Akeem Toussaint was born on the 29th of July, 1991, he was one of the three children of Ionna Rosario Santa Ortiz and Bamidele "Bami" Toussaint. His birth stretched out a long and dignified line of individuals—the Toussaints, an ancient shamanic wizarding house whose ancestry stretched back centuries into the southern forests of Hispaniola. Described as being one of the island's oldest magical families, the Toussaints are renowned for their deep connection with natural word, employing earth magic and environmental magic to live in harmony with the forest. Hidden under the Chaîne de la Selle mountains, they possessed a tranquil but powerful magical legacy in the muggle world, protected by their remote, forested surroundings.

Akeem was surrounded by his heritage when he grew up. His heritage was imbued in the tales, the traditions, and the implicit determination of his ancestors. His father, Bami Toussaint, was a skilled wandmaker and retired Auror, who had served for years as a protector of the wizarding world and his mother, Ionna, was a skilled potioneer—whose expertise in herbs and spell-brewed remedies kept the family hand in glove with the restorative and healing arts. Akeem's younger sister Sarai also inherited this legacy and had become a celebrated Professor of Herbology at Hogwarts.

Similar to his parents, Akeem attended Castelobruxo—the hidden magic school far out in the rainforests of Brazil and a natural star immediately as a formidable duellist, Akeem was well known for his capability during his prime time. He played for the school in numerous school tournaments and magic games, being respected by the people he fought with and looked up to by most people. He was also known as the former Head Boy of Castelobruxo.

At age 21, Akeem walked in his father's footsteps and became an Auror as he served for eight years. He was skilled in Combat, field investigative work, and magical law enforcement tempered his strategic thinking and his uncompromising sense of duty. Yet despite all his accomplishments, Akeem felt a subtle pull back toward the natural world

Seeking a change of direction, Akeem moved to the British Ministry of Magic, where he became a part of the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. Four years were spent there, studying magical creatures and helping to author conservation protocols. When Hogwarts announced a vacancy for the position of Professor of Care of Magical Creatures, Akeem saw it as the perfect opportunity to return to what he loved most which was connecting with magical life. He applied and was accepted and now chapter one of his journey had started, and this meant honoring his past while shaping the future.

First Instance of Magic:

When he was eight, Akeem had strayed into the forest alone, angry and weeping after his toy got broken by one of his childhood friends. He recalls standing beneath the tree and a strong smell of wild fruit growing under the trees awakened a secret hive, and before he could move, a raging swarm of bees came charging towards him. He ran, scared, and when he could not catch his breath while crying, something happened— an unseen barrier encircled him and the bees bounced off not able to reach him. Akeem, he was very much confused. Within minutes, two plant-gatherers had heard the commotion and rushed up as they casted repelling charm to drive the bees away. By then, the barrier was gone and he was taken home. He never forgot the day and when he told his parents, they were overjoyed that he had his first experience of magic.

Simon Moray Poe was born to Aria and Matt Poe December of 2011. As a child she never listened to her parents, nor her daycare providers.Each and every day was a battle. She would throw fits, do the exact things she was told not to directly in front of their faces, and had a thing for pulling out animals hair. As she grew, her father allowed her to work with him at the hanger.She would clean, help him pack orders. they even had a schedule fr when she could work. Simon especially loved making carburetors. At the age of 9, she was working on a carburetor, when it floated out of her hands, and into the air. It dropped, shattering, but not before almost hitting her arm. Simon's father heard the carburetor hit the floor, and came to see what happened. Simon spluttered through the story, but he didn't believe her. She didn't work there again, until a cloaked person came to their small farm house, explaining to her and her parents that she was a witch. When Simon asked about the carburetor, the person explained that that was her FIOM, or First Instance Of Magic. Apparently, Simon was going to go and learn how to do magic at a place called Hogwarts. She went to King's Cross Station, and walked through the wall between platforms 9 and 10, arriving at platform 9 3/4. She sat alone on the train, called Hogwarts Express. She pulled out a book, and read most of the way there. She had gotten halfway through her book by the time they arrived. They hopped onto boats, and headed towards a huge castle. The castle was hogwarts.

Before Phoenix had ever uttered a single word of magic, she already knew what it was like to fail the silent tests that other individuals gave her — the ones that were not cued in marks, but in glances, tone, patience. She had not meant to come across as aloof. She had not meant to drive people away. But it still kept occurring. Her voice fell wrong. Her reticence went on for too long. So she abandoned all attempts at winning people over and started putting everything into the one thing that didn't ask her to get things right or smile on demand:

At home, this translated into finishing workdays early, organizing books by topic and color of spine, rewriting entire essays because her handwriting looked like "sloppy." Nobody required her to be perfect — nobody needed to. The stress was internal. Mistakes made her crawl out of her skin. Narrow escapes haunted her. If she couldn't be tremendous at something, she wasn't worth it. Period.

When she got to Hogwarts, the feeling intensified. Everything was new. Loud. Disorderly. Her classmates befriended each other with a glance, spoke a language that made no sense. But magic — magic had rules. It had discipline. It could be learned.

So she did.

She worked late at night copying until they were equal. She repeated simple wand work over and over until her wrist glided like a machine. Even if she nailed the incantation, if the spell didn't land just as she envisioned it, she started over. Again. And again. Students around her were celebrating subpar results. Phoenix didn't look up until it was perfect.

It didn't matter if no one else could see it. It didn't matter if no one would ever appreciate her efforts. In her mind, if it wasn't flawless, it didn't matter.

It had never been as much about success. It had been about dominance. Neatness. Her own personal rebellion in a world that most of the time appeared to be ahead of her socially. If she couldn't be comprehensible, then at least she could be exceptional.

