Shelves' Guidelines Clarification:

Due to confusion, we have recently clarified the guidelines of what can be posted in our Shelves Forum. The details can be found HERE.

To summarise quickly, this means that any fanfictions and creative writing done by you should now be posted in the Art Gallery. Anything posted in the Shelves Forum is deemed as written in our site's world, including poems and stories. This has been assumed as such, and will be assumed as such going forwards.

Anything that was already in the Shelves Forum that should be moved to the Art Gallery has been moved, and those users notified. If you have any previous work in the Shelves Forum that you would like to have moved to the Art Gallery after the update, please owl me and let me know.

This update has also impacted the Preptober Prompts and where they are. They have all been moved to the Prep Room and should be able to be found there.

NaNoWriMo - Writing Time!

The site is currently experiencing outages lasting several minutes every day. After two long evenings reading the logs, I still have no idea what's causing them, except that the problem isn't with the site itself but with the server or our host.

So I'm going to move the site to a new server, which will mean a site outage tomorrow (probably late morning european time, during one or two hours if all goes well). At the same time, I'll be updating the site, correcting a few problems you've brought to my attention and checking the backup systems!

The support of our donors (to whom I repeat my thanks) will enable us to take advantage of this to get a better server, which I hope will make the site a little faster!

Voting for Hogwarts.io on Top RP Sites is currently broken. There is usually a daily rememberall notification that allows users to vote and earn housepoints. This notification has not been coming through for users since a recent site update. This problem has already been reported to our site founder and coder Zachary Winslow, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Welcome Arturo Reyes

Our newest member of the iNPC Team representing Tenusa is Arturo Reyes , better known as Ulysses Drake. Ulysses is a member of the quidditch team, mentor and a well-regarded member of the community. His Professor apparently teaches Magical Surfing because I actually do not know what he teaches. Surely this is not a concern at all. Surely Dukuns do stuff. This does mean that we are also saying goodbye to Farron Horne, our previous Dukun of Tenusa, better known as Dorion Anderson. Farron and their girlfriend will likely have a happy, long life away from academia. Dorion has a lengthy tenure here on Hogwarts and has held numerous positions, in fact they have returned to the role of Prefect on her Dorion account. They will be missed but only by the iNPC Team because they are remaining on staff.
