SAVE YOUR DATE : round 3 fall ball 2022 game

This round seems like it is the hardest part of the whole game. People are still struggling to climb through those strands of hair. Pea did not know if this round is rather indeed difficult, or if these students are just deeply unathletic. But let's focus on those who did finally make it to the top of the tower. Bailey Glade did finally return to the game, and successfully reach her damsel, Kim Sato, to the top of the tower. Pea gave her a short nod of approval to the couple and gave them the next instruction.

Another person reaches the top of the window sill, it is David Howard, who also has not given up on the game yet. He reaches his princess, Daphne Sapphirus, who has stayed strong throughout the agonizing climb. Pea also gave them her uninterested smile and gave them the instruction for the next round.

Tossing her hair out the window, the best braid the girl had done her whole life, dispite the fact that it was with that much hair, she started to wonder... How heavy would Hiro be? The weight of her hair along nearly pulled her from her stance... adding another person to that?

She started to think what the best options was, to get Hiro up here, without being pulled out of the window herself. Looking around there wasn't a lot for her to work with so she came up with a plan. She took her braid laid it on the ground and then laid herself on top of it as the rest was out the window. She brought herself close to the window's wall, so her feet were firmly placed against it. This way she created herself as an anchor. Both protecting her head, and self from being yanked out the window.

When she felt good about her set up, she called out to Hiro, "All good up here! Climb when ready!" She felt some pull down her back... then release.. what on earth was going on? She waited and waited, wondering if he had just given up, but she didn't dare stand in case he suddenly pulled on the braid, pulling her from her anchor point. Whatever was going on, hopefully he would solve it soon, Monica could feel they were falling behind, and didn't want to be dead last.

The longer this ordeal went on, the more Chiaki had oddly begun to become resistant to the pain of having her hair pulled on as a rope. And that was quite lucky, since River seemed to be having a hard time climbing up. Maybe this was just something they didn't teach regularly at Beauxbatons.

It was becoming a little tiring, however. Several others had already dashed away, and the two of them were some of the only pairs left. Chiaki was trying to not let her competitive side overwhelm, but the longer River took the more irritated she was. Though she did her best to mask it.

"Come on River!" called Chiaki yet again, hoping the encouragement would maybe show some sort of progress, even just small. "Channel your inner fighter! Where is the crazy-human strength I know you have? It's all there, just unleash the beast!"

Yes, those were all cliches, but she was beyond caring if she sounded like River's personal trainer. She'd do almost anything to finally have her finish the climb and make it up to the owlery with her. For next time's ball, she'd have to remember not to sign up for crazily physical activities like such.

Monet shouldn't have been surprised that the next step was to throw the giant braid out of the window for Levin to climb. Honestly, she really shouldn't have. But that didn't stop a very loud "You want me to WHAT?!" from escaping her lips as the committee gave her the next instructions. With a furrowed brow, Monet began gathering her long hair into her arms. "Fucking throw my hair out the window, how about I throw you out the window, huh?" The girl muttered to herself as the weight she carried grew and grew, but nothing that was too much for the quidditch beater to handle. "Stupid guy talking me into some stupid game..."

When she'd gathered the last of her hair, she leaned out of the tower window, spotting her partner far below her. Thank God, he wasn't too far behind her. "Don't get crushed!" Monet gave out a small warning before lobbing the mass of hair out of the tower to her rescuer. "This better not take too long," she whispered. While Monet could handle a good bit of physical strain, she'd never thought to do strength training on her scalp. All she could do now was brace herself for the weight... And wait.

It turned out that climbing hair was a lot more difficult than Pax had originally thought, though thinking further about it, they don't know why they assumed it would be easy. Maybe they'd expected it to be like a thick rope, but the fact that it was hair seemed to throw them off a little.

Pax hadn't made it far on their numerous attempts. At most, they'd made it maybe a quarter up the braid before losing their grip or their strength and falling uncomfortably back down to the ground. It annoyed them to no end, especially when they saw others climbing up with ease. They would continue to curse under their breath as they kept trying and kept failing. If anything, they felt bad for Chikao now. He was the one stuck in this stupid situation where Pax wasn't strong enough to climb up his hair. They weren't going to admit this to anyone, but maybe Chikao would've been the better choice.

But there was no time to focus on the past, after all the roles had already been chosen and there was no switching now they were halfway through. All Pax could do was suck it up and climb the hair.

Looking at the display of gold before him, Maksim thought how a lesser man may crumble at this part, what would stop him from taking a handful and screwing the rest of this game? Maksim was not impressed by a pile of gold, nor was he distracted from his goal. The reason he suggested doing this game escaped him, as he dug his hand through the pile of shimmering items, "What was I thinking?" The Russian spoke to himself, "This stupid game, for...FOOLS! This is all so pointless!" As he continued his rambles, the key had found it's way to his palm, holding it up with pride, "This is almost over." He brow frowned as he heard the next instructions, and what followed was Miss Navarro-Gallay sending out warning before her pile of hair came hurdling down. Maksim took a step back, tossing back his hair.

Just one quick climb and he can be rid of this game! But holding his composure the whole time. He tested his "rope" Giving small tugs, both as a 'brace yourself' warning for Monet, but also to insure this wasn't some trick to get him to look more like a fool. He took a breath, and put on character, "Nearly done, the game will end and we can go back to our own lives... forget any of this happened!" He though, longing for a piping hot tea that was calling him from his tent, he would leave the ball as soon as he finished what he started.
