Quill Pals Sign Ups

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

I know that I said in my last post that you need to give more details about your character when requesting a quill pal. However, I realized that players can't and shouldn't request what kind of quill pal they want (blood-status, gender and house). Yes, the request form is OOC, and you fill in the information OOC. BUT IC, no one, including my character who's in charge of this quill pal program, knows any background details of every student who signed up for a quill pal. Otherwise, it would be meta-gaming, which is actually against the rule on this site.

Starting today, Ash will only pair your student with a certain student based on the IC information your student filled out (House, year, introduction and hobbies). If your student wrote something like "I want to have a quill pal that is a girl and must be pure-blood and from Slytherin", for example, she will ignore the "demand" and pair your student with the remaining students on the current list. And OOC you won't be able to expect a student from a specific house or Blood-status will apply for quill pal, and it's not ok for me to delay the pairing because of a special request. If you insist on having a specific quill pal, then I recommend you to make your request in the RPG partners requests thread [Accio]. In the quill pal program, it's the same as getting sorted in the House by the hat. Just because you got paired with a quill pal you didn't desire OOC and IC, your student might end up not liking their quill pal. But that's the thing, it's Roleplay! If they don't get along IC, then they don't get along. You can always apply for a new quill pal.

In order to continue to keep it fair with the pairing, all extra requests such as blood-status, gender and house on a future quill pal will be declined.

IC or OOC Information:

IC	Gavin is very sarcastic and pretty dry. He often pulls pranks, but usually, only on people he's more familiar with. He can get a bit out of hand sometimes. He'll forget things on occasion and once you get him talking about something he likes, he won't stop for a while.
OOC	I can be very awkward and have difficulty conversing with people, but even if it takes a little, I will make an effort.

IC-Interests: Gavin has a lot of hobbies. He loves the outdoors and camping. He does archery and enjoys painting and photography as well as reading and pulling pranks. His taste in music trends towards the 80s and 90s music. He also has a rudimentary understanding of how to play piano and a few songs memorized.
OOC-Interests: THE OWL HOUSE! I also enjoy Percy Jackson, the Lunar Chronicles, Demon Slayer, Genshin Impact, and Twisted wonderland. I, like Gavin, do archery. My main hobbies are drawing and writing.

Have fun owling with each other! But if your Quill Pals stop replying to you, you may contact me, and I'll try to let you join one of the Quill Pal pairings or just reapply here.
