Reason for Reapplication: I want to add where Konstantin Dupont used to work (Category in the Ministry) and where Alice Dupont still works in the Ministry, I'm not sure if I already mentioned this anywhere but I don't think I did. Also adding that Jessica Applebottom works in Dupont as a Legal Assistant.
Put together simply:

Konstantin Dupont used to work in the International Magical Office of Law (at the Ministry) before he got his own Law Firm called 'Dupont', where Jessica Applebottom (Sister of Jannette Applebottom) works as a Legal Assistant.
Alice Dupont works in the Control of Magical Creatures department at the Ministry. Before her kids she worked full time, now only half time.

Character Name (First and last name): Caoimhe Kyle
Schooling Year: First
House: Slytherin
Link to Encyclopedia: here
Reason for Reapplication:
- I added extra pre-history to Caoimhe's mother and grandmother's stories, to better illustrate Caoimhe's wizard-born legacy.
- I changed Caoimhe's mother's job from Muggle Artefacts to Wizengamot Administration Services in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement.
- Extra flavor, but nothing dramatic in the paragraph of Leon's murdering of a muggle

The Tale of the "Blood-Breakers"
Reducio
Caoimhe's lineage can be traced back to a distinguished and royal ancestry of Purebloods, with her earliest known forebears potentially being among the first wizards to inhabit the African continent. Despite the absence of empirical evidence of this claim, the family take great pleasure recounting ancient anecdotes of their nomadic heritage to friends, children and grandchildren alike. As the genealogical documentation of their familial lineage grew, the geographical spread of their social connections also expanded, accompanied by an increase in their wealth and privilege.

Certain family members remained loyal to their country of origin, while others chose to emigrate in order to establish connections with other esteemed Pureblood lineages around the globe. Despite the distance in between them, the family would frequently convene in elaborate and vibrant parties to commemorate various occasions such as holidays, graduations, birthdays, and marriages, functioning as a cohesive and extensive entity.

The account of Caoimhe Kyle, however, begins with her maternal grandmother, Imani Anahi, seeking to set forth on an entirely new chapter. Imani's story began following to her graduation from Hogwarts: School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and was succeeded by her two younger siblings. The Anahi sisters were betrothed to Pureblood partners at a young age and corresponded through owls before their first in-person meeting. However, Imani had different aspirations and did not desire a loveless matrimony to an faceless stranger. Therefore, she pursued employment as a means of avoiding such a fate.

Dwelling in Montserrat, a British Overseas Territory located in the Caribbean, the absence of local wizarding opportunities impelled her to expand her professional prospects to the mainland. After graduating, Imani was given her share of the family's wealth and subsequently decided to travel abroad to find work. She developed a fondness for the vibrant yet small town of Kinsale, Ireland, and chose to establish it as her new place of residence. Imani set off on a writing occupation for the Daily Prophet, but she would develop a fondness towards a specific interviewee during a Quidditch World Cup event who reciprocated her feelings.

Imani, like many women of her family, made the decision to end her career in journalism early after marrying Caolán Kyle, a half-blood wizard. Imani's primary focus became directed towards the homeschooling of her children named Khadija, Chione, and Aamon Kyle. The families of Imani and Caolán expressed their delight for their union. However, opinions quickly circulated from Imani's family, who labeled her as a "Blood Breaker" due to the dissolution of the Pureblood lineage in that particular segment of the family genealogy. Despite causing a little animosity between Imani and certain members of her family, she and her household lived without major woes.

Imani was aware of the repercussions of her decision to terminate their lineage by marrying Caolán. But she aimed to diverge from specific Pureblood customs and adopt a more casual lifestyle for her children, something Imani wanted for herself growing up. Despite the familial estrangement she found herself in, Imani continued to recount narratives pertaining to her family's regal heritage and chronicles, with the expectation that her children would experience a sense of pride in their ancestry.

A Soured Reputation
Reducio

The passage of time appeared to be swift for the first generation of Kyle children, as they were sorted into their respective houses at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Khadija and Chione in Hufflepuff similar to Imani, and Aamon in Ravenclaw like Caolán. In due course and time, they each completed their seventh year of education and graduated from the institution. Much like her mother, Khadija Kyle exhibited a strong inclination towards seeking employment immediately following her graduation from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She would secured a position with the Wizengamot Administration Services in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, which could be attributed to either fortuitous circumstances or her exceptional performance on the Ordinary Wizarding Level examinations.

Following several years of diligent efforts, Khadija developed a romantic relationship with a wizard named Léon Allaire, a fellow graduate of Hogwarts. During the course of their relationship, the woman expressed a fondness towards her partner's two sons, and afterwards found herself with child subsequent to Léon's proposal.

