There was a pause in the air, nearly long enough that the Russian boy forgot he was in company with another soul. His eyes traced the sky, dropping only to feel absolutely ridiculous for wanting to watch one girls performance. Why should he care? Plus she wasn't even on his team, it would be amazing to see her fail.

After a moment, the boy next to him however continued in conversation. Maksim slightly glanced over. Hearing how the two shared in similar lack of choice for the sport nearly brought his full attention to the topic. Clearing his throat, "Well, one day no one can tell me what to do." He added, it was clear his only goal was getting powerful enough to just feel allowed to live his own life, to anyone who knew him, which was very few, so to most this comment sounded rather arrogant.

And with that the boy blurted out an arm wrestling sugestion. Maksim chuckled in his seat, stopping only to see if the boy was serious. To be honest he had nothing better to do, so why not? He rolled up his sleeve, honestly nothing super impressive, he was only 13 after all, but none the less he still held out his arm as if he was a serious threat to anyone that dare challenge him. "Alright then, game on!" He said with a lip curl, "Loser has to set off a howler in one of the adult tents." Maksim loved a little chaos, and felt like making things more interesting after the game had been completed. "Or you too scared of getting in trouble?"

Some more points for their team, fabulous, and one of the other teams people had to do a penalty lap, even more fabulous. This match was going on a charm, that was for sure. Milo looked up at the scoreboard to make sure his mental note matched up (it did). 90-10, well isn't that brilliant.

The bludger came around again. Quentin did what he knew best. He hit it toward the other team's seeker. The other team took out his seeker and he wanted to return the favor. Unfortunately, and rather fortunately, another member of the other team came to the seeker's rescue. Quentin's bludger connected deftly with his skull. Meh, he wasn't the intended target, but same difference.

Just keep swinging and keep flying, those were the only aspects that Narumi could think of. It didn't matter, they lost their seeker. If anything he and Tone could take the time to knock out their beaters, then their chasers, then their keeper. This match wouldn't end, and they could keep scoring, but eventually they all would fall down at some point.

CHASERS

Teamwork would make the dream work for team Mahoutokoro-Koldovstoretz today. Twice, Rosella Sokolov grabbed the Quaffle and passed it to her teammate Aryaan, who scored. Maybe it was teamwork, or maybe it was the fact that Delphine was flying away to perform a foul, but the reason didn’t matter ─ they had scored 20 points!

Katherine Felix and River Fayre also put on an impressive show. Katherine grabbed the Quaffle twice and managed to get it past Keeper Egon Gushiken both times, scoring 20 points for Beauxbatons-Castelobruxo. River grabbed the Quaffle and got it past Egon to score 10 more points for her team.

Despite Beauxbatons-Castelobruxo’s lead, Rosella and Aryaan’s teamwork would suggest that it was still anyone’s game.

BEATERS

Beauxbatons-Castelobruxo’s Keeper, Delphine Laurent, would set her eyes on the opposing team’s Seeker. As she flew towards Miharu, however, Hiro Bakugo would fly in front of her. She hit him with great accuracy, and he fell off his broom towards the unrelenting ground below.

’Laurent! Penalty lap!’

Monet Èlisa Navarro-Gallay seemed to have a similar idea in mind. However, instead of going after Mahoutokoro-Koldovstoretz’s Seeker, she set her sights on their remaining Beater, Chikao Narumi. Although Monet was not particularly accurate, Chikao was not particularly nimble, either. She would manage to push him off his broom. Next round, it would be Mahoutokoro-Koldovstoretz’s second-string Beater’s turn to play.

’Navarro-Gallay! Penalty lap!’ the announcer would shout, exasperated. Kids these days.

SEEKERS

As the lone Seeker, Miharu had no competition in her search for the Golden Snitch. This time, as she gazed into the sky, the glint of gold would shine bright and clear in her vision as if it had been there all along.

And the carnage continued with two people getting knocked off of their broom and to make it worse, they were people from her team which wasn't looking that great. Their second string beater will be joining in on the game now.

During that whole chaos, a glint of gold caught Miharu's eyes, the snitch finally showing itself rather clearly just before her. Guess that's one good thing about this game but it's not over yet until she catches it.

A grin formed on Rosella's face. Things did not really seem like they were going too well, but they were starting to look up. Maybe, if they were lucky, they had a chance to win the game. It would make the girl really happy if they were able to as she enjoyed the sport greatly. But, there always had to be a loser when it came to sports and the Russian girl understood that.

At some point when the young boy had said something about taking lead in his own destiny, Sara wanted to cheer him on silently. Which was only physically expressed through a gruff scoff. Only because it was either this or a scary smile, and he wouldn't want to ruin the moment. He almost let out a sigh at rhe change of topic, glad to see the other boy looking far more excited than earlier. His eyes did widen a bit at the young boy’s bet, his shoulders tensed a little. “ Not scared “ he insisted, his eyes glancing away from the boy. He was rather torn between pretending to be weak, or just showing his usual strength. At the young boy’s movement of rolling his sleeves up, Sara’s hand reached out for his own thoughts he hesitated. Showing skin wasn't particularly comfortable. His arms in particular, in their usual muscle-ey wonder, was previously an insecurity. He decided to keep his sleeves on. Once his grip found themselves in the boy’s hand, a decision was made. Sara was not a prankster. And he intended to stick like that unless it was a group activity. It was an obvious who the victor was, and Sara did his best to gouge out the other boy’s expression for a moment. [insert sara reaction to Maksim’s post]

And sooner or later Sara found himself up on the skies again, his teeth began to shatter for a while, making him look extra angry while in the skies. Being the only beater on the team make him feel rather nauseous and it was expressed by his evident glare. To most, perhaps he looked like he was fired up to take revenge on the opposing team.

Yep, this was when she slowed down. Or perhaps the other team finally sped up, much more of a struggle for the quaffle this time around as Kit was only able to wrangle control of it twice. And then the Keeper was there this time around, although it only added a few more moments between when the quaffle was caught and when it flew through the hoops. It was a little unlucky on his part, but she was more focused on her and River still managing to keep the ball longer than the other team- an accomplishment she hoped to continue.

It seemed mixed success was the name of this round as Beaxbatons-Castelobruxo managed to knock off the Beaters from their brooms, but the other teams Seeker seemed ready for pursuit. Kit grimaced, before preparing for whatever might happen next.

Elation soared through Agatas body as she watched goal after goal be scored for her team. What was even better was watching her teams beaters knock out the other teams beaters. Well beater. No one could say that Castelobruxo wasn't needed in this game. Beauxbatons keeper also did a fine job.
