I just have to say I loved the most recent issue - #19. I've never really read newspapers much but I have one vivid memory of reading an article about a local school's dress code with my grandpa a few years back and it was incredibly interesting. I'd have to say that every article in this issue tops it! I got lost in scrolling through while reading! I absolutely adored the advice in Back-To-School-Survival. A lot of students make these mistakes when going to school - speaking from experience, as OOC I am still in school myself - and it can be hard to convince yourself that issues like your grades and popularity don't define you. Koko did a wonderful job of explaining that these are not issues you need to be worrying about! The Horoscopes was also a favorite of mine! I've always been a big fan of astrology and zodiacs, so I just had to read every single horoscope. The layout of the paper is honestly and truly impressive! All the intricate lines separating the different writings and the beautiful graphics and pictures really gives it a wonderful flourish. You all are doing so wonderful, keep up the good work! <3

Just don’t let the good life pass you by ♫♪

Thank you kindly for taking the time to do this, Alma! We're glad to hear the topics resonated with you and your opinion on the layout. Switching over to coded issues was decided recently with much uncertainty, but it is reassuring to know that we're moving in the right direction.

Lily Blaze wrote: 13 Dec 2022, 18:56 It’s really hard just to say a few things that are good about your newspapers, because they are so good that there are a lot of things to list. I am subscribed to this forum, so that I can be notified whenever a new issue comes out. I really enjoy reading these newspapers in my free time. In fact, these newspapers are partly what motivated and inspired me to create my IC Magazine Club. I really enjoy reading the Horiscopes and the guides (fashion guides, school guides, etc.). I am also really fond of the new ‘Shining a Light On’ series. Cash made a really good choice with choosing Opeila to interview - I can’t wait to see more of these!

I also love the way that the Headliner is inclusive by including both BBCode and text. This makes it fair for people who prefer to read the original, as well as people who find it hard to read codes. Speaking of codes, the coding used for the newspapers is absolutely amazing and detailed. I don’t know how you guys do it! Can’t wait to see the next issue!
Thank you three for the feedback. <3

Not sure how much of 'feedback' this is, more of a question. What is the difference between coders and graphics?

Coders and graphics people work together to create the format of the newspaper, like where the different pictures should go, and even though they both work on the format, graphics work a lot on the imagery, though coders do as well. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, though.

They’re the same position. The newspaper used to be made of images, hence the “graphics” team putting together the layout and forming all the articles into graphics. We have since switched to bbcode for the paper, and thus you have the coders who format all the articles using code.
