"Come on!" shouted a frenzied George Henry, kicking his legs in frustration as he watched Serena's spell fly past its intended target. He wasn't mad at her, of course - in these sorts of things, there was always a chance for error, even among the most skilled casters of the bunch. His tolerance for failure, however, was tested by Percival's successful blatching of his partner in crime, Jack Warren. He needed more than this from his best buddy. "C'moooon..."

June’s annoyance was clear as she re-mounted her Silver Arrow, watching her teammates and opponents alike whizz past her. With a huff, June began to rise to the sky once again, a laugh escaping her lips as she saw a Hufflepuff knocked to the ground just like her. Serves them right.

Like clockwork, the player's violent tendencies resurface. Though Hufflepuff had been the initial aggressor, Slytherin has caught on quick. Simon throws yet another projectile, barely missing Wyatt. Della had to admit, the third-year had one heck of an arm—he's been lobbing rocks at any snake he can see and doesn't look one bit tired. In return, both Percival and June take aim for Sophie, with only the latter hitting her mark. Serena attempts to knock Wyatt off his broom with the revulsion jinx, but it doesn't seem to be this badger's day when it comes to spell casting.

Sophie and June, the former freshly pelted in the head by the latter, disappear into the fog. They both emerge quickly, not at all shaken, which is surprising given Sophie's possible head injury.

Headache or not, Sophie flies clean through the waterfall, honing in on her target. But Percival smoothly misses the flying poop bomb of a badger.

Percival, possibly flying high on his evasion, enters close quarters with two Hufflepuff players. He and Serena fly true, while the Hufflepuff captain takes a nasty bump against the wall. It's unclear if his next move is premeditated or if he just has road rage, but George beelines straight toward Percival, finishing what his teammate couldn't. Percival falls to the ground with an upsetting thud.

Next was the dreaded maze. From her position above the race, Della should have been able to see the solution, but it was a complex puzzle. Not for the faint of heart mind. Serena and George both enter the maze, but the badgers are swiftly separated. Serena finds the exit, but George does not. Maybe it was karma for the Hufflepuff captain and his unsavory strategy—of everyone he burned just to get here, it's coming back around.

But it's too good to be true as Wyatt is ensnared in the vines. The only thing he can do is struggle and hope to get free.

"Selwyn is back on her broom and she gives Verlice a taste of her own medicine. And to all the concerned and confused onlookers—yes, it's totally legal in broom racing to throw rocks at each other. It's a barbaric sport. Captain Henry knocks Gray off his broom—only two snakes left in the air! But Henry and Towers have to enter the maze, only Starkey has cleared it so far. Towers is good, but Henry looks a little confused. We'll just have to hope he can find his way out. In the lead, Starkey is still going strong, but Towers is gaining on him. Oof, and the vines got him. Will he get loose and win it for the snakes, or the will the badgers show that slow and savage wins the race?"

What was wrong with her?! She had no idea but she was missing left, right and centre. Perhaps it was her speed, perhaps it was her concentration. She had no idea but it was incredibly frustrating to see her constantly failing. When it came to spell casting, today was not her day - that was clear.

At the very least, she was managing to do better at the obstacles. For now, at least. It was only a matter of time till that failed. Serena headed into the maze, noticing George from the corner of her eye. She flew straight through it, managing to pass through it. But... looking over her shoulder, she frowned as she did not see George anywhere. Did she lose him? Did he go another way or perhaps he was already ahead of her?

Frowning, she looked ahead. Perhaps he was in the fog... she could not see anything. Luckily, she managed to fly through that. Alright, maybe her luck was not as bad as she thought it was.

This slender Scots Pine would make a fine Christmas Tree but this tree was modified with purpose. A metallic framed seat complete with windshield and stirrups has been added at the back, serving as the tree's counterweight. This sturdy, reliable tree that will definitely get the job done.

This broom is intended to carry multiple people. When someone uses the catch option to rescue a falling teammate, they can catch one additional teammate in a given round. This broom can carry up to four users. If the user has the ability Catch then a user can catch an indefinite number of teammates in a round, but for each person they catch after the first there is a stacking 20% auto-failure chance. Returning users to their broom is a free action for the owner of the blue bottle, but those being returned to their broom need to use their action getting to their broom. Only one person can be returned to their broom as a free action (for the owner) per round, they can use their action to return a second user however.

Outfit of the Day

With all of the times he had played various sports with his muggle friends back in London, he wondered HOW in MERLIN'S NAME that projectile didn't hit. It made him frustrated, but he knew he needed to keep a level head. When one started to turn their focus off of flying, that's when silly mistakes were made - maybe just being at a slightly off angle, causing you to lose speed. Nope, that wasn't going to happen here and it wasn't going to happen now.

Maybe the ground was more brutal than Jack had expected because everything when white for a minute. The moment he had struck the ground, a daze overcame the boy. Yet the anger Jack had felt quickly outgrew the massive headache the boy was beginning to find. Now with direct clarity, Jack knew what he had to do.

Okay so maybe no more running into snakes because that just made them mad. Hopefully they didn't fling more rocks at her because just being hit by one hurt pretty bad. She sped up her broom to get away from those snakes, since she did not want to be hit again.

With an awkward crash, Wyatt was stuck in a bunch of vines. While he was grateful that they were plain old vines rather than devil's snare or something as creepy as whatever that plant was, they were still vines. He probably looked like a right idiot, tangled up in his green bounds.

Gray felt he was starting to make progress up until a spell hit him from behind. Grunting loudly, the pureplood was knocked from his broom "Ugh! whoa!" he said in surprise as he fell to the ground with a vicious bump and roll. Percival did his best to get up to his feet and grab a hold of his broom once more, quickly trying to figure what his next move was going to be.
