Should I deactivate and create "Swan Clarke", new character ?

Hi guys, in two months and less, I will pass the 6 months and I'm not satisfied of my character. Should I deactivate ? I really need help and people that can help me to choose.

Since you have roughly two months until you reach the 6 months anyway, maybe you can see how you feel about Rowan? As much as I'd love for you to stay as your current character, it is ultimately your decision. Are you unsatisfied playing as Rowan? Do you feel restarting as Swan Clarke will reinvigorate your writing? You can also use this time to think through exactly what you want for Swan if you decide to switch.

This is the problem. My character is someone that I don't know how to play, It's hard for my and my writings are not like I want. I would like to start with someone new, that I know what I want for him. I have so many regrets like my ency, my registration, ma relationships (a part you) and to start with someone cooler, smarter, smoother and someone that I could play with fun, it would be nice. But I'm scared to regret it after...

Ok. My advice to you then, if you do decide to go through with deactivation and transferring to Swan, would be to plan what you want in advance (such as ability, how you want your ency to be, your application, etc). If you feel like you have a better handle on that, come the six months, it may be worth deactivating.

If it helps, you can always transfer back to Rowan if you think you'd regret it (that may be another 6-month thing, and I have no idea how the year change plays into that).

I think you should stay but that's my opinion, its really up to you weather you deactivate or not! Are you really unhappy with Rowan? If yes, then maybe take a break for a while and see how that plays out. If after you've have a nice break then see if you really want to, but its really up to you! I hope Swan Clarke if you dobdeactivate, doesn't make you unhappy!

I suggest to give it some thought, a new character does sound exciting, but really if Rowan is someone you'd like to continue writing then maybe you could keep her. Really, deactivating would mean that you could have the same character in whatever you want, but change wherever you don't like. Keep in mind that starting over can be overwelming, since doing everything you have built with Rowan will be thrown away, a new character can open up new possibilities you might not have with Rowan.

You can reactivate your character if you do regret it. And, really you don't need to build up again everything you've made with Rowan. If you do do decide to deactivate, you can have the next two months or so to plan your new character! But, if you don't want Rowan to be deactivated, you can always adjust her in anyway possible. New rp's can cause her to change some relationships and such, and there are lots of creative ways to recreate Rowan's journey if you don't want to deactivate your character.

I hope that if you do deactivate, you have a great time writing your new character, and if you dont, you continue to write Rowan with enjoyment!

This is ultimately your choice. My past characters did not "click" with me at all and I simply could not figure out a way to change them so that they could. The reason I deactivated into them was because the effort I put into planning my new characters was so much more than the effort I put into writing my current character.

So in short, do you feel like you are putting more effort into Swan or Row? This is a simple question, but it shows pretty easily which one you favour more.