Several of the students started to avoid working on group projects with her — she was too much, too hyper. Others smirked that she thought she was better than the rest. Phoenix didn't pipe up. Let them imagine.
She wasn't attempting to one-up anyone else.

She was simply trying to prove to herself, rather than anyone else, that she could.

Phoenix Harlow was born to the renowned Harlow family, a blood-pure wizarding family whose heritage of magical prowess goes generations back. Born in a world where magic is the norm, Phoenix never knew the wonder or excitement that children feel when they learn about the world of magic for the first time. It was the norm. She spent much of her childhood at the family mansion, insulated from the madness and din of wizarding life.
Her parents, two leading figures in the wizarding world, were friendly but remote, preoccupied with their own working and social life. They tried their best to give Phoenix a proper upbringing, but were always more concerned with maintaining the family name than forging close relationships. As a result of this, Phoenix grew up very much alone, with no close friends and little interaction with children of her own age. Her everyday life was one of quiet study, reading about ancient magic spells, potions, and magical creatures, and learning the subtleties of the wizarding world from her own personal tutors.
Phoenix's magical abilities first appeared when she was five years old. It happened one afternoon while she was having a tantrum. Her mother had refused to buy her a certain kind of candies, and with anger of frustration, Phoenix unleashed a burst of magical energy. A dainty china teacup, sitting on the table in front of her mother, flew across the room, mere inches from her mother's head. The magic was wild and uncontrolled, and both of them were scared. Phoenix's mother, having lived so long in a world of magic, instinctively swerved out of the path of the flying cup, and then her parents explained to her what had happened to her in a placating, soothing way. Since her mother was placating and soothing, Phoenix couldn't help but think that this power within her was unstable. She disliked it, and she had to be a freak in a world with which she was already much too familiar.
Phoenix spent her childhood apart from the world of wizards as a child, happy to remain with books and quiet learning rather than to socialize with the other children. She was not formally schooled and learned at home, something her parents did to ensure that she received a "proper" magical education. Her instructors were stern, focusing on her family's heritage and magical abilities, but Phoenix simply wasn't interested in their teaching. She didn't want to be a part of one of the great magical families her parents looked up to. She simply desired to be able to be in peace somewhere—somewhere she might merely be herself without the burden of expectation.
Phoenix's time of seclusion provided her with the time to be an intelligent and thoughtful individual, but also socially awkward. She observed the magical community at arm's length, not affected by the notice and worship that her family was normally afforded. While the other children of her age group were socializing and attending parties, Phoenix was content in her aloneness, relishing the quietness of her own solitude.
But all changed when she received her letter of invitation to Hogwarts. For Phoenix, it did not matter at first. It was not the amazement and the shock that most students felt when being told that they would be learning at the world-renowned school. Rather, it was a huge responsibility. Her parents made her go and, despite never really feeling the desire to leave the confines of home behind, she would not let an opportunity to study magic slip her by.
Phoenix was a blank slate when she arrived at Hogwarts, a face in a new world she didn't know. The students talked enthusiastically, bonding and sharing stories, while Phoenix made her own haven in the deserted corridors of the castle. Alone as she was, there was something for Hogwarts—towards the bottomless library stacked with ancient tomes, magically infused rooms, and a strand of history woven into every stone of the castle.

First Instance of Magic:

Phoenix's first instance of magic happened when she was about five years old. It was a Wednesday afternoon and she had just finished her last session of the day with her tutor. Her mom had just arrived back from the shops about ten minutes prior. Phoenix eagerly went up to greet her before checking the bags for something. Sweets. Phoenix's mom always bought her sweets when she was doing well with her studies. However even after checking all the bags and even double and triple checking to make sure she hadn't overlooked she didn't find anything. Upon confronting her mother and her mother telling her she had enough sweets the previous week Phoenix threw a fit. She screamed and cried and unfortunately cause a tea cup to go flying across the room straight at her mother who was able to dodge quickly enough to avoid getting injured.

Chrysanthemum Natalya White, or known as Xanthe, grew up in the small abode of the White cottage, situated at Cambridge, England. Chrysanthemum is a flower of both mourning and death, an ode to strength born of softness. It was named to her as per her father's family tradition of naming their family members with flower names. Her mother, Varya Mikhailov-White, is a proud witch of old Russian wizarding lineage prizing intelligence, elegance, and tradition, but she ended up falling in love with the intelligent quirks of her father, Muggle-born wizard, Hyacinthus White who was a renowned potioneer. Their union had raised eyebrows from other pureblood families but they had remained happily married, their life balanced of logic and emotions. Xanthe was raised with a broad understanding of both magical and non-magical society, never allowing prejudice ever enter their line of sight.

Her siblings are totally different from one another. While her older siblings Gentian and Cypress were a loud stars in the constellation of their family, her twin brother Oleander had become her constant companion, given he was the chaos incarnate, she still love his presence around her quiet shadows. While she often get lost in reading, writing, or wandering around gardens, he would drag her out for some fun (and definitely reckless... and dangerous too) activities. He became her only friend since she never really went around to socialize most of the time. Though for her, her books, thoughts, and her violin is already enough.

It was her sixth year of age when her first instance of magic happened. Family reunion is always a drag for her and her siblings, but it was during that year that she didn't manage to keep her calm about her extended relatives on her mother's side. It was tense dinner full of snide comments about her father's heritage. Her siblings have the same reactions of unrestrained anger, but it was hers that resonated much with her still uncontrolled magic that every teacup and glass in the room shattered in unison. It shocked almost everyone, especially those who got drenched with their own drinks after what happened, but she remained staring at them with her cold gaze, as if daring them to continue further. Her mother sent her off to her room but she was never reprimanded by it. Instead, her mother gave her some books about spells and wandless magic that night which she eagerly read after.
