Morning Slot - 10:30-11:30, March 2
The dueling match on the first day had furthered Rita`s interest in dueling, so the Second Year Hufflepuff decided to also come to the dueling club on the second day of dueling to watch the dueling match on the second day. After looking at the duelist list of the dueling matches on the second day, she decided to watch match 2, with AF and Emma playing against the lions. Yeah, it was AF, the same AF the Second Year Hufflepuff beater had the argument with during the unity errand just 2 days ago. But actually, the black-haired Hufflepuff beater wanted to reconnect with AF and did not want that argument to lead to some intense hate between the Second-Year badger girls. Anyway, AF did not seem to be a bad girl, she was just mad at this time, and truly, it was not AF`s fault, it was the extremely inconsiderate words by the Hufflepuff first-string beater herself that leaded to all of the chaos.
As for Emma, Rita was actually just a little jealous of the Second-Year badger prefect, just due to the fact that she could become a prefect at such a young age. Despite that tiny jealousy, Rita actually wanted to get to know Emma better, since her impression of that young prefect was actually quite good, from the previous few interactions they had, namely the hot chocolate party and the organization errand organized by the young prefect and when Emma celebrated birthday to her owl, Owlbert.
Anyway, Rita was quite excited to see how the two duelists of her house performed, and oops! It seemed that the lions were focusing on AF, and the poor young badger with long curly light-brown hair were unfortunately hit by two Knockback Jinxes and the Curse of the Bogies. All very nasty spells. Luckily, it seemed that Emma, on the other hand, was completely fine, and even successfully casted a few spells at the lions' duelists.
"Keep up with the good work, badgers! You are doing great with your skills with your wands, and I can see you have put a lot of efforts, you just need a little luck! I know the lions are also excellent at casting spells, but I`m rooting for you, AF and Emma! Let`s go, badgers, give it all!" Rita called out to the two second year Hufflepuff girls and was excited to see the results of the next round. "I hope the lions make some mistakes with their spells and stop causing further damage to poor AF! Anyway, poor AF, God bless you to survive longer in the match." The black-haired Hufflepuff beater even prayed to god silently to wish AF good luck and survive longer in the dueling match.

Blue in English, Red in KoreanEun-ji watched the duel without any distractions. The first round was mostly uneventful. Although Kim ended up blindfolded, nobody on his team got hurt. It was still fine, Eun-ji was confident her friend would get rid of the blindfold soon enough. He already experienced this before and knew what to do.
Ah… The Ravenclaw sighed. Well she was right, Kim did take off the blindfold within seconds but his opponents were too fast and managed to hit him before his eyes got a chance to adjust and his instinct clearly failed him as well. Eun-ji had seen how agile her friend could be, so she just assumed he’d be able to dodge at least one of the spells but in duels, nothing was guaranteed. You could succeed casting the same spell four times in a row only to fail miserably the fifth time. Honestly, it looked rather painful and this was just the second round. Eun-ji's hands burned with the need to heal the boy even though she knew she couldn’t. Her brain was simply hardwired to help whenever she saw an injury and this was her friend so she couldn’t help it.
Well at least, unlike Everly, Kim’s current partner clearly did her best and the Obscuro she cast at Hades looked truly perfect. “Come on Hades. Give the boy a break!” The witch couldn’t help but smile a little. She could only hope the vocal support offered a bit of comfort to the hurt Gryffindor. She honestly wasn’t sure how the boy felt about those things. She should ask him later. For now Eun-ji could only watch and wish him the best.

Well, AF was smart to choose to actively dodge the nasty spells casted by the lions, else the poor Second Year Hufflepuff with long wavy light-brown hair would suffer from further damage since the poor badger girl was still struggling with the nasty Curse of the Bogies. Rita wondered when the effect on her poor housemate would disappeared and it was just painful to watch the pretty brown-haired young duelist struggling with this one annoying spell for multiple rounds. The Second Year Hufflepuff beater with short straight black hair and a pair of yellow glasses also hoped the duelists in the lion`s team would stop targeting AF as the first-string beater really wished that AF could stay longer in the game and did not want the poor brown-haired young duelist to be knocked down from the game due to those tough lions keeping targeting on her.
Hopefully, Emma was successful with her knockback jinx and the slightly damaging Flipendo spell also caused some damage to the duelists in the lion`s team. And there was something even better than that, since the duelists in the lion`s team had decided to focus on AF, Emma was still untouched, at least until this round. "It seems that the strategy of the duelists in the lion`s team was to take down poor AF first, then focus on Emma. The disadvantage of that strategy was Emma could cause damage to both of them while still untouched. Anyway, good luck, you two, and hopefully, we can win this duel. Actually, whether or not they win the game or not, it is still such a great game to watch, and all of the duelists did a great job, I can see that everyone has been practicing their wand skills a lot." The Second Year Hufflepuff beater thought, then again, the black-haired Hufflepuff beater called out the two Second Year badger girls, "You are doing great, AF and Emma! Keep up with the good work, and I believe Hufflepuff can win this duel! Anyway, whether we win the match or not, you are still my hero to participate in the game of bravery!"

