they help your chances when it comes to mod posts-- the higher a specific stat is in a given situation, the more likely an action will succeed. they also come in handy when another player or thing is trying to act against your character, because based on the stats it affects the way the dice will roll either in your favor or against

You can gain stats by winning duelling games — I think you earn +1 if you win? But either way you can. Perhaps the same from the other two sports too.

When you move up a year, you get automatic +5 points to add.

If you chose the ability statistically relevant then you get an extra +2 stats only for that year. However you can apply for that ability more than once

Stats are what mods use in any nodded situation. So that would be mainly sports, and balls. But can be in other situations. If you've pleaded D&D they are very similar to those stats.

And you don't really earn them, you pick out were they go. 35 as full human, you can place the as you please. No one stat can go over 10 as a first year. And you need at least one in stamina.

The ways to get more stat points is by yearing up were you get 5 more stats, or by getting a sports win. Were you get one more.

edit: not so much so but definitely not the lady she once was. hogwarts kinda changed her.
