As mentioned above, it will be entirely dependent on how long it takes me to moderate it. I've asked people to make it easy by not having a ton of reducios that I have to click through and to keep things in order etc but it will still take time to review it. It should be done before end of April.

If you had low(ish) concentration when casting Lumos, would your light be dimmer or would it be the same no matter how much your concentration ranges. Obviously, if you don’t have enough you can’t cast the spell and if you have to much your wand could catch, but does it range in between?

yes. Concentration matters. If you have too little concentration, the light will be dim and even go off. But if the concentration is too strong, the light will turn yellow then red and burn your wand.

Homework currently never expires, even across years. Homework also is not required, as each graduation you gain access to the last year’s spells; e.g. a second year is assumed to know the first year list of spells. Homework is mostly for points and early “unlocking” of spells.

You come up with your own stats per what your character would excel or struggle in. We do not choose stats for you because it is your character and you know them best. Here is a page demonstrating each statistic and its use. A first-year full-human can have 35 points total while a first-year part-human must start with 30 points total. No more than 10 points can be assigned to any one stat as a first-year, e.g. an accuracy of 11 will be rejected even if the overall total adds up to 35/30.