Damion watched as he saw the Match on going. He was still hoping that Kim would win this match. Otherwise it might seem like Damion was a bad luck for the younger Gryffindor boy. The last match that he had witnessed was in October and he had seen Kim fall unconscious. He hated seeing the younger Gryffindor boy lose to be honest. A part of him didn't know what he would do if that happened this time.

Match 5: Rose Moon & Kim Sato vs Callista Lovis & Hades Schweighöfer
Well he watched as more spells were cast. Kim hit Hades. Yay! But the force of the spell was not as hard as he had seen Hades cast on Kim. Well at the very least, Kim had hit Hades. "Yay Kim" Damion said. Cheering for his sweetheart the guy he was crushing on.
But his joy was short lived. He noticed that Callista had cast the incendio duo spell on Kim. He winced as he watched the flame getting to Kim's arms. Damn. He was doing so well. He sighed as he watched the things that happened.
He noticed that Hades had been able to get his blindfold off. And he had missed Rose Moon's spell. Great! He thought. Could this day go any worse? Well he would have to see how the day went didn't he? He was fearing that Kim might not survive it till the end. But Damion was not going to just leave yet.
It passed you up and slipped you by. But we're all bound to end up back to where we started

This round... was definitely not a good round for the duelists in the badgers' team, especially for the already suffering AF. Although AF has successfully casted Slippery Jinx at the boy in the Gryffindor team, but that spell has no effect since that boy haven`t auto dodged the spell, so that Slippery Jinx had no effect. Which was worse, AF was still struggling with the nasty Curse of the Bogies and Emma made a big mistake by accidentally casting her knockback jinx on AF instead of casting them on the duelists in the lion`s team.
"Why is everyone picking on AF today? Hopefully, the knockback jinx casted the duelist in the other team failed to have an effect. Oh, I really hope that AF could survive longer in the game, but I have to her situation is not very satisfactory if the other team keep picking on her like that... Is Hufflepuff going to lose this duel? I hope not! Anyway, the situation is not good, I am afraid." The Second Year Hufflepuff first-string beater shook her head and thought desperately.
She really did not want Hufflepuff to lose this duel and hoped that the badger girls would make a comeback from their unsatisfactory situation. Nevertheless, the girls in the Hufflepuff dueling team had definitely tried their best and has got excellent skills, so they definitely could not be blamed even if they did not bring their house a dueling win.
"Anyway, who knows what will happen until the end of the game, let me keep watching, that is so interesting to watch! I wonder what would happen in the next round, hopefully the badgers would have better luck in the next round! Let`s go, Hufflepuff!" Rita thought as the black-haired Second Year Hufflepuff beater was excited for the next round.

Damion watched as the match went on. It was Round 4. And Kim was doing better. He watched as the spells were being cast. He watched as the spells were missing the targets. He was glad that Rose didn't miss her healing charm on Kim. A sigh of relief escaped his lips.

Yay! His boyfriend, Kim, was going to survive this. Maybe. He was just hoping that Kim would win and Damion would not be looked as a Jinx. He had been in two of Kim's matches and Kim had lost the last one that he had witnessed. He looked at him and smiled as he saw the match.
"Go Kim go!" Damion said looking at the match. He was happy to be there. He wanted Kim to win this match. He was sort of hoping that he would. He was not sure what to do to be honest. It was a match against his boyfriend, Kim and his close friend Hades.
"You can do it." He added. Cheering on his boyfriend, Kim. He wanted to cheer on his Kim. He was hoping that Kim would win. Though his chances seemed very slim. But he was not going to give up on supporting his boyfriend, Kim.
It passed you up and slipped you by. But we're all bound to end up back to where we started

Damion watched as the match went on. It was Round 5. Kim was being healed by his team mate. Good work! He thought. He was happy that someone was helping his Kim out. He was really wishing that Gryffindor would win. He wanted Kim to win at least one match. Well that was not bad to hope was it now? Kim was his boyfriend after all.

