Ash tried her best to braid her massive long thick hair and it took so much energy and time to do it. To be honest, despite having long hair, she never really bothered to braid them into any hairstyles like the simple ponytails, pigtails. Although she would do a high bun if she needed to tend the garden. When Ash managed to braid halfway her hair, she noticed other damsels were finished with their hair braiding and went to the nearest window sill to throw their hair down, just like how Rapunzel did in the fairytale story where she would let her prince climb up to reach the tall tower.

Come on, come on, almost done...

Ash began to feel slightly frustrated while she continued to braid her hair but who could blame her. It was their first time to braid such a abnormal long hair, it felt as if she was just tangled all the ropes together in one.

Finally, Ash let out a relief and tired sigh when she successfully finished braiding the rest of her hair but now she needed to drag it towards the winder sill in front of her.

Gosh this is heavy!

Ash now had to respect Rapunzel how she had the strength to drag her long hair almost every single day for her witch mother to climb up the tower. She must be unbelievable strong.

And once she got near the window sill she used all her might and just threw her hair out, " Marius!", She shouted out his name to get his attention so he could find the right hair of his partner.

Soon, Ash would have to embrace the agony of her hair being pulled by Marius. She bit her bottom lip trying to mentally prepare herself while waiting for her rescuer to start climbing up her mane.

Climbing, really...she was expected to climb a tower, while holding Elsian's hair, while wearing sandals and a dress. Logan was not normally one to complain, but this was just ridiculous, how was she expected to do it. "I am not sure they completely thought this through," the girl muttered as she looked down at the cat sitting at her feet. It looked like the cat as giving her a glare and she only rolled her eyes. "Don't give me that look Sherlock, you have to wait here because I cannot climb this while holding you." Kitty on the hand would be able to come with Logan, having the ability to stick to the girl's skirt.

Glancing around, the girl saw others already starting to climb and sighed, "The things I do for you Elsian," she muttered with a groan, "Please remind me next time to not wear a dress to the ball, maybe a pant suit would be better." Looking up the tower, the girl sighed one last time as she attempted to climb as quickly as possible. As Logan had previously thought, it was rather difficult in a dress and sandals. "Climbing is not my thing," she grumbled grumpily, even though she had been climbing for less than 20 seconds.

Heights had never frightened Elsian, and this tower in particular had been far less frightening than others. But somehow, leaning out the window sill to peer down, down, down into the night to catch sight of Logan…the distance felt huge in that moment. The long length of braided hair, heavy, and foreboding.

Never, not once, had he thought he’d be playing the part of Rapunzel. Let alone thought about the intricacies of how much this was likely going to hurt and just how far of a fall that would be for his knight in shining gold tiara…

Being in a fairytale kinda sucked.


He spotted his date, a shining beacon of gold and creature side kicks galore and that was just a freaking travesty. “Kitty!” He yelled, “You gold adoring brat! Get back up here, you were supposed to be my Disney sidekick, you traitor!” Kitty, perhaps perked up slightly at his voice, he thought she did, swore maybe he even saw he skitter towards the tower alongside Logan to get a head start but that could have been the dark playing tricks on his eyes.


“Queenie!” He cheered, beginning to tug his hair to dump out the window sill, “my golden knight! My princess in shining heels! My mad queen in glittering tiara-!” He shoved the hair over the side, quickly snatching up a bit of hair near his scalp to wrap around his own hands in an attempt to get ready for the pain he was about to experience. “Hurry up and save me!” He yelled out dramatically, throwing a grin down at the girl and her companions over the edge before disappearing from view. Elsi braced a foot against the side of the wall, near the window and leaned back, hair wrapped just so in his hands and gripped tightly as it pulled taut with the first threat of Logan's weight. There were no handy footings, or places to wrap the hair to anchor it here, at least none he was confident wouldn’t break. So it was this…or nothing.

He huffed with a small grunt of pain, tightening his grip as Logan began to climb. Or at least, he assumed it was her. He wasn’t exactly able to lean out and have a friendly chat without losing his grip that was barely holding back the pain. Hopefully his grip held…

“I hope you know this is so not the damsel I agreed to be,” he called out to Logan, damn the consequences, damn the possibility he lost focus!


“I am a delicate flower damn-it! Sleep for a hundred years sure, eat a poisoned apple? Why not! Hell, I’ll take having to be little red and stall the big bad wolf,” he grit his teeth at another sharp tug when his grip fumbled, throwing a brief look towards the rest of the room before focusing back on the window and wall.

“But no,” he drawled, “we got the story that had to have possibly the buffest bloody damsel in the whole freaking fairytale book- OW!”

Rebecca set to work tangling his hair and twisting his luxurious tresses into knots for Irina to grab hold. And in the mess of snarls, who's to say if he entwined Colin's hair with a foreign student's? It would be funny. Hypothetically, of course.

In the end, it looked like his head looked like it could be the nest of a very confused flock of birds, which was more or less what he was going for. He tugged himself towards a window, wincing as his hair caught on edges and dragged on the dirty floor. Christ, I'll need a shower after this, he thought mournfully. Maybe two showers.

