I think I'm a hypocrite. I always overthinks myself and it's confusing, I wish I could meet someone that can ground me from time to time.
─ Elisha Pennyworth.

Elisha Pennyworth(b. 12 January 2015) is an English pure-blood witch and the eldest daughter of the Pennyworth family. Raised in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, she attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 2026 where she was sorted into Slytherin House.

Biography
───────────────────────────────
EARLY YEARS (before Hogwarts)
Elisha Pennyworth is the eldest child of Amelia Pennyworth, a healer at St. Mungo's Hospital, and Howard Pennyworth, a senior official in the department of International Magical Cooperation. Ever since little she had always remembered her parents being busy with work often leaving her alone with the house elves or in a friends house. She never understood why they always leave only to come back exhausted with limited time to play with her. Elisha hated it, still does, but she understand a bit more now.

Her mother, Amelia Pennyworth, is a caring woman and a great healer always putting her best effort in healing and nurturing her patients back to health and Elisha admires her mother for it. She just wish that her mother be selfish from time to time and spend time with her more.

Meanwhile, Howard Pennyworth is a firm, calm, and intelligent man who never fails to make her feel safe. Though he'd be out longer than her mom, lasting for days and weeks, he would always bring a gift to give to her and tell stories of the places he's seen from his travel.

This was the routine she grew up to, until her younger brother came. After being pregnant, mother and father had increased their stay at home, had spend more time with her, played with her, taught her, care for her, and it was the best time of her life. Until it was not. And she hated it incredibly so.

After being born, Elias Pennyworth had everyone's attention wrapped around his finger. Every cry beckoned them at his call, every sickness had them stay alert 24/7 and Elisha...Eli was left to the side again. One day, in a fit of rage and jealousy she had marched towards her brother's crib looking him over and staring him in the eye and had wish him to be gone in her mind. A week after that, she had woken to an empty home and frantic elves.

"The master and the Mistress has left to save young master"

That's the only thing they told her. Her father came back after 3 days only to leave again, her mother took a week and just like her father left after a day's rest. Elias took 3 months to show up, and Elisha took a year to have the courage to be near him again. Because she finally understood. Elias was born frail. And she had just wished him to be gone.

Muggle for Thought

Elisha never really understood why her friend was so fascinated with Muggles. Whenever they met to play, the conversation would somehow always drift towards about them. Her friend would excitedly tell stories about strange Muggle inventions, their clothes, their schools, and how they managed to live without magic. Elisha would listen, though more often than not she'd simply dismiss whatever her friend said with a shrug. She didn't understand what was so interesting about people who couldn't even perform magic. Wizarding history, magical creatures, and spells seemed far more fascinating than Muggles.

One evening, after her parents had finally returned home, the family gathered for dinner as they always did whenever all of them were home. Mother looked exhausted while Father seemed no different, only hiding it better. Curious from her earlier conversation with her friend, Elisha asked whether they often met Muggles or Muggle-born witches and wizards during work.

Mother laughed softly before saying that most of her patients were Muggle-borns. They were kind people, she said, but they had a habit of getting themselves into dangerous situations because of their stubbornness. Father nodded in agreement. His work often required him to travel for negotiations involving both the wizarding and Muggle worlds. It was tiring work, one that kept him away from home for days, sometimes even weeks.

Neither of them sounded annoyed. To them, it was simply another day at work. But to her, it was different. If Muggle-borns occupied most of Mother's time and Father's work always seemed to involve Muggles in one way or another, then perhaps they were the reason her parents were always so busy. She never asked another question but the thought simply stayed with her.

Not long after, while visiting Diagon Alley with her parents, Elisha noticed a boy older than her, wandering aimlessly between the shops. His clothes was unfamiliar to her though he reminds her of the muggle clothes her friend always told, his wand box was still tucked beneath his arm, and he looked hopelessly lost. Curious, she approached him and learned that it was his first time visiting Diagon Alley and that his guide had left him alone.

Thinking it wouldn't hurt to help, she offered to guide him around. She explained which shops they needed to visit and reminded him not to touch magical objects without permission. He nodded every time she spoke, only to ignore her moments later. He picked up items she had warned him not to touch, insisted he already knew how some magical objects worked because they reminded him of Muggle inventions, and questioned customs that every young witch and wizard was expected to follow.

Moments later, he reached for a display clearly marked Do Not Touch, insisting he already knew what it was because it looked "just like something Muggles have." The object promptly sprang to life, startling nearby customers before the shopkeeper hurried over to contain it. As Elisha apologized on his behalf, the shopkeeper's disappointed gaze lingered on her robes and the embroidered crest of her family's old pure-blood house.

