Disclaimer: It doesn't mean your club can't exist without registration — it can. Also, it doesn't mean your club is illegal, or something, if it's not registered.
This list will serve a purpose of quickly checking whether there's already a club you wished to create — to ensure we don't have duplicates of the same club. Or consider it a quick reference for finding a club you may wish to join.

Inactive Clubs and Leaders
Please, note, that if the leader of the club has been inactive for 60 days (has not made any site posts for 60 days, login times do not count), any club member (or any player) can overtake the club to continue developing it and keep it active. The clubs that can be overtaken will be listed in the special section.
In order to overtake the club, please, fill out the same form above and add a note that you'd like to overtake an existing club (only valid for the clubs that can be overtaken).
If the club has been inactive for 90 days (no new sign-ups, no announcements or meetings), the club will be considered abandoned and will be removed.

This is a IC club that meets twice a month, once at the start of the month and once at the end of the month. The first meeting (at the start of the month) is designed to discuss ideas and designs for outfits. Input from both potential designers and models are needed. The second meeting (at the end of the month) is designed for the designers to show the outfits they've created to the models and to have the models present their outfits to the club leader. The aim of this club is to create and design outfits and model them. There will be 4 main events for this club, each one will take place during a certain season (spring, summer, fall, winter). The point of this is to hold a fashion show 4 times a year, each one representing a seasonal line.Blindfolded Club — Kim Sato — IC
This is an IC club that meets once a month. The point is to be blindfolded and guess what it is that you're touching within 10 seconds. You have 1 chance to get it right. If you get it right, you get a point. If you get it wrong, you get no points. To prevent players from always guessing right, a dice roll will be done by me. If the roll is 1-16 you will guess the item correctly. If the roll is 17-20, you will guess incorrectly. One round is 5 items. There are 4 rounds per meeting.
Kim will write down a list of the winners inside a black book he carries with him at all times.
Matches are 1 versus 1.
December 1st, the top 3 winners get to pick between a money prize or an unknown item prize. The aim of this club is to relax, make friends, play a fun game and go back happy. Are you stressed about classes, homework and studies? Come join this club! It's a way for you to relax and have some 'fun'. We play harmless pranks on people. If the prank involves changing some part of the student like their hair color then it will be temporary so it will either go away on it’s own, or we’ll change it back soon after the prank.

A club to discuss our love of nature and engage in fun activities. We meet a total of 2 times per month. 1st is during the 1st week, 2nd is during the last week. Roles will change every time there is a meeting held by the leader. We will engage in short hikes, picnics, yoga/mediation and make our own collages each month.
Mafia Club — Kim Sato — IC
A tactical game that can be played IC/OOC or IC. At the start of the game you are assigned a role: a mafia member, a regular human, or a special person. The point of the game is to find out who the mafia members are and take them out. You manipulate, trick and lie your way to victory! We will also include variations/different themes.

LUMOS! Camera Club — Simon Kincaid — IC
LUMOS! Camera Club is a photography-based student club at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It was founded by Simon Kincaid in 2023 and is sponsored by Hogwarts' own Caretaker, Finley Greer, who is a former professional photographer herself. Activities of LUMOS! Camera Club include taking photographs, developing film, making prints, photo critiques, photo walks, photo challenges, guest speakers, an art show/gallery, workshops, coverage of various school events, open darkroom time, and compiling a photography notebook.

We just debate here. We have judges, researchers and speakers. We have frequent debates on all sorts of IC topics, but those can range out of Hogwarts. We mainly welcome debaters who have IRL experience.
History Club — IC
We have fun and educational debates about muggle history. Whether you want to teach us about history or learn a ton of stuff, this is your place. Feel free to express your ideas about history as long as they are not too sensitive!
Visual Arts Club — IC + OOC
A club where painting, sketching, drawing, and other visual arts are perfected and worked on. We will meet every other week and start a new short project that will be finished within the week. Towards the end of the club, ALL members are invited to paint a large mural! (if permission is granted.)

This is a club for how your character is clumsy. We will meet twice a month to talk about how clumsy our characters have been. The club meeting place will be decided by the members and will change for every meeting. Once a month we will hold a blind competition to see who has done the funniest clumsy thing throughout the month. Members will vote on what clumsy thing they think is the funniest.
