where I live the school year starts in late January, then we have winter break in July for 5-6 weeks and then the school year ends at the end of November or the start of December. oh ok, i live in the southern hemisphere too, but our system must still be different. school for us starts late January too though, and then we've got school for 10 weeks (term 1), and then a 2 week holiday, and then school for 10 weeks again (term 2), and then 2 weeks off, and then 10 weeks again (term 3), and then two weeks off, and then 9 weeks at school (term 4) and then maybe 7-8 weeks off for christmas holidays (in summer too)...Violeta Roux wrote: 19 Jul 2024, 03:43where I live the school year starts in late January, then we have winter break in July for 5-6 weeks and then the school year ends at the end of November or the start of December.
