Physical Description: Dominic has dark hair and dark eyes. He hair is well-maintained, but he always adjusts it anyways. He is tall for an 11 year old(160cm), so he is somewhat lanky but he'll grow into his height. He has clear tan skin. His style is polished and clean, due to his upper class upbringing. He brings a waft of mild cologne with him wherever he goes. Upon acceptance to Hogwarts, Dominic was immediately put off by the school's frumpy robes, often choosing to simply leave it at the dorm, wear something nicer, and attempt to alleviate his rule-breaking by throwing in an accessory of his house color. He usually doesn’t tuck in his shirt, but it’s not messy either, and his tie is either nonexistent or loose but neatly done. For long sleeves, his sleeves are always rolled up to his elbows. His wardrobe contains mostly casual clothes, but never frumpy. At most they are slightly baggy, for instance wide legged jeans or a thick sweater/hoodie. Dominic speaks Mandarin with a slight Beijing dialect, English, and French.

Mental Description: Dominic is perfectionistic, ambitious, and hates feeling stagnant. Due to being an only child to very successful parents, he feels like he has responsibilities and expectations placed on him. The family moved around a lot in his childhood, so he feels like an outsider a lot, and detaches himself from situations as a method to not get hurt when he inevitably leaves again. He was raised with good etiquette and formality, so he is somewhat aloof, but makes jokes when he is nervous or in unfamiliar situations. Dominic is a bit misanthropic in the sense that he finds a lot of people boring and instead wants to have company that gets him and challenges him. He seeks both novelty and security; new things excite him, but also he is reluctant to let go of constants in his life (for example, wants to go out and break some rules, but in the end chickens because it could harm his academic record which is a constant in his life). His parent weren't really around, so he became great at faking things, for example an injury, and says things that aren't true for fun or just to get a reaction. He likes social drama, regardless if it's about him or if he's a bystander; one could say he's a bit of a flirt? Unfortunately due to the prevalence of smoking in China & France, he developed similar habits. Despite the constant upheaval in his life, Dominic still tries to look for the beautiful. For example, he gets to be slightly more laid back at Hogwarts, and likes to sit out under the sun on the school Grounds. He is very superstitious.

Biography: Zheng Tsao & Claire Sézanne worked as international diplomats, causing the family to move often. Dominic was born in Beijing, China, on November 2, 2016. He lived there for the first three years of his life. Then, the family lived in Paris, France, for another 2 years. When he was 8 until another move brought them to Shanghai, China, and only a year had passed when the family made their final move to Oxford, England, which was where Dominic had his first instance of magic. As an only child with both parents rarely present, he grew up quite isolated, never feeling like he fit in anywhere. Thus he began to develop a liking for sports, since it's a common thread between many people when he goes to a new place. His favorites are volleyball and chess. Being rather upper-class, Dominic's parents put him in vey obscure and "prestigious" private schools growing up. Coming to Hogwarts, he has a desire to prove himself and have people notice him the way his parents never did.

Physical Description | Tessa is an average-sized girl, but carries herself with confidence, making her stature seem a bit taller. She has sleek brown hair and her pine green eyes grant her the ability to see twenty-twenty. Coming from a very active family, Tessa is lean and athletic, and especially quick on her feet partly due to her not being tall. She walks around with a straight back and her chin kind of high. She is a fast walker.

Mannerisms | Tessa twirls her wand and her hair a lot. She speaks clearly in medium to short length sentences, often using matter-of-fact or deadpan language. She also says “oh” and “um” a lot, mostly as filler words. Some of her favorite phrases include, “can’t rush greatness,” “shucks,” and “bigger fish to fry.” To family and close friends, she uses formalities, meant to be funny in an ironic way, as despite her formal and put-together exterior/composure, her speech is usually very informal. For example, Tessa used to swear a lot when she first learned what they meant. After much reprimanding from her abashed mother after she loudly cursed in a public setting, she now uses the substitutes. One of her favorites is “great heavens,” though she is not religious. Her handwriting is cursive, pressed hard into the paper. She draws long tails on the letters g, y, l, e, and a, curled bottoms of t and I, and writes the slash in the middle of the letter z and the number 7 due to her focus in maths growing up (though this didn’t translate into the curly x). Her signature is a big loopy t and a tiny scrawl following it. Aside from English, Tessa speaks a slight bit of Italian, broken and with bad grammar, and is learning French.

Mental/Personality | Tessa can strike up a convo, though is not as good as maintaining it. She sometimes can come off not as intended, and it takes a bit for her to warm up to people. She speaks her mind, is polite, but also is very direct, and seeks communication. This is especially true in conflicts with others, but her bluntness often just makes the other party more aggravated. She is not a very good mediator, but she follows her reasoning more than her impulse. She is an extrovert and likes to learn more about people, though not necessarily because she actually likes the people. She is a hard worker; often one will hear her complain about work, but she will turn around and do it well. Her IQ is fairly high; she is smart but not nerdy/geeky. Her mood is usually mild, and her attitude as well. The she feels something, it isn’t necessarily fully reflected in her speech or body language, and her emotions are usually very consistent. She is slightly superstitious, sometimes looking for lucky numbers and knocking on wood.

Family | Tessa Cicero Lynch is the eldest child and only daughter of Mikah Lynch and Isabella Cicero. She has an annoying rat younger brother, who is unfortunately in the same school year. Despite his height, he has an annoying childlike wonder, as often said by Tessa. He acts out a lot, and she gets very annoyed at this. They make a lot of bad jokes and talk and mess with each other a lot. Regarding her grandparents: Tessa is closer with her mother’s side than her father’s. On her mother's side, her grandparents are Julia Cassidy and Jack Cicero. Tessa has one cousin whom she is close with (Kailey Sutter, mother’s sister’s son), who goes to Hogwarts as well and is 1 year older. On her father's side, her grandparents are Olivia Berkley and Jackson Lynch.

Upbringing | Tessa had an upper-middle class upbringing- rather privileged, and she is well aware. Her childhood home: a big ass seaside mansion, well maintained by house elves. It is adorned with white marble pillars, vast balconies, and a number of elaborate chandeliers. There is a large entrance hall with curved staircases on either side leading to second floor. The house itself has six floors, and boasts a rooftop garden, looking out over the backyard, which contains a private section of beach. Tessa's bedroom is simple compared to her brother and parents. Most notably, her shelves present a growing collection of shells, some of which can sing and flop around on their own. The family has two cats at the house, both bengals, whom like to go on walks often. Previous to Hogwarts, Tessa was guided by a private tutor. Her intelligence level is fairly high, as she was good at her studies, but a lesser-known fact about her is that she only learned to talk at 1.5 years. Young Tess often stared at her stumped parents with wide and somehow knowing eyes, but once she learned to speak, she progressed very fast from then on. Being so close to nature, her family often had outdoor activities that included but were not limited to swimming and hiking.
