They don't have to be. Entries can be written IC or OOC.

Hello everyone! Sorry it has been a while since I posted an update, but here I am! To all those who have signed up, you have another 4-ish days to complete your short stories before entries are closed. However, I will be sending out voting via owls at a random point that day, so I would recommend sending entries by the end of the 14th. I currently have 6 short stories that have been sent.

Anyone who registered interest will be able to vote, even if you did not send in an entry, and this will be done over owls. On this thread, I will post all stories I have received, without the name of the person who wrote it, but with a number for each. Then the owls will be sent and you can reply with your choice of 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

1st gets 5 points, 2nd gets 3, and 3rd gets 1. Whichever entrant receives the most points before the voting deadline (20th Jan), will be the winner, and rewards will be handed out accordingly.

Sorry if this doesn't make much sense at the moment, but I thought it would be good to let you all know roughly how this will work.
