Potions Classroom

This cool map was made by Solomon Lear
POTIONS CLASSROOMAfter descending the steps from the stairs into the dungeons, the sign of the Potions classroom can be seen inviting everyone in. Behind the wooden door, anyone would see the vast room filled with herbal aromas. Unlike other classrooms on the upstairs, there isn't a table for the students, only workstations and wooden chairs. The seats are arranged in groups of four around each workstation and each of them has a faucet for the students to get the water for their brewing process. Students are free to choose their workstations and to work with other students. They can work in pairs, groups of three or groups of four, and strategise with their own group to achieve the best result in potion brewing. Several cupboards are standing along the edge of the room, containing equipment, ingredients, or literature all related to potions. At the other side of the room, there are windows made of sturdy glass window that lead the students to see the magical underwater creatures that pass the class some times.
At the front of the class, there is a workstation for the Professor. The blackboard is set to be visible to all being placed behind the Professor's workstation. Not far from it, there is a table where the Professor can attend to his paperwork or watch the students during the examinations. Still at the front of the class, the visitors can see the door that would lead to the Professor's office. They might also notice a slight movement from a potted plant in a large clay vase near the door.
The classroom is always busy during class periods throughout the school week. However, in the evening, after the classes, and all day on weekends, the classroom would mostly be empty. Everyone is welcome to use the classroom for brewing as long as they follow one simple rule, that they must clean the mess that has been made in the room. The potion shelves near the windows are also provided for everyone to save their work, in case their potions need a longer time to brew.

NIBBLESIf the visitors move closer to the Professor's Office direction, they would notice something is moving in a large clay vase. It's Nibbles, the Professor's magical carnivorous plant. The name is written clearly on the vase.
The plant is green with a little bit of shade of yellow, which indicates that the plant has mostly lived in an area with limited sunlight. Unlike the mandible part of its family, the plant could move its petiole freely, making the traps catch its prey. The longest of the petioles is about fifty centimetres. The traps are big and reddish, sturdy enough to snap any small birds or humans' fingers and digest them. It also has a flower stalk with a height of around seventy centimetres with a group of white five-petalled flowers at the distal part of it. Sometimes, visitors can see some bones the size of small birds on the floor, evidence that the plant is really a carnivore.
Nibbles won't attack anyone nearby since the Professor feeds them regularly, unless someone disturbs its peace. Once offended, it won't stay still. Its traps can move fast enough to attack the offender within their range. It likes music and often can be seen dancing if the Professor plays a song from his office. A pair of thick gloves is provided near the plant for anyone who wants to interact with it.
Notes:
- You are free to mention Nibbles in your RP in the classroom. Nibbles is mostly chill. If you want to include it in your RP but don't know what to write, here's what Nibbles usually does : (1) sleeping; (2) eating (small birds, chunk of meat, chicken drumsticks, bugs); (3) dancing to Professor's/anyone's music; (4) catching bugs with its traps; (5) grooming itself after eating.
- You are free to interact with Nibbles. Keep in mind that it won't be able to differentiate any meats, including humans', so wear your protection. And please be mindful when interacting with this cute creature.
- Any offensive actions towards Nibbles doesn't need to be moderated. However, I also provided the moderation guide below if it's needed.