Léon's demeanor had consistently exhibited a reserved disposition, which Khadija had attributed to his inherent character following the tragic homicide of his spouse during a burglary incident many years back. Léon would later reveal that he had killed a muggle as an act of retribution for the loss of his spouse, but had since developed remorse for his violent deed. Khadija would convince Léon to surrender himself to the Ministry, and despite his emotional state, he complied with her request without objection. The nature of his forfeit, whether it was driven by love or grief, remains unclear. Prior to surrendering himself to the Ministry, Léon made arrangements for the transfer of all his assets to Khadija as a final gesture of support towards her efforts in raising their two sons and their unborn child.

At the time, the two young boys, Collin and Finlay, aged five, possessed a limited understanding of the situation and experienced feelings of sorrow upon losing contact with both of their parents. Khadija refrained from disclosing the rationale behind their father's absence and simply conveyed that he would also be 'gone for a long time.' A similar story Léon once explained to the boys regarding their mother.

The trial was quick and concise in nature, with Léon pleading guilty to the charges against him. Despite the absence of any eyewitnesses, the accused individual provided explicit and gruesome information that only the perpetrator could only possess, resulting in a life sentence at Azkaban. It has been suggested by certain individuals that Khadija may have employed the use of the 'Imperius Curse' in order to eliminate Leon from the picture and gain access to his wealth. However, there exists no concrete evidence to support this claim and dubbed this as simply rumor.

Following to the legal proceedings, the Ministry granted Khadija exclusive guardianship over the boys and modified their surnames to match hers. Shortly thereafter, she gave a birth to a boy whom she named Arron Kyle in honor of her grandfather. Following her acquisition of sole ownership of Leon's mansion in London, Khadija made the decision to resign from her employment to focus on her children and sell the property. She then proceeded to relocate to her parents' secluded manor situated in Kinsale, Ireland, where she and her family enjoyed a harmonious and sheltered life away from the public's judging eye.

While some people expressed sympathy towards Khadija's circumstances of transitioning from having no children to suddenly having three, others viewed her sudden withdrawal from public life and work with suspicion, labeling her as a potential perpetrator of foul play motivated by financial gain. However, akin to prior hypotheses derived from the investigation, this theory would also be disregarded by the Ministry in the absence of supporting evidence.

Caoimhe's Pre-Hogwarts:
Reducio
In early 2009, Khadija embarked on a trip to London with the purpose of taking a brief respite from her parental responsibilities. By chance or fate, she encountered a former acquaintance, Evander Silverstein, while patronizing the Leaky Cauldron. The individuals had initially crossed paths during their formative years at Hogwarts, but eventually lost contact following Evander graduating from his seventh year before Khadija. Following some discussions, Khadija identified that Evander had been promised in marriage to a Beauxbatons recent graduate as a result of a familial agreement, given their shared heritage of ancient pureblood lineage and congruent principles and ideologies. Although slightly unfamiliar to Khadija, the aforementioned practice was prevalent within pureblood society as told by her mother. Evander explained how he'd delay the date of his wedding by using the prolonged periods of absence necessitated by his occupation as an Auror. The underlying reason of his hesitation was due to a lack of shared interests and mutual affection between the partners.

With whiskey and rum in hand, the two were more than thrilled to spend the rest of the day rekindling old memories with each other. They had shared a passionate weekend together in London following, but pledged not to talk about it again, but promised to stay in touch. When Khadija discovered she was pregnant, it would come back to perhaps spare Evander from a loveless marriage. Evander confessed his infidelity to his fiancée and parents, embraced the responsibility of being a father, and hurried into a relationship with Khadija moving her and her sons in with him, much to the chagrin of his pureblood parents. While Evander's father despised the potential idea of having a non-pureblood daughter-in-law and grandkids, he treated Khadija and her sons with decency out of love for his son. Evander's mother, on the other hand, remained vocal to Evander and Khadija about her dislike for their "tainted" bloodlines, which occasionally led to disputes or tension between Khadija and her.

On November 19, 2010, Khadija would give birth to a little girl, much to her father and brothers' delight. There was much debate over what her name would be; while her mother desired to name her Kiva Silverstein, they instead choose the variation of the Irish name 'Caoimhe,' whose straight-laced spelling captures the Hebrew name's unique sound. The name meant "beautiful; grace; gentle; dear," which would be perfect for the little girl. The Silverstein's, or mostly Evander's mother, forbade Evander's wizard-born daughter to carry their surname as they believed this should only be carried strictly by Purebloods, so Khadija opted to use her surname instead for little Caoimhe.

