Simon Poe~First Year~Hufflepuff

Simon has blue eyes, and long blond hair. Her nose and cheeks are coated in a thick layer of freckles. Simon got her nose from her dad. Her hair, is a tribute from her mother.

Simon Moray Poe was born to Aria and Matt Poe December of 2011. As a child she never listened to her parents, nor her daycare providers. Each and every day was a battle. She would throw fits, do the exact things she was told not to directly in front of their faces, and had a thing for pulling out animals hair. As she grew, her father allowed her to work with him at the hanger. She would clean, help him pack orders. they even had a schedule fr when she could work. Simon especially loved making carburetors. At the age of 9, she was working on a carburetor, when it floated out of her hands, and into the air. It dropped, shattering, but not before almost hitting her arm. Simon's father heard the carburetor hit the floor, and came to see what happened. Simon spluttered through the story, but he didn't believe her. She didn't work there again, until a cloaked person came to their small farm house, explaining to her and her parents that she was a witch. When Simon asked about the carburetor, the person explained that that was her FIOM, or First Instance Of Magic. Apparently, Simon was going to go and learn how to do magic at a place called Hogwarts. She went to King's Cross Station, and walked through the wall between platforms 9 and 10, arriving at platform 9 3/4. She sat alone on the train, called Hogwarts Express. She pulled out a book, and read most of the way there. She had gotten halfway through her book by the time they arrived. They hopped onto boats, and headed towards a huge castle. The castle was hogwarts.

When Simon first used her magic, it almost got her hurt. She was helping her dad at the shop, working on a carburetor, when it started floating, and the pieces seemed to be adding themselves to it!
She was shocked, and it dropped from it's levitational position, and almost hit her arm. but she dodged just in time.
