Both Karrie's mom and dad are muggles. It was a very peaceful life but not when it comes to her siblings. They are the ones who make the house chaotic. Elder brother, Esco, is an overprotective person whom Karrie literally hates. Her has two cousins, namely Andy and Medilla are always on top of her head and find ways to make her life breathless.
She goes to a very well known school and has very few friends cause they don't like her attitude. She was sometimes also given all sorts of nicknames because she acts weird at times which she also didn't knew. She never trusts anyone and talks as much less as possible.
She has two brothers, but often forgets about the second one. Her second brother is a wizard. He must be around 14 years old this year. No one except for Karrie's dad and mom knows this secret.
When her brother recieved the hogwarts letter, an elderly looking man came up to them to deliver it and strangely her parents greeted him inside. He requested that both Karrie's mom and dad are needed for a discussion. He handed over the letter and requested that both of them read it. Her mom shuddered in fear and her dad was extremely furious.
He tried to explain the existence of magic and almost all about hogwarts. He even showed his wand to them and performed a very simple magic by lifting a cup with his wand. After he convinced both of them and made them agree to send their son to Hogwarts, he went away.
It was by luck that Karrie got to know his secret. It's a long story. When her brother was a second year in hogwarts and visited their house for the summer vacation, Karrie went into her brother's room without knocking and found a owl looked up in the cage and quills and inks spread on his table. Karrie was shocked to see it and when her brother discovered that Karrie saw all this, he was extremely terrified.
From that day onwards, Karrie's mother made her convinced not to reveal the secret because she thought that it was dangerous and it's better to forget it. Of course, Karrie isn't that easy going and said that she must atleast get 2 letters a year and her brother happily agreed.
They have thought to keep it a secret for the time being because it's still the most impossible thought they did ever know. Karrie gets the letters from her brother ten times a year. She knows about the subjects taught there and her brother's point of view towards other teachers. Her brother comes home only once a year, that's during the summer vacation. Her mother sends the monthly allowance to him so that he never runs out of money there during the holidays. It's a good point that he is considerate and doesn't wastes his money.
Karrie was however angry for a few days for hiding this secret. She only knew that her brother was studying in a boarding school and whenever questioned about the owls flying during the days, Karrie's dad and mom somehow made an excuse to convince her. However, she soon recovered from the shock and very suprisingly Karrie's dad went to Diagon Alley to accompany Karrie instead of Esco. Though Esco was angry and worried, he was forced to let them go or be grounded for a month. Karrie didn't care much, because either way, she was going to be in trouble.

Karrie's aunt, Ansley is no less than her cousins, she is cunning and pretends to be very warm hearted in front of everyone. Karrie's uncle was however, a very sweet and kind person and listens to all her talks, whether it's boring or not.
Karrie's first instance of magic happened when she was around 6 years old. She was playing a jigsaw puzzle peacefully, not until her aunt came towards her and started observing her carefully. Karrie didn't realised that, of course.
Mrs. Ansley smirked and said, "You are acting like a dumb kid. Playing jigsaw! Oh my goodness, see my kids, they are rather smart."
Karrie looked towards her cousins and frowned. The whole group of 4 were trying to solve a word game for beginners for the last 2 hours and haven't figured out even a single word.
"Ok." Karrie replied. She always talks less and doesn't cares to reply much.
Her aunt got angry for not getting a compliment and scattered all her jigsaw.
"Deserve it! No respect, this good for nothing kid, just like her parents!"
This time, her aunt went too far. Karrie looked down, her expression deepend and suddenly the whole cup that her aunt was holding bursted, spilling the coffee all over her aunt's dress.
It was so quick that Mrs. Ansley didn't catch her senses for the next 10 minutes. And Karrie swiftly went away from there.