Caoimhe became her mother's pride and joy because to her strong resemblance to Khadija, and the two grew exceptionally close as a result of her father's frequent work-related absences. Despite the fact that the children frequently felt fatherless, they all had a wonderful and fulfilling life. This would only be possible because of their mother's labor and the generosity of their grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Considering that Caoimhe's siblings had all discovered their magical abilities at a young age, everyone was curious to see when the small toddler would discover hers. The longer it went without any evidence, the more impatient her family became, spreading accusations of adultery on Khadija's part, claiming she dubbed Evander as the father just to acquire a share of the Silverstein fortune, which would be false. As time passed, everyone began to think Caoimhe was a squib, seeing no sign that she had developed any of the magic she was apparently born with. Her mother thought she was merely a "late bloomer," but the rest of the family had given up after nearly 8 years.

They all lived in the highly remote but gorgeous mansion in the countryside of Sussex, only accessible by other wizards and witches, for the most of her brothers' life but a small portion of Caoimhe's. Collin and Finlay were homeschooled by their mother, but it would differ for Arron and Caoimhe once they were old enough to begin their educations. Whether it was the rumors or the absence of their father, Khadija and Evander ended their relationship. There were no fights, rhyme, or explanations why they split up; it just happened.

Khadija and the children were soon moved to a hidden mansion along the coast of Donegal Bay near Mullaghmore, Ireland. Despite their separation, the two adults co-parented well, occasionally gathering as a family either at the Silverstein Mansion or the Kyle Manor for the childrens' birthdays and holidays. Khadija didn't enforce much discipline at home, but she and Evander had high hopes for their futures in the wizarding community. Caoimhe had spent the greater part of eight years trying to be the perfect daughter, but she was worried about how her life would turn out. She couldn't get over the nagging notion that she was failing because, unlike her entire family, she lacked magic. Caoimhe would refer to herself as "the Kyle disappointment" as a result of her role as the impotent, useless daughter of two strong wizards.

On her eighth birthday, though, Caoimhe's life began to alter. Caoimhe accidently set fire to her birthday cake after blowing out the candles adorned on top, blanketing her family in ash. Coimhe had never shown any signs of having a gift in her entire life, thus this episode completely threw everyone off guard. Caoimhe yelled in amazement, feeling a sense of purpose and opportunity for the first time in her life. She noticed immediately away that she struggled to maintain control of her magic, in contrast to her brothers, who all seemed to be rather adept at using it. She made a deal with herself to work hard every day until she was as powerful as, if not more powerful than, her brothers.

Dad

A few years after his marriage and recruitment to be an auror, he was bitten by a werewolf whilst attempting to help contain it after it was let loose in a muggle village. Due to the more relaxed approcah towards werewolved, he was allowed to keep his position as an auror (after many months of haggling) with the promise to stay at home for 3 days approaching, during and after the full moon. As an optimist, he didn't let it get in the way of his life or get him down, however, he did struggle for many months after being released frm St Mungos.
Mum
Reducio
Mum had only been married to Dad for 2 years before he was bitten. Eventually, she decided the best course of actio was that would help ease his pain was to become an animagus. As she is an incredible witch, she was able to become an animagus fairly fast . . . but it was still almost 2 years before she finally succeeded. Once completing the transformtion, she could become a sun-bear at will, standing at a measly 1.2 metres tall. However, since the invention of the wolfsbane and the fact that sun bears are still ferocious if provoked, it is a perfect fit as a werewolf carer and a good representation of her personality.
Idril (older sister)
Reducio
It had been a little known and fairly unimportant fact that Irina's great-grandmother had been a metamorphmagus. It had been mostly forgotten for many years until it reappeared a few generations down in Irina's sister, Idril! Idril was 3 years above Irina and incredibly msart, kind and pretty. They were insanely close but it always made Irina slightly jealous as Idril began learning how to control her abilities. Granted, she was pretty bad at controlling it still but the fact that she had that ability was a cause for comparison and jealousy for Irina.

Anna’s family in France runs a small, respected business of raising and taking care of a herd of Abraxan horses, have done for generations. That is where most of their wealth comes form. Having grown up surrounded by them, Anna’s mother, Madeline wanted Anna to feel connected to her family in France and hence she bought two Abraxan foals, Noir and Lune. Their main caretakers are Fletcher and Madeline. Anna always loves to help, be it feeding them, brushing them or just keeping an eye on them as they prance on about the meadows surrounding their home. Ava completely looses all memories because of a memory charm gone wrong.
Reducio
The school year was soon coming to an end. Lucky for the girls, they had convinced their parents to let them stay with Charlie’s mother for a few days before summer camp started.

