Do you mean your encyclopedia or your Official Trunk? Once you have been registered in the Official Index, your trunk becomes locked by the Game Master account which is run by staff. If it's a Trunk Update you need such as for stats or abilities, you'll post here in the Encyclopedia Update Form with all the information asked of you.

The rest of your encylopedia otherwise is yours to update barring a significant change to your character. This is to ensure that you are not changing what has already been approved by the Index Team on site when they added you to the Official Index. If you have any questions, reaching out to staff members helps!

I know I can't directly replace my official trunk, but my question is, now that I've moved from first to second year, is it necessary to change anything? What should I request be modified?

You can add +5 points to the stats you choose in your application (distributable across all of them), for example, Evavison +2, Wisdom +3. You can divide this or upload them all to one place. You can also add a code if you wish, and staff members will edit it if you add it to your application. Don't forget to remove the spells and potions section. I hope it will help!

TO STATE:
Year 1 - distribute 35 stat points (30 if special race), apply for special race (if you are), apply for 1 ability (if approved for special race, you do not get an ability)
Year 2 - +5 stat point to distribute, 1 ability to apply for
Year 3 - +5 stat points to distribute, 1 ability to apply for (if human, otherwise don't if special race)
Year 4 - +5 stat point to distribute, 1 ability to apply for
Year 5 - +5 stat points to distribute, 1 ability to apply for (if human, otherwise don't if special race)
Year 6 - +5 stat point to distribute, 1 ability to apply for
Year 7 - +5 stat points to distribute, 1 ability to apply for (if human, otherwise don't if special race)
Adult I (and on) - PICK between 5 stat points to distribute; OR 1 ability*; OR move 5 stat points around. ADD adult advancement log to trunk to log the selections.
*If you choose ability at adult, you also lose 5 points for your stat cap maximum.

And yes, spells and potions must be removed from the trunk, if you wish to store it somewhere else in the encylopedia, go ahead, just not in the trunk.

And so to answer your question regarding what should be changed or requested; you should have 35 stat points (Part Veela) at second year. Your stats add up to 30, which tells me it was your first year stats. From this point, you can now add 5 stat points and an ability.

When completing homework do your grades have an affect on on if your likely to get a role more like they do in real life away from the site

On-site the homework for each class will not affect the type of job you can take with the exception of OWLs/NEWTs. You must have the required OWLs/NEWTs in whatever subjects the job you wish your adult character to hold. You can check out our list of adult jobs, and their requirements here: Adult System. If you do not have a passing grade in the OWLs/NEWTs you require for the job you wish to have, than you can complete a year as a librarian's aide to get 3 OWLs/NEWTs.

I also may have misunderstood your question. Your homework has no effect on whether you get a staff role. The homework system is completely optional and has no bearing on staff roles.

Oh ok because I want a role and have applied for loads but keep getting rejected but I’ve got good feed back I’ve. Been told I need to prove that I can be more active on site and do post on the site more

Staff roles do require a certain level of activity, but we always encourage members to apply. Posting on site by creating adventures with others in threads, or getting involved in Site Wide Events such as Ball’s or Errands (once you are registered in the Official Index) are a great way to show motivation, help you to learn our site and its mechanics/rules both IC and OOC and help with posting. It helps the community get to know you better as well. Getting involved with a House Sport is also a fun way to start creating adventures. We offer Quidditch, Broom Racing, and Dueling!

If you’re stuck with trying to meet people or come up with RPG ideas, you can always check out the RPG Requests Forum to see who is looking for people to start RP’ing with. There’s always requests being added especially from first years (newer players) such as yourself!

It must be in your character’s point of view, but you could write it as if Leo was imagining what his father was explaining to him.
