old: Violeta Isadora Roux was born to a pure-blooded mother and a pure-blooded father, she and is the middle sibling, along with her two sisters, which are her also her twin sisters Angelina and Katrina, having an older sister, Cassidy, and a younger brother, Daniel. Cassidy was two years old when the triplets was born, and Daniel was born a year after Violet. Violeta wasn't very close with Cassidy and Angel, but she was very close to Daniel, Kati and her cousin, Hunter. They always played together when they were younger, and now, even though they didn't see each other much, they were best friends.

It was a Sunday, and her father didn't have any work to do, and her mother didn't work at all, so it was one of those rare days they had to themselves.
Unfortunately her mother was cooking. She forgot about it. The stove was left untenanted, and the Roux Manor was in flames when they came back. The house elf, Rosie, thankfully was outside, dusting, but the Manor itself burned down, with everything in it.
No one was harmed, though they needed a place to stay. Juniper Kelly was born on April 12, 2010, on a sunny day at 8:46 AM in the morning. Maybe that’s why she’s always been a happy person, and an early riser. She “follows the sun”. When she was five, she got to meet her father, who was a pilot for the army. He always told her to be brave, and to stand for things she believed. She’s always done just that, which may or may not have been the reason she got punched in the face when she was seven. That accident was also her first instance of magic.
She went to a muggle school, obviously, (her parents aren't fond of wizards and witches, even if they are ones) and there was a group of kids who acted like they own the jungle gym. There were “Behavior dollars” kids earned in class for being good, and the group of kids would make others give them their “behavior dollars” to go on the Monkey Bars. Well, Juniper was most certainly not going to do that, (she was saving them up, after all). When she refused, the group of kids started to grab at her, trying to take her “behavior dollars.” The wind picked up, and dodgeballs came from nowhere, promptly attacking the bullies. The kids decided it was Juniper’s fault, so she got punched in the face, losing her two front teeth. However, when she woke up the next day, her teeth had grown back. Her mother, a nurse, had scolded her for picking at the kids and edging them on. Her mother didn’t believe her when she told the story.
At age 9, she taught herself to climb trees. Despite her many falls, she enjoys the activity. She also enjoys exploring in the small forest behind her house, and usually has scraped on her skin from her adventures. Or sticks in her hair. One of the two. At age ten, she held a big birthday party in her backyard. She had a swimming pool, and many kids were playing around. She remembers clearly how there had been a giant iguana trying to grab the toys. She threw water balloons at it, using her strong arm and good aim to do so. She was never able to play sports such as baseball, so instead she used her arm at her house to throw things.
Growing up with a farm, she learned to work to get things at home. At home. She also has a little brother who is the most annoying person. In her opinion. He's 9, and all Juni and Caleb do are argue. Argue argue argue. With some fighting on the side. Her favorite sibling is Tony, who's 14, and has always put up with her weirdness.
At age 11, she got her letter to Hogwarts. Her Dad was deeply surprised, and at first thought, someone was playing a cruel prank. But no, it was real.

You need a very good reason for Juniper having gone to muggle school if her parents are wizards. Please give some more information about Junipers parents- if they grew up in the wizarding world, their knowledge of muggle things would likely be Arthur Weasley level. Living in the wizarding world while going to muggle school doesn't work, you'd need to pick a world.

Reason for Reapplication: Inactivity and being removed from the index. With things resolved in irl looking to re-apply to the index now. Also using this to do some major updates to Quinn's lore. Updates that make sense coincide with now abandoned threads but I figured since these were all major I would combine the backstory updates with the reapplication from being removed due to inactivity.
Reason for being held back: Quinn was held back a year, due to the medical reasons. He posed such a danger to himself and others that his unique situation needed to be resolved privately. So he spent a majority of his seventh year away, getting the proper help, treatment, and care that he needed. He now returns in a far more stable and healthy condition then when he left. Reason for Being Held Back:Emma didn’t attend Hogwarts for her 6th and 7th years because her family’s secrets and tensions ultimately fractured her parents' relationship. After discovering her mother’s affair and learning that her cousin Abraham was her half-brother, Emma’s world imploded. Her mother, overwhelmed by guilt and scandal, left Cambridge, seeking a fresh. Despite her initial feelings, Emma chose to follow her mother. During her time in Brazil, Emma focused on understanding her family’s complexities and magic away from the castle, but the distance kept her from completing her final years at Hogwarts.