"I would've expected someone like you to keep your friend in line." Heat rushed to her cheeks. "He isn't my friend," she wanted to say. Instead, she bit her cheek and stayed quiet.

The rest of the afternoon continued much the same. By the time they went their separate ways, she felt more exhausted than she had expected from simply helping someone. As she walked back to her parents, she couldn't help forming a quiet conclusion in her mind. Maybe this was why her mother always came home so tired and why her father was forever traveling. Muggles and Muggle-borns simply didn't understand the wizarding world they had entered.

From then on, Elisha quietly formed her own opinions. She never voiced them aloud, nor did she openly treat anyone differently. Her parents had raised her to be graceful, polite, and composed no matter who stood before her. Still, beneath her practiced etiquette lingered a quiet bias. She disliked seeing wizarding traditions slowly replaced by Muggle customs and found herself assuming that those raised outside the wizarding world would never truly understand or appreciate it. It was not hatred, merely a belief she had never been given a reason to question.

Wand

33,7 cm cherry wood and dragon heartstring

Reducio
Cherry is a very rare wand wood that creates wands of strange power, which are highly valued by the wizarding students of Mahoutokoro, where those who own cherry wands are held in high esteem.

A Western wand-purchaser should dispel any notion from their mind that the pink blooming cherry makes for a frivolous or merely ornamental wand, as cherry wood often makes for wands that possess truly lethal power no matter the core. If paired with a core of dragon heartstring however, the wand should never to be teamed with a wizard without exceptional self-control and strength of mind.

Wand Choice: Users of this wand tend to seek power in terms of force or might rather than cleverness or luck.

Flavor: Very rare and often makes for a wand with destructive power. It is often paired with a core that reflects this.
"33,7cm cherry wood, and dragon heartstring , don't you think? Whippy, gifted with healing properties, ideal for wizards suffering from an unjustified sense of insecurity. I can see that you take great care of it!"

Elisha was 4 when she was playing with her friends while their parents discuss something important she didn't bother to know. It has already been an hour since they started playing Gobstone and unfortunately one of her friend has been on a losing streak since the second half of the game. It didn't even help that the others has been continuously teasing him about it. Just as she was about to comfort him, he had burst out into rage and smacked the Gobstone aside.

At the same time the curtains in the room had suddenly burst into fire. Just as everyone was panicking, she noticed one of her friend's cloth catch on fire. She freezes for a second mind imagining her friend turning like one of those wood the house elves puts into the fireplace. With a trembling hand she reaches out to warn her friend only for the fire to burst brightly and vanish. She was confused about what happened, but everyone was safe so it didn't matter.

Later that day, when each of their parents comforted their child. Elisha learns that young witches often displayed accidental magic during moments of intense emotion, and she and her friend had performed magic for the first time.

Best Trait Patient
Worst Trait Over Thinker
MBTI INFP-T
ALIGNMENT Neutral Good
───────────────────────────────────

Elisha is a quiet child by nature, but she isn't difficult to approach. While she usually keeps to herself unless spoken to, she becomes surprisingly talkative around people she feels comfortable with. If someone or something catches her interest, she has no trouble starting a conversation herself. Naturally curious, she enjoys learning about almost anything, though she prefers to spend her time on things she finds meaningful or worthwhile.

She has a vivid imagination and an observant eye, often noticing small details that others overlook. However, her curiosity is balanced by a tendency to overthink. It's not uncommon to find her absentmindedly staring into space, lost in thought as she analyzes situations from every possible angle.

Kind, caring, and fiercely loyal, Elisha genuinely wants to help those around her. She values trust and meaningful relationships above all else. While she prefers resolving conflicts in the right way, her morals become far less rigid when the people she loves are threatened. If protecting them means bending rules, deceiving others, or crossing ethical lines, she will do so without much hesitation. She doesn't seek conflict or power, but she refuses to stand by if someone she cares about is put at risk.

She isn't particularly competitive and is just as comfortable working independently as she is collaborating with people she enjoys being around. Rather than trying to outshine others, she focuses on doing things well and following what feels right to her. Though gentle and approachable on the surface, there is a quiet determination beneath her kindness—one that makes her willing to shoulder difficult choices if it means keeping the people she cherishes safe.

Dear Mother and Father,

I miss you both have been sorted in Slytherin just like Uncle Howard. I wish you could have seen my sorting ceremony, it was a bit nerve wracking. So far I have find the school lovely exactly just as you both have told me. I have met a few... friends people within my year. I hope that you both are doing well, I wanted you to see me off on the train but I know that both of you are busy and please tell Elias not to worry about me and focus on his studies. I will write to you regularly when there are any interesting news to share from my side.

Sincerely Yours,

Your precious daughter Elisha Pennyworth
