He answered! Omg he answered. Sara almost smiled in delight but kept his cool the best he could. He had a nice voice too. A tone tinged with an accent he couldn't quite distinguish at first. Russian perhaps? He nodded in curt approval at his response, though his mind raced with ideas on how to move forward the conversation. The boy may have responded but it was difficult to tell if he was in the mood for talking or not. But given the way he had a short answer. But Sara gave him the benefit of the doubt. Who knows, perhaps he would like to make a new friend. “ How thoughtful “ he said in his usual gruff tone, though his tone held a tinge of admiration. “ You wish to…do this sport as well in the future?” He made a guess, his heart hammering with every word as he forced them out. He wanted to get to know this mysterious e-boy looking student. Though his shyness was tempted to get in the way.

Maksim kept his eyes forward. He didn't want to show any reaction to the question. He watched as someone fell off their broom, was that one of their teammates? It all happened so quickly, His eyes traced the sky, seeing if he could spot where Monet was. Though the boy tried, he was unable to fully hid the fact that he wanted to see her play.
He let himself come back to the 'conversation' if that even what this was. He leaned forward, his elbows resting on his knees, reaching down he started to pick at the blades of grass beneath him. "Well it's my father had planned for me. Not like I have much of a choice." He lifted some of the blades in his hands, sitting up fully, and letting the wind carry them from his finger tips. He glanced over at the boy, "What about you? What is this sport to you?"

Milo was excited to see the scoreboard go up, giving his team a cheer for their efforts. It was a shame the seeker went down but they could come back from that, Milo had faith in his team, both for his own french teammates and for the Castelobruxo people who joined them this time around.

A moment’s hesitation for both Monet her new beater partner fumbled the play. But would Monet acknowledge her part in it? Absolutely not. Her gaze locked onto the poor boy. “What did I just say?” With a huff, she rolled her eyes. ”I can’t believe these kids, can you?” The question was posed to one Raul Mirales-Correra. With no response heard, Monet looked around for him, only to find him uselessly unconscious on the field. “Idiots, every one of them.” @Dealla Barfield

Quentin found himself easily in step with the other beater. A familiar calm washed over him as they reeled back to hit the same bludger toward the same player. But wait... was that a nerve? Was he nervous? And they missed the bludger. His classmate looked aghast. Wow, he must have ruined the play for both of them. All he could muster was a whimper, "Désolée, mon amie." Sorry, friend.

One hit? ONE HIT?! Chikao knew his strength was his only redeeming aspect about himself when it came to a game of quidditch, but for a student from another school that he would dream of visiting couldn't handle a single bludger he couldn't believe. The boy was honestly upset and he could feel a bit of rage boiling in him in at the thought that the other team wasn't taking this seriously. A part of him thought of going easy on them, but where would be the fun in that? Where would be the honor? That would just be plain disrespectful.

As such, Chikao gripped tightly onto his beater and flew on with a look that still held a mixture of rage and disappointment as the words, "Waec,"¹ slipped beneath his breath.

The game seemed to have started strong, or that had assumed Egon. It was not how it had advanced, but after having put on his gloves, everything seemed to have been moving at full speed, and before he knew it, it had made the rival team score four times, something that angered the boy unpleasantly. How could he have allowed that? Wasn’t he supposed to be fast and agile? He hit the broom in an attempt at frustration and stared around, his broom hovering around the posts, he kept his expression indifferent as he looked around,

looking at how his team’s players were positioned. He was just hoping that as soon as the game was over, no one would go to blame him. It was about to be seen. Egon tightened his gloves tighter and prepared to continue the game. He kept in position, hovering around the posts, in an attempt to protect them and prevent the others from scoring.

CHASERS

As the Chasers readied themselves to grab the Quaffle and attempt scores, Beauxbatons-Castelobruxo would put on an impressive show. Their Chasers would be undefeated against Aryaan Shamsi and Rosella Sokolov as they took the Quaffle not one, not two, but five times. As Katherine Felix, the first to grab the Quaffle, rushed towards Mahoutokoro-Koldovstoretz’s goals, she would find the Keeper Egon Gushiken disinterested and not defending. Perhaps he saw a butterfly in the clouds.

Nonetheless, due to Egon’s distraction, Katherine was able to make an easy goal, which she would do three more times despite the valiant attempts of the other Chasers (and the Keeper Delphine, who would join the foray a bit later). However, River Fayre, also from team Beauxbatons-Castelobruxo, was able to score a fifth goal for her team.

BEATERS

Monet would start the round off strong by aiming a bludger backbeat at Miharu Goto. However, luck was not on her side today. Hiro Bakugo flew in front of the bludger, and instead of taking the hit, he swiftly flew out of the way and launched the bludger… towards Monet herself. The hit was solid, but Monet was able to remain on her broom.

Quentin would also attempt to hit Miharu with a backbeat, and he hit the bludger with rather impressive finesse. However, Hiro Bakugo would not go down without a fight. He flew in front of the bludger, and this time, he was unable to evade. He, too, would remain on his broom, but he took a definite hit.

Ritsu Okazaki would go the different, less legal route. The announcer watched with wide eyes as Ritsu soared very close to one André Alarie, who wasn’t doing much on the field. However, it would appear that fate was on André’s side, because he successfully veered out of Ritsu’s way.

‘Okazaki!’ the announcer shouted, abhorred. ‘Penalty lap!’

The Beaters were not finished. Chikao Narumi had his gaze set on Katherine Felix. He aimed and hit the bludger, but it seemed Katherine was on top of her game as she deftly flew around it.

SEEKERS

Miharu Goto was the only Seeker remaining in this bloody game of Quidditch. As she flew around on her broom, she scoured the cloudy sky for a glint of gold, but nothing would come into her vision.
