I) First things first, always mention me when using my products. I would really like the credit, since it takes time to make everything. If you do not credit me, I might send you a message. The product is my work, not yours.

II) Do NOT resell my creations. I will be extremely angry. Also, you shall not claim that a product of mine is your work. In this case, I will ask you to remove it because this is plagiarism of my work.

III) I accept all requests, unless you are asking me to do something that doesn’t adhere with site rules (eg: code you an html website) or if you are asking me to make a product containing a racist slur/hate comment (mudblood might be excluded). Illegal content will also not be used, as well as information that might be inappropriate/a violation/not safe to share. I do have a moral compass.

IV) Please, be patient with me. I have other stuff aside from Hogwarts.io and some irl circumstances might make me unable to quickly finish a request. If it takes me a lot of time to finish your product, I’m really sorry. If two weeks pass and there has been no update on your order, please contact me. I might have forgotten about it/to share it. Please, do not ask me to finish something faster, if there has been an update that I might be late. It won’t do anything but make me dislike your character. As busy as I might be irl, I’m also busy on Hogwarts.io. Please, patience is key.

V) In case you do not like your order, I’d like it if you tell me the changes you want. I will change the product as many times as you wish until you like it. Also, if I have made a mistake, please notify me. I’m human. After you have said you are satisfied with your order, there will be no refunds.

VI) Please pay after you have received the finished product. In case you don’t like it, please ask for changes and then pay. If you do not pay within the first few days, I will remind you by owl. If you are inactive for a day/don’t have good internet, no worries. I will wait until you can send the payment. Sometimes, we can’t always control things.

Just a few things if you would please, one, do you mind if you moved the wand all the way or at least all the way in the white, you can't really see it that well, bc rlly I choose a bad image.
