"You really should - it still amazes me that wizards have so little knowledge about non-magic stuff. Then again, some muggleborns have basically no knowledge of wizard stuff when they enter Hogwarts so it kinda balances out. You know what, if I end up going to your house in the summer, I'll give you a crash course on non-magical animals. Some of them can do such cool stuff that they seem like they're magic." Es thought for a moment. "Frankly, I'm not sure what animal you'd turn into - but I know that when it's time you'd know. I think that's how the magic works. I could see you as a bobcat though. About myself, I'm also not sure. I wouldn't like to be a bird - if you've seen me on a broom then you'll know that I hate flying - but some kind of creature that could climb would be cool. Maybe a furry animal like a cat or a wolf. Ooh - wolves are really cool, I'd like to be one of those. I'm not sure if I'm cool enough though. Maybe I need a leather jacket..." Es trailed off into wolf-related fantasies as the train rattled on. She wished that she knew how to do a spell like that - it would be awesome. "What is the coolest spell you've learnt?"

Yeah it's interesting how little we know about it, but you know, a lot of purebloods are very strict about blood status. Also, living all the time around magic somehow making you not really think about knowing muggle world. Especially with the fact that there are things that won't work in my mansion as well as in wizarding world and some things are not allowed to own by Ministry of Magic. Linda smiled while looking at Estelle. Half-bloods I guess know more about two worlds, or about the one their parents raised them in. But it was better she supposed as when you have magic there are a lot of things that are not so necessary. And for muggles it's just better and more safe to not know about another world.

Ah it's going to be really great if you could get me to know more about them. Maybe after summer if we don't meet during it? She asked enthusiastically. It would be really awesome to understand more about those animals.

I guess we will see when time will come. It should be quite interesting. Linda listened to Estelle's thinking and noticed that girl was looking like she was dreaming when speaking about wolves. She supposed it was somehow close to those who are werewolves.

That's a good question. But I don't think I learned something like this till now though. What about you?

Estelle smiled at Linda. "If not in the summer, then when we come back, definately. I still can't believe that you don't know about non-magic animals though - I can understand technology and stuff as it doesn't work in Wizarding places but animals? Still seems mad." Estelle raised an eyebrow at Linda. She must know some cool spells - her parents were both wizards and she could use magic freely at home - unlike Es, who could barely cast a Lumos without worrying that the Ministry would be on to her. Frankly, the Ministry probably had bigger fish to fry, but still, she was worried she'd cast something and muggles would see. People were nosy in central London. "Ok - if not the coolest spell you know then the coolest spell you've seen performed. I think for me, transfiguration spells are the coolest; The first year ones are a little basic, but they really seem like true magic to me. Then again, I've never seen it performed, but the patronus spell seems incredible - who wouldn't want to summon their spirit animal? I wish I could do something like that. The other thing that I really want to learn in the summoning charm. It seems so useful - I have a tendency to lose things that are literally right in front of me so I think it would make my life so much easier. Also, I could find books in the library way quicker."

Well, I mean there are some you don't really see in England, specially in wizarding world. So, naturally I don't really know about some animals. Linda laughed. Perhaps, she would know more if she traveled or lived in muggle world. But, she couldn't imagine hiding the fact of magic from neighbors.

I adore patronus, especially the one that you can use to send some messages. It's usually quicker than owls. Linda said enthusiastically. All those spells my mom is using while cooking or baking are so intriguing for me, I always kept looking, hoping I can do it one day too. She mused while dreaming about time she'll learn to cook more than she knew now.

You know, I didn't have my wand before I got letter from Hogwarts. And oh I'm always so impressed when my brother is casting spells without pronouncing them. I wish I could learn it one day. And I like apparition. Though not everyone like it as I know.

Linda smiled at Estelle and looked outside the window. They were already coming closer to the station. You know, it's going to be wonderful to get to spend more time with you in future. I feel like you could teach me a lot of things as I hope to finally learn much more than I know now. And hopefully see different places outside England...
