The Annual BaiKim Winter Ball

Bailey and Kim cordially invite you to spend the afternoon of Friday, December 22nd at our now annual Winter Ball. Please join us for an evening of holiday cheer, joy, and friendship before the Winter Break.

Feel free to bring a partner, a friend, a date with you to enjoy an afternoon of Holiday Joy and Cheer with your class mates, friends and professors. The party's doors will open at 1:15 PM and will include an early dinner at 4:00 PM, as well as a dessert course. There will be music and dancing as well as a gift exchange.

This is a white and blue winter wonderland themed celebration, and will take place the day before Christmas break (12/22/23). It's designed to let students celebrate Christmas/Winter with their Hogwarts friends before break arrives.
The reason why it's called BaiKim Christmas Celebration Bash is because it's being put on by BaiKim and they are aware there is a fanclub of them. They decided to accept their ship name for the bash and to yet again give their fans something to talk about before the holiday. They are not admitting BaiKim is real but they are indulging their fans as a holiday gift, amongst other things.

This bash is open to everyone at Hogwarts, from students all the way to professors. If you wish to participate, please post below to sign up.

Dress Code

The dress code for this year's annual BaiKim Christmas celebration is white and blue formal. Ladies, you do not have to wear a dress, you just need to be in the appropriate colors and be appropriately formal. Gentlemen, you do not have to wear a tux, or wizard dress robes, but both would be acceptable, as would be a suit. They do need to be in the appropriate colors so that everything fits together cohesively. Thank you for your cooperation!

Mod posts will be approximately once a week, by either Kim or myself.
Unless stated otherwise, both Kim and Bailey are open to interactions.
If you are open to interactions or closed to interactions, please state so.
As a note, Kim and I reserve the right to welcome you, our guests, into the party, even if you are closed to interactions. Thank you.
No iNPCs or NPCs are allowed to sign up. You must sign up as your PC, and your PC must be the main person attending the party. No sneaking iNPCs into the party.

We will be assigning seats, for the dinner portion of the meal. Depending on the number of people signed up, and the design that Kim and I decide on, we could have one big table, or lots of little tables, etc. A graphic will be provided by yours truly closer to the thread's posting date.
If your character is signed up, then they will have a seat for dinner. You are not obligated to stay until dinner, though it is highly encouraged.

Location

The Baikim Ball will be taking place in the Ballroom, same as last year. You can see how everything is arranged by checking out the graphics provided below.
It is decorated with the main color scheme as white, light blue, other varying blues, and silvers.
