It appeared the Hufflepuffs realized just how nimble Aurelia was and switched their target to the younger of the lions. Logan would start by sending a blazing roar of fire towards Regina, who was now experiencing how adept at fire the Badgers were. Regina would find her sleeve had caught on fire as it nipped at the skin on her wrist. David it seemed was getting a severe case of bad luck on his side as he levied his wand at Regina, speaking the incantation on point. Yet his spell went wayward at his own partner! Thankfully, she was able to avoid it.
Aurelia and Regina seemed to decide that they had done enough to David for now and turned their wands on Logan. Aurelia’s accuracy was better than last round, but Logan would still be able to keep her wand in hand and dodge the incoming disarming spell. However, this was when Logan’s luck ran out. Regina set off a particularly phenomenal cast of the Full-Body Bind Curse, which hit Logan dead on. Logan’s legs and arms would snap to her body against her will, causing her to teeter for just a few seconds before she ultimately fell backward, landing hard on the piste.

Logan looked over at her partner before casting Incendio Duo at the younger of the two opponents. She was going to try her best to win this round, but apparently things were not going her way. The Hufflepuff squeaked as she was hit with a full body binding curse and hit the ground with a thud. The back of the girl's head throbbed in pain where it has hit the stage and the girl was not looking forward to trying to get out of the curse.

𝕬 malignant smirk was edged on the ravenette's face as Regina gracefully dodged David's curse, dancing out of the projectile of the spell with a graceful pirouette as though this was just one of her ballet lessons. However, she miscalculated and had not seen the attack coming from the older Hufflepuff. She was scorched in flames in a matter of seconds as a consequence. It had caught her by surprise, and it hurt, but she did not scream. A Miller must never display weakness even when in pain, as she'd been taught and trained.

Instead, she was going to channel that pain into something much more powerful--a fuel for animosity.
"PETRIFICUS TOTALUS!" Regina shouted venomously, her orchid eyes glinting with hostility. She could feel the magic rushing through her body as she pointed her wand at Logan to enact payback. It was incredibly satisfying to watch as the spell immediately took effect and the Badger fell stiffly on the piste. The burning sleeve that was searing into her porcelain skin was almost worth it.
Regina was no longer in the mood to taunt or fool around.

Preparing to get knocked out in the second round, I cast the Curse of Boogies at Regina that the girl easily dodged although she didn't have enough time to do so with Logan's Incendio Duo and was lit aflame before casting a spell back on Logan, making her stiffen up and fall to the ground. Well with Logan down on the ground, I was the only target left to target during the next round of spells and I definitely wasn't going to be able to dodge two spells coming my way and if I somehow managed to do so, then I'd really wish I had that type of luck during spellcasting.

With the way her spells were going: not at the target, it entailed that her accuracy really needed some work. Her teammate, on the other hand, seemed to be doing spectacularly, the girl's arms snapped tight to her sides as she fell with a heavy thud to the ground. "Well done." She'd utter two words of approval. Although Aurelia was a little apprehensive about how sinister the air of her words was growing. It was never a good sign.
Then she would hear the damning incantation of a superior fire conjuring charm. "Watch out -" Her warning made too late. The spell hit, setting her roommate alit in flames. It was a taste of her own medicine, while it was tempting to extinguish the younger lioness in a quick flick of her wand, she'd settle for the thought of a fitting lesson not to ever go overboard with such a spell if she were to leave her to burn for just a little longer.

With Logan taken out for the round the Gryffindor's switched their focus over to the young David who was already looking worse for wear. Aurelia cast a beautiful Wind Jinx, flawless in incantation and wand movement. Sadly David was able to dodge his gust of wind and the auto-split was redirected since Logan isn't allowed to be hit this round. Regina landed the final blow to David, a knockback jinx that sent him flying backwards unconscious to the ground.
David was able to get one last spell out, hitting Regina with a dreaded Curse of the Bogies. The Gryffindor soon would have snot running down her face and a brutal stuffiness in her chest that would effect her casting. The duel was paused for David to be removed from the piste and in the meantime Logan was able to break free of the Body-Bind Curse, returning her to action.

Logan tried her hardest to break free of the body-binding curse as she helplessly watched the Gryffindor team aim their spells at her partner. She frowned as she watched the boy get taken out by the other team, but luckily while her partner was being taken away, she was ale to break free and prepared herself for what she knew would be coming her way.

She really needed to work on her accuracy. Although all of her spells were cast flawlessly, none of them was keen on actually hitting her target. This one apparently. Regina on the other hand was remarkable, needless to say. A flipendo from her wand knocked the boy back and out of consciousness.

𝕿he Pureblood Heiress hadn't anticipated for the weakened Hufflepuff to have some fight left in him. David had been too quick for Regina to dodge, and she staggered slightly backwards as the second attempt of the Curse of Bogies hit her squarely on the face. The ravenette's hand immediately came up to conceal her visage that was no doubt quite an unappealing sight at the moment, her violet eyes flashing viciously. If her opponents truly think this was enough to take her down, they were severely mistaken.

"FLIPENDO!" With an enraged shout despite the tightness inside her chest and the uncomfortable feeling up her nose, Regina directed a powerful Knockback Jinx at David and effectively eliminating him from the duel. Nothing was more satisfying than witnessing one's prowess even in a weakened state. The girl shared a brief glance with her older partner, more determined than ever to bring victory to their House.
