I would like to change when Lucian was bitten, just to give him sort of more experience with it really but mainly for a (idk what to call it) plot, thread? with his grandfather (npc).
At the minute he was bit a year ago but I would like him to have been bit when he was 8. Due to the reason of him being bit I will explain any loopholes below. I kept everything the same apart from who-does-what and the reason for him being there/why he jumped in front of the wolf.

STATUS: Approved, Polonius - Dec 18thRoughly 8 months after the Mornstern Easter Party, Charlotte invited Lucian around to her house or a sleepover. At around 10pm, Charlotte suggested they go play hide and seek in the woods, she was a dare devil and Lucian had a feeling she would be in Gryffindor! Lucian agreed despite his weariness and followed her to the woods behind the trees. Lucian was scared to death but he put on a front for Charlotte, she was his first girl friend.
They had been in the woods for a good few minutes when Lucian, being on full alert due to his paranoia and how cold he was, thought he heard something. Charlotte was hiding and he was the seeker and he wasn't naïve to think that if he said that the game was over because he thought someone was watching them, that she would listen and show herself. She was too prideful for that, no she wanted to win. You only win if you have been hiding for more than 15 mins.
He sucked at hide and go seek -- especially in the pitch black!
He shuddered and tried to remember which way was back, he would get Charlotte's mum and dad they would all come inside. He heard a noise again. The moon shone down on him, and a breath of fear filled the cold air.
"H-h-hello," he whimpered. It stared at him, cold eyes locking his fear ridden and submissive ones. It sniffed the air and edged closer. “Pl-please don’t hur- hurt me,” he begged, he knew it wouldn't work. This was how it was going to go. By a Werewolf at 7 years.
The Werewolf was still getting closer until he snarled and jumped. Lucian screamed and tried to dive away, he got up and started running, nearly falling over when his ankles gave way multiple times. His glasses keep steaming up and his black hair stuck to his sweaty forehead, Lucian knew he was simply running on adrenaline right now. Lucian got behind a massive tree and held his breath, the Werewolf was still snarling angrily, hungrily, searching for its prey.
Lucian felt himself freeze. His heart was pumping miles a second, yet he couldn't breathe. “Lucian!” yelled CHarlie, rushing to him. Tears formed in his eyes as he made his split-second decision. The Werewolf had already seen Charlie and was galivanting towards her.
Lucian ran as fast as he possibly could and then some, ran faster and faster, his glasses no longer an issue, who cared? His best friend was about to be cursed forever. He jumped into the side of the Werewolf and it yelped. Lucian remembered yelling at Charlotte to “leave and get help” but he didn't finish as searing hot pain erupted throughout his body.
He looked and saw the Werewolf had taken a bite from the side of his left flank (just above the hip) Lucian could have sworn he saw the Werewolf being blasted to the other side of the forest.
It was all a blur next.
He thought he saw Charlie drop to her knees next to him, her hands staining with blood as she pressed down on the wound. "HELP!" she screamed, her voice raw. "Mum, d..d y... ...ll it?"
"Oh my!” she gasped. She took her cardigan off and quickly replaced Charlie’s hands with it.
"Charlie, Floo to their parents," ordered her father. Charlie ran. He came over to Lucian and looked him in his eyes. The young boy was getting pale. "You’ll be okay son," he looked to his wife. "We need to try and stop the bleeding before getting him to St. Mungos,"
"It hurts," Lucian cried, his eyes casting a fleeting look at the Werewolf still crumpled in a heap. Was it dead? No… it couldn’t be.
Although, to be honest, Lucian couldn’t care to think about it.
"I know. You’ll be okay," Andrew then apperated into the house and when he came back he was holding all sorts of medical supplies. "Dear, will anything work?" he asked.
She was panicking. “I don’t know Andy! We need to stop the bleeding," they were trying to shield him from eyes of the youngest boys there. "He needs to get to a hospital,"
Millie was still heavily pressing on the wound as she got some dittany from the pile of things Andy had grabbed.
Lucian took some slow, deep breaths as he tried to calm down. He would be okay. He would be okay!
Next time he was coherent, he was in... bed? At home? A cry of pain filled the room when he tried to move. “Shh, don’t move, Luci. Please,” whispered his mother, grabbing his hand.
“Mum…where am I?” tears filled his eyes and a sob tore from his throat. “Mum, I'm sorry! It was going to hurt Charlie! I couldn't let that happen! I’m sorry!” painful sobs tore through his body and his mum held him tight whispering to him.
“Hey, you’re at St. Mungo’s. It will be okay Luci. We can work through this. Calm down darling,” she murmured, raking her hand through his now curly hair and kissing his forehead. “I love you baby. I will protect you. As will your father,”

