No, the only way to unlock it is with the Permission Slip.

I gave my fake permission slip away.

I gave my fake permission slip away.

but you are a fourth year and should have access because of that (if the info was right). that's why I asked. did you check or just think you can't get in from my note with the fake permission slip?

I couldn't access it without the fake permission slip

okay good to know. so it might be unlocked only in a higher year then.
