Reason for Reapplication: I would like to cut out his two younger siblings, Greta-Louisa and Nicholas who are 9 years younger. The reason they existed was to contrast how Louis' brother, Konrad, treated him and his other siblings. But as they are 9 years younger, they aren't playable or really accessible at just 2 years of age, and I think his twin sister could be all the comparison he needs.

IC Reasoning: While Zoya could still be found around Koldovstoretz, her anxiety had slowly increased over the last few months and she pulled away.
