Aurora is right, you can UPDATE your stats in the ency update form.
But you cannot CHANGE your stats.

Like if your stats were:
Stamina: 6 | Evasion: 5 | Strength: 2 | Wisdom: 4 | Arcane Power: 4 | Accuracy: 9
You cannot change your current stats (up above) by using the ency update form.

You can't change them from the above to...
Stamina: 9 | Evasion: 4 | Strength: 2 | Wisdom: 5 | Arcane Power: 4 | Accuracy: 6

However, if you get NEW stats, you can use the ency update form to update your new stats.

I saw your update form and it looks like you are trying to change the current stats listed in your trunk right now to something else. You can't actually change the stats once they are listed in your trunk. Or else everyone would want to do that. I actually want to change my stats too but I'm stuck with what I have in my trunk.

The stats you currently have in your trunk are:
✧ > Stamina: 5
✧ > Evasion: 5
✧ > Strength: 3
✧ > Wisdom: 9
✧ > ArcPower: 8
✧ > Accuracy: 5

The ency update form you listed were a change of stats to:
stamina | 4 . evasion | 4 . strength | 7 . wisdom | 7 . arcPower | 7 . accuracy | 6

I believe this is not allowed.
You are stuck with the stats that you have in your trunk right now.
You cannot change them.
You can UPDATE them if you get new stats from graduating or winning duels/quidditch etc...
But you cannot CHANGE them.

@Ebony Vetra Kim is correct - you can only add to your stats, not take away/rebalance them.