He poked his head out and looked down at the courtyard far, far below.

"Oi! Irina!" Rebecca shouted.

He spotted his friend standing at the base of his tower and grinned. His knight in shining armor was right on cue.

"Hey, Loops! I’m ready!" He heard her yell, and he stuck out a thumbs up in acknowledgement.

"HEADS UP!"

With a considerable effort, Rebecca bundled up the unwanted meters of hair and lobbed it all uncerimoniously out the window. He hoped she'd have the foresight to dodge before it clocked her on the head.

Rebecca grit his teeth and braced himself for Irina to begin her painful climb.

Finally. They are getting to the meat of the game. The most challenging game, where one has to climb a hair up a tower- she knows how absolutely crazy that sounds, but she did not regret creating this part of the game. Because watching people suffer, especially some of these lazy arses who never work out in their life struggling to even grip the hair itself. Definitely help her get her mind off of.. things. "COME ON! CLIMB FASTER!" The white-haired screamed towards the climbers, tormenting them just for the fun of it. "MY GRANDMOTHER CAN CLIMB FASTER THAN ALL OF YOU!" another scream by the girl, clearly having too much fun.

Pea decided she would come up to the owlery tower to see the rescuers when they arrive to see their damsels, leaving the rest that are still stuck finding the key with another committee. The sight from upstairs is definitely an interesting one. Seeing some of the damsels that are still stuck braiding their clearly need brushing hair, and some are agonizing in pain as they hold their hair for their prince to climb on. Either way, they all look like they are struggling and she arrived at the right time. But it was just as she arrived up a head slowly appeared out of the window. The first rescuer who has arrived to save their princess finally. But not only one, but it was also two rescuers who arrived first to meet their princesses. Logan Baird, and Edme Achillan appears from the window and successfully climbed their damsel's hair without trouble. Logan clearly are having a streak as she is also the fastest to find her key from before, and Edme is the underdog who is now stealing the show. "Fantastic job you two, apparently there are strong people in Hogwarts after all." The girl dissed the rest of the climbers who are still stuck or even failing to do a simple job such as climbing. There are even some people who are losing their grip and falling. But sadly, the school has provided a safety protocol so that the players did not actually get hurt when they fall to their doom. This is completely unrealistic, but she guessed she can't have someone's blood in her hands just because of this stupid game. The two rescuers are soon followed by another female rescuer, Eloise Duciel, a French girl who has never been in the spotlight before, but now she is. Very interesting indeed. "Great job." Pea complimented her with a very small nod.

But none of these rescuers would make it without their strong damsels holding unto their hair. They have been fighting for their life to make sure they can withstand the weight of the rescuers that took so loooong just to climb their hair. Although there are safety protocols, these damsels still need to carry a lot of weight so they could win this game. And even Pea is impressed by Lloyd Matthews Thomas who looked completely unfazed by the whole thing and let his partner climb onto his hair easily. "Impressive- you know I don't usually give out genuine compliments, so you should feel very honored." The white-haired says to the French boy. Pea walk to another damsel, another three damsels that are trying their best to survive this weirdly exhausting game, Elsian Cox, Ashleigh Hazelwood, and Avery McCall. "Great job ladies~" Pea says to the three.

======================== Pea. A very unique name, that was to be sure. Hiro couldn't help but admire the white haired girl's beauty. But he wasn't the only one to do so. Pea had a tendency to draw stares from just about everyone. It must have something to do with her genetics. She had outstanding looks, perhaps she was part-Veela? But enough staring at Pea, Hiro had a mission to complete! Trying to find a gold key amidst a sea of golden items was easy enough for him. The popular beater even happened to be the first one to achieve success with his mission. Even though he'd been one of the last to make it through the maze earlier. Hiro didn't think about trying to take some of the other gold items. Yes, he could have used the money, but it was probably someone else's money and it wasn't his to take. As Hiro glanced around the area for a door, a blue braid suddenly dropped down in front of his face. He looked up to see Monica's face staring down at him. One of the committee members told him the next step was to climb up the dropped braid. To save the damsel. Hiro's lips parted. Seriously? The pink haired boy hadn't ever climbed up a braid like this before. Sure, Hiro had confidence in his strength, but at the same time... climbing up a braid versus climbing up a tree was quite different. And this was a really high tower too. "You doing ok up there, Nica?" Hiro called up, wondering if Monica would be able to hear him. "I'm going to be coming up now!" He said and grabbed the braid with one hand as he let his eyes flicker around the area. How was he supposed to do this? Hiro eventually came to a decision about a method. Grasping the braid between both hands, Hiro launched himself at the tower with a well-placed jump. Both feet hit the wall and with his hands using the blue braid to support himself, Hiro was able to stick the landing. He quickly started climbing up the tower, hoping that Monica would have enough strength to hold it steady. But damn, it was a really high tower. Did Monica really have the stamina to hold the braid long time for him to make it up? Hiro was only a quarter of the way up.