On November 8th, 2022, Starlee's life changed. Her Father died. The man that she looked up to and had aspired to be like her whole life, had died. It was in a horrible potion explosion accident, which resulted in the destruction of almost their entire flat. Luckily, Starlee's Mom and Sister had been out running errands at the time, and were spared being hurt. While the flat was mostly in disrepair, some notable items were recovered. Of most importance was her fathers wand, which had miraculously flew onto the neighboring roof when the greenhouse roof was shattered from the explosion. Her mother had intended to give it to Starlee once she returned home from for the winter Holiday, however Starlee had decided not to return home, as where her family now resided was no longer home to her.

Reason for Reapplication: I was brainstorming with a future RP mate and a big change came to mind regarding my character's first year. Since I've been very inactive for the past year, change isn't really a big deal.

When he was 11, his family exceptionally decided not to place him at Hogwarts, as they felt that he should first make a 'pure' circle at a school where there would be no Muggle-bloods and could therefore be in a completely supportive environment. So, with Hogwarts' agreement, he secretly entered a very private and selective school in Thailand for a year. In his second year, after a full blossoming there, he made his real "first" start as a student at Hogwarts.

If you approve of the idea, I wasn't sure about the school, since Durmstrang didn't seem suitable and reserved for NPCs, so a school in his father's home country, i.e. either Japan or South Korea.

There are some changes/edits that need to be made to your re-registration:
Proposed Hogwarts agreement
You mentioned that Hogwarts made an agreement to allow your character to go to Thailand for a year for school. This is highly impossible for two reasons: 1) It is not canon for Hogwarts to make such agreements outside of their school as their sole responsibility is to bring children to their institution; and 2) there are no schools in Thailand for your character to learn for a year and still come to Hogwarts as a second year. Other schools would not even accept your character as their Quill of acceptance is not in their books, Kai Lee is solely in England, Ireland, Wales and Scotland.
With this said, your re-registration needs to be reworked that fits in canon and lore.
Additionally
In addition to that it does not belong in our lore and canon, it cannot work because your character has already entered Hogwarts, and even more so, connected with other characters of the site that you are unable to eliminate those connections and roleplays. Unfortunately, you will need to come up with an entirely different reason as to why your character has "disappeared" for a year.