"Go Kim Go!" Damion cheered on Kim. He was still hoping that Kim would win. But that would mean that his close friend Hades would have to lose. He was conflicted about it. He was not sure what to do. But he couldn't stop cheering on Kim who was his boyfriend.
Damion watched as the spells missed. Damn! Kim missed his spell. No worries. He might get the next spell in. Hades also missed casting a spell on his beloved Kim. Part of him was happy about it. Because that meant Kim was going to make it through the match. Hopefully! Damion clapped and cheered on for Kim. He wanted Kim to really win and not lose the match like the last time. He would hate to see Kim lose another match. "Go Hades Go!" He cheered on his close friend too. He was cheering for Kim more but well since he was conflicted.

Damion watched as the match went on. It was Round 6. Kim seemed to be doing well. He was sort of healed and he noticed the younger Gryffindor throwing spells at Hades. Wow. He was happy about it. but a part of him was not happy that Hades was now losing. Or so it seemed. it was not only Kim who was attacking Hades, it was Rose too. Rose's spell hit Hades.

Damion sighed as he watched the match. Kim was doing okay. He saw Callista throw a spell at Rose which hit her. Damion looked at the match in front of him. He was a little surprised by how the tables had turned. "Go Kim!!" He cheered on. "You can do it." Damion cheered on his boyfriend. He was not going to say anything for Hades as he could see that Hades was hit with not only one spell but two of them.
"Come on Hades you have got it." Despite not wanting to distract Hades; Damion couldn't stop himself from cheering his close friend on the match. He was sitting in the stands and cheering one of the member on each side. He knew it was his boyfriend versus his close friend. And he was not sure who to cheer more. Of course he wanted his boyfriend's team to win. Not wouldn't he want that?

Up until their 'falling-out' if one could call it that, where Eun-ji had told him it had been entirely her fault. Not Lucia's at all. Kim couldn't help but instinctively believe the reason was because of blood status. After all, there was nothing short of family-related matters that could drive a wedge between Eun-ji and those she truly cared about. How close she'd been with Lucia had only served to make Kim believe she wouldn't have broken their friendship for just any reason. It had to do with relating to family somehow. But what exactly it was, remained to be discovered by him. Lucia's actions here, proved the girl was still holding out for Eun-ji... Kim couldn't help but think it was good that Eun-ji had a friend like Lucia, even if they were at opposite ends at the moment. If the two of them couldn't resolve this on their own, he'd have to talk with Charles and see if he thought it would be a good idea to step in and try to get them to face their feelings. So the two of them would have no regrets later on down the line. Lucia's words in response to his earlier question made him smirk, she was trying to play dumb it seemed. But the bluehead expected her to do some action like this. "Mm. I see. Your team." Kim murmured in response. He glanced over at the piste where Emma and AngelFyre were dueling and returned his attention to Lucia. "...then why do you keep looking at the other piste, where the Ravenclaws are dueling?" The teen paused for a moment and then continued with a detailed description of Eun-ji, without saying her name. "Could your eyes be searching for a certain fourth year girl with long charcoal black hair, dark brown eyes, average build and carries herself with a sophisticated grace?" Kim asked with an arched brow. "If so, I think she'll be grateful for your presence." He murmured softly. "Even if she won't ever say those words out loud to anyone." He replied smoothly and then turned back around to pick up his sketchbook again to finish his sketch of the duel. Well, one of them at least. He was watching two at the same time, which was quite a feat. Kim didn't want to end up missing something in either match. Match 2, Taizu's match was almost done. Not the duel, the sketch Kim was doing of him at his first official duel. It was turning out really well and within a few more minutes that one would be completed. On the other hand... Match 4 was more complicated. After all, Eun-ji and Monica were on opposing sides this time. So it was hard for him to support both at the same time. Since he'd known Eun-ji longer and had a deeper connection with her due to their shared personal lives, Kim would choose her over Monica. But he wouldn't take happiness in seeing her get hurt in the process. However, he would congratulate Eun-ji on her win if she ended up the winner of the match and vise versa. After all, it was a duel, there were going to be times when friends would go up against friends. As long as nothing evil was done, no grudges should emerge here. Kim needed to sketch the duel twice, to make each one the star of the sketch, so it would take longer. |

Lucia didn't trust herself to say anything until Kim made his first incorrect statement of the day: that Eun-ji would be grateful to have Lucia here. The Hufflepuff couldn't help the snort that escaped her at those words. Didn't Kim know anything? If Eun-ji wanted Lucia in her life, she wouldn't have pushed her away as harshly as she did when Lucia revealed the truth about her ancestry. "Sometimes, what people say out loud is enough." There was nothing to read into. Eun-ji didn't have this lingering feeling that Lucia was suppressing. She'd made things clear enough.
