cabins, located on the Beauxbatons grounds.
On February 1^st a thread for cabin descriptions and sign ups will be available here.*

The following events will take place during the festivities:

• 12^th February – Arrival tea party
Students from various schools enjoy tea together as they arrive at Beauxbatons. This thread will be posted on the 12^th February*

• 12^th February, evening – Valentine's Pen Pals
Write a letter to your Pen Pal partner (doesn't have to be romantic). Sign ups to be paired will go live 1^st February. This thread will be posted 19^th February*

• 13^th February – Free day
Students are encouraged to organize their own event. Reach out to Emery Albrecht or myself to add it here*

• 14^th February – Anonymous Valentines
Maybe you always wanted to express your feelings for someone but couldn't master courage to do it? This is your chance to let them know. This thread will be posted 23^rd February. *

• 14^th February – Feast with gifts and food
Traditions and gifts exchange while enjoying different food is a great way to spend the rest of this day. This thread will be posted 26^th February.*

• 15^th February – Free day
Students are encouraged to organize their own event. Reach out to Emery Albrecht or myself to add it here*

• 16^th February – Free day

FAQ

• Can Hogwarts students attend?

Yes, they can. However, if you participate in Hogwarts Valentine's Day errand, please note that IC you can't be in both places from the 12th of February.

• My character is an adult but I want to attend.

Amazing, go for it!

• Is it for all iNPC schools?

Yes, all schools are invited.

• I see there are free days, can I organize an activity?

Yes, students are allowed to organize their own activities during the free days. Please Owl or DM Emery Albrecht or Célestine de la Croix-Valmer and we can approve/add it to the schedule.

• Where will we sleep?

There are cabins linked above on the Beauxbatons grounds where students will be staying at.

• It's during the school year, how will academics be accounted for during the week the event is going on?

Beaxbatons has been gracious enough to set up classrooms near the cabins where lessons will continue to be held. This week does not mean you can skip out on your schooling.
