Cheek Biting Whenever Ophelia’s thinking or nervous, she bites her cheeks.	Fidgeting Ophelia fidgets whenever she feels anxious or when she has nothing to do with her hands.	Buffer Words She uses the words “like” and “you know”. She knows this and tries to lessen the usage while talking.
Eyes Darting Whenever she feels like she’s being watched, her eyes dart everywhere subconsciously, as if she can’t control them. This also happens when she’s nervous.	Hand Gestures Whenever she’s explaining something, her hands automatically make gestures relatable to the topic.	Explaining Whenever she’s explaining something, the usage of buffer words increases, sometimes even stuttering the words multiple times, mostly because she forgets what was to be said after them, or because she doesn’t know how to word the rest of her thoughts.
Foot Tapping/Swinging: This doesn’t have a particular reason. Her knee bounces when she taps her feet. She usually does this when her legs don’t have enough space to move, for example in class; when they do have enough space, she swings them or sits in weird positions with at least one of her feet on the seat.	Jaw Clenching She does this when she’s jealous, bored, or angry.	Zoning Out Happens when she’s bored, not in a conversation with someone, or uninterested. This usually happens in class -not when she’s with other people- but she somehow keeps up.
