Kaitlyn's reasoning for essentially volunteering to be in detention is that she'd hate herself for letting Minnie get detention, while she ran off scot-free (she has previously volunteered to help Minnie with her pranks).

I have not thought about what type of cat would match Kaitlyn, I feel like that'd be an interesting decision.