Emma was shocked to be appointed Prefect in her first year, not really sure if she was up to the duties, and then she became a duellist, and life became busy. But she didn't let that stop her from finding things to read or learning new things about her new world.
For three years, she managed her prefect duties, and duelling with her desire to read and learn. At some points it was harder than others, but she managed it well enough.
Then the summer before her fourth year, the world shifted. Summer camp meant going home for a brief period of time, going to summer camp, and then going back home before returning to Hogwarts. She enjoyed her time with her family, especially catching up with her grandfather in person rather via letters. They were able to chat more easily about the books they had read since her last holiday. Then she headed off to summer camp, where she had a very fun time. Coming home though, she was ready for some downtime and spent a few days just reading wherever she could find a quiet space. This included her grandparents house. Her siblings didn't avoid the house but preferred to spent most of the day with their friends rather than their grandparents. One day Emma had gone to her grandparents, expecting to find her grandfather and discuss the book she had just finished last night. Her mother and grandmother had gone shopping in town, and her father was working from home.
She walked into their house, calling out for her grandfather as she ran through, looking for him in his most usual haunts. She found him outside, seemingly looking at the garden. Coming to a halt, she began to talk but he gave no sign of hearing her. Walking closer, Emma knew something was wrong, and she thought she knew what but her brain just shut down, protecting her. Running back through the house and down the road to her house, Emma screamed for her father, even as she scrambled up the stairs, tripping as she did so. Her father came running, shocked to hear his usual quiet bookworm screaming. Emma could only get out the words "Grandfather" before she turned and ran back out of the house, retracing her steps. When they arrived, she stepped back, letting her father close, but knowing even as her father attempted CPR that he was gone. No more was her favorite grandparent going to be there to discuss novels, and make recommendations. She attended the funeral before returning to Hogwarts, and when she returned, she just couldn't fathom keeping up as she had been with the pressing weight of grief. So instead she turned her mind to healing, and all of the ways she could have saved her grandfather if only she had known more magic and been there. Her parents assured her that he had passed from a heart attack, and there was nothing she could have done, even with magic to prevent it, but Emma was determined.
Emma resigned as prefect, just not feeling like she could handle the issues that arose in her current state. At least duelling would give her the opportunity to work on her protection and healing skills.

Reason for Reapplication: Inactive for the longest due to life followed by the biggest ever writers block. Due to the game, re reading the books, the hype around the TV show and recent visiting the Wizarding World at Universal and lurking here for the last month, I'm back
haha would just have to change my birthday to match up with the year, and my relationships if plausible to just do a reset with this character, or would I have to create a new one?
edit note: Just realized I have posts from 2023 and if graduation is in July, I suppose Oliver would have only missed a year? If that math is mathing then I suppose it wouldn't be too hard to say he went to stay with his Grandfather back in Japan to study at Mahoutokoro due to his parents being away for the summer, and with Mahoutokoro being a year round school, Oliver just wanted to finish the year out.

haha would just have to change my birthday to match up with the year, and my relationships if plausible to just do a reset with this character, or would I have to create a new one?edit note: Just realized I have posts from 2023 and if graduation is in July, I suppose Oliver would have only missed a year? If that math is mathing then I suppose it wouldn't be too hard to say he went to stay with his Grandfather back in Japan to study at Mahoutokoro due to his parents being away for the summer, and with Mahoutokoro being a year round school, Oliver just wanted to finish the year out.

Oliver was a first year in the 2019/2020 school year, it seems that he was edited to be younger at some point in the past? He would actually be a 6th year now.
All the edits that made him younger will have to be undone, his birthdate would neet to be changed to be between Sept 2007 and Aug 2008. He would have been missing at least 3 years at Hogwarts.

Joseph grew up in a pure-blood family of five, consisting of his father, Cameron Sims, his mother, Quinn Brown, his older brother Nikolas, Joseph, and his younger sister, Adair. Having parents that had both been sorted into Slytherin during their time at Hogwarts, the family boasted their long wizardry ancestry, often looking down on muggles and muggle-born wizards or witches.
Though Joseph seemed to fit into the family perfectly initially, his reputation in the family went downhill in no time. His first act of defiance was refusing to eat any of the meat his mother had prepared for him on his fourth birthday, after realising it had once been a living creature like him. 3 years later, Joseph, being rebellious as always, sneaked out of the house due to boredom while his parents were at work and Nikolas who supposed to look after him, was taking a nap. During this time, Joseph stumbled upon a couple of muggles at a park and made friends with two of them, namely Jacob and Astrid. However, after just an hour, a fuming, disgusted Nikolas found Joseph and dragged him home, reporting to their parents that Joseph had made friends with muggles when they returned from work.
Although Joseph's raging parents grounded him after hearing of the incident, Joseph refused to obey his parent's will for him, breaking out of the house that night and fleeing to his grandmother, Skye Sims's house. For the next two years, Skye, who never fully understood the family's prejudice against muggles, permitted him to spend his time outside with his new muggle friends almost everyday, only returning to her house at night to rest. Unfortunately, Skye succumbed to Dragon Pox after visiting her nephew who worked in the Romanian Dragon Sanctuary when Joseph became nine and Joseph was forced to return to his old home.
Determined not to be associated with the Sims family, who have long given up on forcing the stubborn boy to align to the family's beliefs, Joseph spent most of his outside with his two muggle best friends, Jacob and Astrid, while his competitive nature led him to seek fights and quarrels with his siblings when he was at home. Joseph often pretended that magic simply did not exist, despite knowing fully well it did. The pretence could go on no longer as Joseph finally received his letter of invitation to Hogwarts at the age of eleven.

Admittedly this was my mistake in the first place. Wizarding and muggle cultures are quite separate, and wouldn't mix. How did Joseph just stumble across two muggles nearby? As a pureblood, there comes a certain level of avoidance of the other culture and community.
