Open RPs are a little tricky to find and unfortunatly there isn't a way to look for just open RPs. Under the quil on the top of your screen there should be a search option and from there you can type the word "open" and search, but it's not the most reliable since it'll probably pull up any post with the word open. however here are two open RPs that I plan on joining in the near future here and here.
