What stats are usually needed for broom racing, or is it all?

I think nearly all of them (probably beside Arc, which is just used to calculate the damage done) is quite important, cos there are different kind of obstructions (Str, Acc), and you need to cast and dodge spells often(Wis, Acc, Eva), and you of course need Sta to survive longer.

confirming what rita said. All stats are pretty important. I personally would recommend you to have a high accuracy and strength (also stamina) as it'll give you advantages in most environmental challenges.
Accuracy is used for most challenges whilst strength is good for wind, waterfall, escaping the thorns and will also do a great damage for the improvised projectile.

Just to clarify, if I post in a multi-school event, eg the Spring Ball, if I post on my PC, then right after I post on my iNPC, that still counts as double posting correct?

Considering it's a moderated event (officially), it's bound to be big and fast, but let me say, I've done it before with Edward and Noah.

If I remember right according to the rules, if you post as your PC and then as your iNPC directly afterward, it does NOT count as double posting. This is the only exception to the rule other than solo threads.