***

Unknown to both girls, they were cousins. Charlie’s mother and Ava’s mother were sisters, although not on good terms. Ava’s mother was named Dawn and Charlie’s mother was named Ashlyn.

***

Arriving at the Jacobsen home, a shock would be given to Ashlyn. How could it be, her sister, looking just like she did when she was 13? That’s when Ashlyn realized, no, this wasn’t Dawn, this was her daughter. Ashlyn‘s own niece. And Charlie’s cousin.

***

Although it wasn’t with good reason, Ashlyn blamed herself for Dawn’s death. When Dawn sent letters to both Ashlyn and their parents, Ashlyn had ignored the letter, assuming their parents would send medicine. But it never came, or it was sent too late. When Ashlyn had found out about her sister’s death, and the motherless child, she had tried to escape from the guilt that followed her, but 13 years later, she would be presented with her dead sisters daughter and a platter of guilt.

***

Upon realizing her own niece was standing before her, a panic would grab her by the neck, put a bridle on her and lead her towards a horrible decision. A wand would become a weapon. Ashlyn had access to the spells because of her job in the muggle division, she was often needing to erase the memories of muggles who had seen too much magic. You could call her a pro at the spell, when she was panicking. With a quick wave of her wand, she had erased her daughter's memories of Ava. She turned to Ava next, who seemed to be terrified. Ashlyn imagined this was what Dawn had looked like before she died. With a wave of panic, and the intent of erasing Charlie from Ava’s memory, Ashlyn cast the spell that would uproot Ava’s life.

***

It was possible for spells to fail. Charms like this were especially finicky. It was easy for the spell to go awry with the distraction of Ashlyn. It was a miracle it hadn’t happened to her daughter. Ava was not as fortunate. She would find herself missing her entire life’s memories. Ashlyn would attempt to drive the girl back home, but would quickly be stopped. Ava, curious as ever, would pester Ashlyn with questions. Who are you? Who am I? Where are we? Soon, Ashlyn would discover that she had erased Ava’s memory completely. Panic would contain Ashlyn as she realized that she couldn’t send Ava home like this. Luckily, Ashlyn always kept an owl on hand. Ashlyn owls the hospital, explaining the situation and leaving out the fact that she herself performed the memory charm. Arriving at the hospital, it was soon realized nothing could be done for Ava.

***

The best they could do was tell her her name and send her off, back to her home where the entire situation would be explained to her parents. It was their choice to make, how much they told her about past treacheries. They chose not to tell her anything, instead relaying the little info they knew. You are a witch. You are a student at hogwarts. Truth was, they knew little more than that. Ava hadn’t exactly told them about her stay. There was only one thing wrong about the things they told her. Her mother had died when she was young, and her father had remarried. Ava and her stepmother and step family had never gotten along well. They hoped that telling Ava that her stepmom was actually her mother would help the two bond together. So that’s what they told her.

Reason for Reapplication: Death of an old best friend.
Reducio
Mellani goes back to her house during the summer break and is very excited to meet her friends. Upon reaching, she meets one of her two best friends and asks her where the other was. At this the friend tells her that the other is not there anymore. Mellani doesn't understand and thinks it's just a prank. She has been dealing with her own problems back at Hogwarts and is not ready for the news. So she did what any kid would do. She laughed it off and said that if something like that happened, she would know.

But slowly, she came to the realization that this was not, indeed, a joke. It was really happening. Her best friend who she came back from school with everyday, was dead. And she blamed herself for it. Because guess how the friend had died. It had been a hit and run. Her friend was careless. Mellani knew that. Back at home, Mellani took it as a job to look over her friend. However, she chose to go to Hogwarts because she thought that it was the safer place to be in. Because she didn't really have a choice.

She went into a state of dismay, keeping herself isolated no matter what. Her brother tried to tell her it wasn't her fault but she just couldn't bear all the pain. Her friends had told her that there was no way they could have contacted her. They didn't know how to write letters and send them through owls. Mellani's friends who had been so close to her slowly felt more and more distant. They tried coming to her house and talking to her. Making her feel better. However, they didn't succeed. They just made her feel more and more farther from them. She missed her old life. She wished she could be a part of everything again even though she knew she couldn't. Her friends had moved on without her. She had to learn to accept that fact.

Requested clarifications:
Basically, Mellani's friend is an NPC and I have highlighted in my Hogwarts Express post that Mellani's friend was careless so, while coming home from school, Mellani was the one who warned her friend about incoming vehicles etc.

As for Hogwarts being "safer", at the start Mellani is supposed to feel that the Wizarding World is dangerous and hence, Hogwarts is the safest place for her to be.
I'll be making a solo rp for this as soon as the dates of the summer camp are announced and the plot is approved.
