ImgBB does upload gifs. I upload gifs all the time there. But ImgBB sometimes doesn't load pictures that you upload from time to time. But I think it's just a site issue. Eventually they will load. Thankfully, it's been loading without any problems for me for the past few months. I hope it will continue to work. -prays-

I use Postimage (postimages.org). You can upload gifs to Postimage pretty easily!
Opeila says she has very good results by creating a private discord server (i.e., just her) where she's able to keep everything easily sorted. Plus, you don't have to worry about the image site going away.
