POTIONS YEAR FOUR

The revamp of Year Four, Lecture One has been completed and is now reflected on the site. The lectures has undergone minor linguistic changes and question swap.

This revised lecture also features Miss Ava Winchect, whose every bit the troublemaker there as she is elsewhere.

Puff The Magic Dragon

ANDDD YEAR ONE IS REWRITTEN! (To reflect upon the changes to year 1, I will be swapping out questions in the owl and newt that refer to the old year 1 lessons.)

Our first folklore lesson, now mind you, only one of them regards a Cryptid!

We cover three in this lesson;
- The Loch Ness Monster (briefly mentions Loch Morar Monster)
- The Green Man
- The Wicker Man

Now, I do provide caution, the stories may be dark but this is a History class, so step in and find out why you're being taught stories!

Ask yourself this; why are we told stories as a child? Why does it have any sort of significance in this world, to each individual? Could you come up with another tale, not to scare people, but to entertain them? Could it be based on truth or actual historical events or activities?

Muggle Studies Re-Writes

Y3L3 has been re-written by your truly and will be posted a week from today some time. In other words, keep your eyes peeled for November 12th, and if you have any outstanding incomplete homework for this particular lesson, get it in before then! Questions are always welcome via Owl or under the Muggle Studies OOC questions page on the First Floor tab!

Runes Updates

In 3 days, or on November 24^th, all runes lectures in year 3 will be published with edits to fit Akinyi Odera, the current Professor of Runes, from Jessamine Lancaster, the former Professor of Runes. If you wish to submit your homework with the current lecture, please do so within the next 3 days.