Louise Selwyn has been a stay at home mom for 11 years. Don’t be confused, she loved every moment of it. But once she said goodbye to her only child at Platform 9¾, a seed of discontentment planted itself in Louise's heart.
In an attempt to fill the hole in Louise's life, she began searching for jobs, for a new adventure to embark on while her child was at school. Through a few of her own family ties, she was offered a job in wizarding real estate (terribly magical, I know) in a brokerage run by Edvard Bezuidenhout (Aurelia Notresvace's adopted father, permission for this plot has been obtained). Louise found herself enamored by architecture, design, and the social skills needed for sales. And it turns out she was good at it. Really good.
Louise's aptitude for the job quickly attracted Edvard's attention. And he attracted her attention as well, but for a different reason. Louise claims she doesn't remember who made the first move, but it doesn't matter anyways. The fact of the matter is that at some point in early 2022, Louise and Edvard began having romantic relations with one another.
Winter Break 2022
On December 31, Louise will claim she forgot to give an important batch of papers to Edvard and go off to see him at his home. Phinehas, however, finds the stack of papers sitting at home. Wanting to help his wife, he takes the paper and apparates to the Bezuidenhout manor (he'd been a few times before, going with Louise to parties or dinners and the like). He was greeted with the sight of his wife and her boss in a deep, passionate kiss.
Louise doesn't try and hide her shame or what she had done. She is honest with Phinehas, and he is understandably angry, but he loves his wife. The two sleep in separate rooms for a while, but Phinehas will decide to give Louise a second chance.
Phinehas will explain things to June before she returns to school.
The future
Louise Selwyn will quit her job as a sign that she has well and truly ended things with Edvard.
As June returns to Hogwarts, however, Louise's motivation to say faithful quickly fades away. Louise and Edvard resume their connection, Louise claiming she had found work as a florist's apprentice, creating extravagant pieces for weddings, ministry parties and the likes.
This will continue until around July of 2023, when Louise will be caught in her lies. Hurt and betrayed, Phinehas will file for divorce. During the process, Louise will stay in the Selwyn manor for a short time before moving somewhere nearby.
June will continue to live at Selwyn manor with her father, but will go to be with her mother during Easter break and the first week of summer break until she is 16 and is able to decide visitations for herself.

Two of them are the main ones; one is in a magical community and one is not. The one in a Muggle community is in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England, and that was where Ruby was born. She and her parents go to the house there during many holidays, but properly live in their other main house. Ruby is an only child and grew up spending most of her time outside exploring, climbing trees, and interacting with animals, and when she wasn't outside, she was inside creating various things: inventing, painting, drawing, building. Her parents love her but are very busy people, and when they were around while Ruby was growing up, they have high standards and a firm idea of who they want her to be. Although her parents are magical and introduced her to some magic already, they thought that she shouldn't have much of a head start when she begins Hogwarts.
Ruby's magic was discovered at a young age, and her entire family was expecting it and knew how to recognize the signs. The first big thing she ever did was to shatter the glass cabinets and windows around her without touching them when she threw a tantrum as a very young child.

ReducioAlfie was abused by his parents as a child because he was different from the rest of him siblings. For example, Alfie was born with blonde hair rather than black hair like the rest of his siblings. Due to this abuse he developed a coping skill called Littlespace it is a condition where the person acts younger than they actually are. I would say Alfie's headspace is between 3-7. He also finds comfort in items like Blankets, Pacifiers, Stuffed Animals and Bottles/sippy cups. The Cullen Siblings are in full support of this.

ReducioAlfie grew up slower than everyone. he was often picked on by other kids for it. So he developed a coping skill called Littlespace it is a condition where the person acts younger than they actually are. I would say Alfie's headspace is between 3-7. He also finds comfort in items like Blankets, Pacifiers, Stuffed Animals and Bottles/sippy cups. The Cullen Siblings are in full support of this.

Age regression is a symptom and from what you described not what would be affecting Alphie. In addendum, we will not have suitable accommodations for Alfie in Hogwarts if they have the mentation of a 3- to 6-year-old. The students here would need to have the mental capacity to care for themselves independently and the mental capacity to safely have access to a wand, to perform complex (at his age) potion brewing.

Reason for Reapplication: His profile says he was adopted. Well, his real name was Hades Schweighöfer, but the adopted family named him Ancel Wandlow because they were afraid the boy would try to make contact with his biological parents, whose parents are dead and the father had shown signs of erratic behavior - had delusions and was barely able to tell the difference between right and wrong. The father was born with delusional disorder, but it was controlled by professionals, until he blended into a religion invented by a cult that convinced him to give up treatment, because they believed that the voices of delusions were sent for some reason that had to do with religion. He ended up killing a person under the pretext that he had to purge the sins (under his delusions) and ended up in a asylum. Ancel discovered his real name in summer before the 4th year.
